I feel like I’ve been on a junk food tour of the Pacific North West so I’m definitely becoming an expert in on the subject! Attached to popular music venue ‘The Crocodile’, Back Bar is an awesome pizza joint with decently cheap eats and solid portion sizes!
We sat in a booth at the back and even then our server was attentive and quick plus ultra-​cool looking!
I had the all-​meat pizza and was pleased with my selection, even if it lacked a little bit of flavour. A great place to hang out before a show with friends they also host bands in the back bar so try and catch a gig!

I really come here to eat pizza way more than I go to shows here so it seems appropriate to review Back Bar rather than The Crocodile itself. The happy hour $ 5 personal pizza is a great deal. The service is pretty excellent. There are always booths available, and sometimes they have a nice flea/​craft market so you can shop if you want. It’s the kind of easy, relaxed place where you might find yourself a regular.
The only thing I’d really change is putting some cheesebread on the happy hour menu as well.
