This is a good consistent place to get a burger. Everything I have had here is good and they are quick.

I want to love blue moon. Many of its parts are great but I’ve definitely had mixed results. The burgers and buns themselves are great but the orders have often come out wrong. You can add lots of different toppings to your burger like and egg or avocado which both taste well, especially together. They have good vegetarian patties, which is all I can speak for. Nothing incredible, but good nonetheless. The shakes are also worth your time & should be tried. Be ready for them to be too think drink sometimes. The location is great, right in the heart of Fremont(& near my work) and the advocate for the city by posting posters of events in a clean and understandable way. They’re not all up date but I did spend time actually reading them, so that says something. Give Blue Moon a try, don’t be shy, that’s coming from this guy(and he can’t figure out«why» he started rhyming…)

Burgers are mediocre, tater tots are okay, poor customer service, and every time I’ve been there during lunch they’ve been out of milk shakes. There are other burger joints nearby that do better on all accounts.

I had a very disappointing experience here. When I asked about the gluten free menu, the guy at the counter became hostile with me. Burgers were overpriced for what you get(OK burger, bun was a little cold and damp). If we hadn’t been meeting friends here I would have left without ordering. As it was, I still wish I had left without ordering.

Really great tasting food! Definitely on the greasy side but well worth it. I got the shroom burger and garlic Parmesan fries. The food took a while to come out but it was well worth it. Very cool vibe and super delicious.

I’ve been Blue Mooning for a number of years. I used to frequent the Cap Hill location on Wednesdays – when all locations have half-priced burgers if you order a drink or side. I’ve been to the Fremont location a few times now, and always have a solid experience. Their gluten-free buns are quite alright – I wouldn’t recommend the gluten-free bun if you’re to-go-ing your order(it gets a little gooey), but it’s great if you’re dining in. Fries are great. Burgers are great. My favorite burger is the Blue Shroom, sans the lettuce. Service is usually spot-on. Seems like a fun place to work from what I see from the employees – which always makes me want to patronize a place more. Regularly unhappy workers = poor management. That doesn’t seem to be the case here.

Pretty dope little spot to get lunch. Staff is super friendly, burgers are on point too. Got«The Hangover» while I was in and it was the tits. Cook came out and told a joke to the three of us(Fedex couriers) and continued to do so when he brought out our food. Great atmosphere good food, what more could you ask for?

I love Blue Moon! The employees are very cool and very friendly, the food is always good and the ambiance is very nice! The outdoor seating is very nice on nicer days and the indoor seating is better during colder/rainier times. They accommodate dietary restrictions and special requests. I highly recommend their tots!

I’m not going to go crazy over the burgers at Blue Moon, but I will say the team behind the counter are beyond super friendly. For around $ 7 you can get a descent burger, but nothing life changing. I image this place to be a great place to take the kids for a better than McDonalds experience, but not breaking the bank. Good taster tots.

Hung over and looking for a cure I wandered in here with a buddy of mine. I think I got a burger with mushrooms and a plate of onion rings. It was greasy and awesome and did the trick for me! Staff was friendly and we got our food quickly. For what it is, I like this place.

Order their sweet potato curry fries! Crispy, flavorful, and they give a large portion. Burger was delicious and not dry. Came in on a slow Sunday. Service is quick. I would come here again to try the other creative burger options they offer.

So… I’m on this very restrictive, Paleo-type eating plan and going to a place like Blue Moon can be dangerous. However, I was able to order a lettuce-wrapped Cajun-style burger that was yummy, juicy and just plain de-lish! My friend ordered the burger with the fried egg and bacon on top. It was gorgeous! I asked him to take a picture of it but his hands were full of juice and he just wouldn’t put the thing down to stop and take a pic. He was in burger heaven. The bun looked yummy too. The owner(or manager?) was so friendly and with large windows and an open floor-plan, Blue Moon is a wonderful choice to lift your burger spirits. (I admit… I cheated and ate one of their HUGE onion rings… worth the extra gym time. The crust was light and the union was perfectly cooked.)

This place was great! I came here to dine around lunch time. It seems like a sit down restaurant due to the ambiance and food, but you actually pay and order at the registrar before you get your meal and help yourself to condiments and drinks. The burger I ate was the one with«Beechers» locally made cheese, «the Beecher feature». It had great flavor, decent portion to price ratio, and complimented the cheese very well, which I think made the burger good. I really didn’t taste the avocado on my burger… However the aioli was very evident. The meat tasted good, but the texture was a bit off. My complaint about the burger is: the bun. The bun was soft and doughy. As if it needed to be baked longer and just a little bit more effort of toasting the. bun gives a burger so much more complexion. The fries… Both regular, and sweet potato, were mush sticks drowned in grease. Eww. Avoid!

Blue Moon is awesome and becomes the best burger every Wednesday because they’re half off! The Fremont location is spacious and there’s a patio area. The only negative is that it can be tricky to find street parking during the weekends. My favorite burger is the Nacho Mama Burger with queso and corn chips. The Beecher’s burger is good, but not my favorite. I usually order tots for my side and there’s a really good house dipping sauce that comes with. The beer could be better; I think it’s Sam Adams on tap. But I’ll keep coming back for the best Hump Day deal.

I’ve gone here probably a dozen times, and I feel like I’ve now had enough of the«average» experience to sum up the good and the bad. Good — lots of cool options! Vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, shake flavors, beers, you name it. Very filling — you’ll never go hungry here. Half price burgers on Wednesdays if you buy a side — every Wednesday, no exceptions. Not So Good — While staff is fairly polite, they are ALWAYS understaffed — and that clearly takes a toll on service(understandably.) Long line, long wait, and if they forget something, it’s sometimes not even worth asking for. The Bad — Frankly, the burgers are overloaded. The flavors don’t always click, they’re messy for the sake of being messy, and the final result can be disappointing. This also means REALLY high prices. I get what they’re going for — but there’s about 10 burger places in a 2 mile radius, and they’re the most expensive. Overall — go on a Wednesday, get some fries(awesome!), and do it when you’re stuck in Fremont and can’t find another big greasy meal. Otherwise, it’s not worth the time, price, or mess to try and make it work.

I decided to try Blue Moon again, much to my detriment. This time I got the paleo burger. Since its a lettuce wrap I thought the egg was crazy so I asked for it with out the egg. I instead added mushrooms and cheese and had the curry fries with it. I will say service is still good here. The gentleman at the counter was nice. Lets start the presentation. Two pieces of lettuce with a patti and a ½ slice of onion do not make for anything appealing or easy to eat. Quickly I found they forgotten mushrooms. At a $ 1 add on price to forget them is a big deal. So trying to wrap this thing up I am sure no sauce was added. It ended up being a beef patti w/a small slice of cheese a few sad pieces of onion and two lettuce leaves. The curry fries where over seasoned… once again. The dipping sauce was ok but no big add to the fries. All told with a fountain drink we are talking about $ 18 for a meal that was worth maybe $ 6. I could have had better food from McDonalds.

Yesterday, my boyfriend and I went in to the South Lake Union location. We were greeted in a friendly manner by the cashier. She listened to our order and read it back to us. She was very cheerful. The place was fairly empty and clean. When we got our food it was exactly as we ordered it this time. Our burgers were quite delicious! It’s safe to say that this will be the location we come back to when we want Blue Moon. :) Thanks Charlie for the Gift Card.

They seem to be frozen burger patties of low quality. They do have a great selection of toppings, presumably so you can’t taste the meat? The burgers taste like the IQF ones you get at Fred Meyer cooked on the manifold of a Metro bus. Their fries, both the regular and sweet fries are soggy but still better than the burger. Neither one of us finished our fries! I love fresh cut fries, but they should do a little more experimentation on their recipe. Take my advice and head up the road to Uneeda for a good burger or even McDonald’s for something comperable before coming here. They only got 2 stars from me because the people working here are so nice. We had high hopes but we were let down hard.

Waited 40 minites for food, still wasnt delivered. When i went in to ask how much longer, the server told us ten more minutes! We were so tired of waiting we got a refund and walked out and got service elsewhere much more quickly.

In town visiting and this place caught my eye while exploring. Although I was disappointed by the lack of Turkey Burger offerings, I was please to see grill cheese on the menu. We ate inside and the food came out about 5 minutes after ordering. The grilled cheese and sweet potato fries were great(so great I dug in before snapping a picture)!

Everything was SO delicious. I ordered a half and half order of fries and onion rings, and at first I was kind of upset because there were only like, 4 onion rings, but by the time I was halfway done with my burger, I realized I wasn’t going to be finishing anything.

Went last night(3÷24÷15) with friends for take out. The Good: –fast service –order was correct The Bad: –lukewarm when I received it –burger did not look appetizing. all the components were there but not held together –blue cheese didn’t taste like blue cheese but cream cheese –beef patty tasted bland(no juicy, tender beef taste; not fresh-tasting) I’ve had better. Much much better. Will not be returning based on this experience.

This was our second trip here today and it will be our last. This time we ordered take out(which I am loathe to do since there is no recourse if the restaurant makes a mistake on the order). We ordered three burgers, two of which were wrong… and I don’t mean the ‘you forgot to 86 the onion’ kind, I mean the ‘got beef instead of chicken on my burger’ kind. For good measure that wasn’t their only mistake on that burger — they added the sauce when we asked them to hold it, and they cooked it well done. My burger was supposed to be medium rare but it was somewhere north of well done. I really wanted to like this place but they’re too incompetent at getting my order so I can’t.
