I originally went to Todd to help me prepare for knee surgery. He helped me increase my upper body and leg strength which greatly aided my recovery. Since surgery, Todd and I have been working on building strength. Each week I see measurable improvements. Todd has the experience to create a strength building program that other personal trainers seem to be missing. He is the best.

Todd is wonderful — I’ve been going to him for almost a year and am so impressed by the challenging workouts and the results I’m seeing. I’ve been going to Todd for a couple months now and am really happy with the results. He really took the time to listen to what I physically needed help with and has tailored my workouts to help me in those areas. He also has a great way of mixing up the workouts so they feel new and fun but are still challenging. I would highly recommend Todd to anyone looking for a personal trainer!

Todd is an awesome personal trainer! For me, he focuses on the real techniques to build up strength safely. I have has a history of back troubles and as we train, he is always setting my training up so that I see progress every week without hurting my back. He really knows his stuff. No fru-fru, «200 pounds is 200 pounds.»
