Apollo Gyro’s & Pizza

How are these people in business? 3 hours later my delivery driver wants to argue with me as to why I no longer want my delivery. Shame on me for not checking the ratings first.

I’m kicking myself for not looking here first before ordering. I used grubhub for my delivery, the food arrived Luke warm and had nothing with it. No silverware, napkins… nothing. Just my soggy, rubbery food.
Meatball sub was limited on meatballs and sauce, but did have plenty of cheap cheese to try and conceal that. We also ordered a Gyro, cheese bread bites and hot wings.
Hot wings were slimy and rubbery, the sauce was actually decent, but still couldn’t make up for the horrible texture of the wings.
Cheese bread bites were like chewing on Styrofoam. Ever try to whistle while eating saltines? Yeah, picture that… without the whistling.
The gyro came in a Naan bread type of bread, not Pita. There was a huge hole on one side making it a horrible vehicle for anything. Also, no Tzatiki or hummus? Nope, they went in dry. Nothing but wilted lettuce and gray gyro meat.
To top this whole thing off, no marinara sauce. Nail in the coffin.
Never again… I hope they hurry up and close their doors so no one else has to experience the horrible service and food.

I could not believe how bad their food was. They also did not only provide food that looked bad, tasted bad, but they also got the order wrong completely.

People, it’s one star rated for a reason! Wish I had went to Unilocal before I did grubhub. I have a feeling NONE of these reviewers wanted to give them even half a star. Crappy food that gave me a stomachache a hour within eating. Thank god I always have activated charcoal on me, because I wouldn’t call it food poisoning, I’d call it straight up poisoning. Besides that, the delivery guy didn’t even know which of the two orders in the car was mine! I ended up just taking the one he brought me, because he had ME open it and. Heck. So people, if you like hands all over your food before you get it please order from here. Yuck. I wouldn’t want that. The hot wings were soooo nasty. I shouldn’t have eaten as many as I did but I was craving them. The lassi was a different flavor, and I think it was the same order almost but he didn’t have my bread. I told him it was just bread and to forget it. So he comes back in a little over half hour with more hot wings. I was startled as I was not expecting anyone, saw it was him again and opened the door. Hot wings. I’m so glad I turned them down, as Id be dead. THEN I get a call from restaraunt and the guy says delivery driver is at my door and why won’t I answer? I informed them, he RANDOMLY showed up fifteen minutes ago With NO phone call prior to… And I DID answer.

Better delivery organization system. How hard is it to sharpie a order number or name? Better yet, have a number that corresponds with a list they take INCLUDING correct order, phone number, and address.
Better yet, just set this Beyotch on fire before any other innocents get harmed and tortured.
I’d rather dumpster dive (better quality food I’m sure) or starve. Than ever even consider this shithole again.
The kicker? Paying thirty dollars to get sick and the worst service in the world.

Ordered a pepperoni with jalapenos, and chicken alfredo with garlic. Both came an hour and a half later, UNCUT, with the wrong ingredients, and inconsistently cooked.
The pepperoni pizza was missing the jalapenos. The chicken pizza was missing its sauce, and didn’t have chicken or garlic. Instead it had whole peperchinis (with the stems still on), and black olives.
In my younger years I worked at several pizza shops. We never screwed up an order this badly. I can’t imagine what kind of management they have. I honestly worried about health hazards. Never order from this place.

Give star one because they finally give my money back after drove all way down there and show them how disgust foods they made and nothing as what menu said, not even close
I ordered veggie sandwich and on menu say have onion, pepper, olives, pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese but the sandwich I got was totally different it have carrots, cumber, mushroom? Some other. Veggie I never though of?! Like beets! Gross!!! Couldn’t eat it
Also ordered gyro it was alll fked up the flour self rip off and beef tasted like old leftover very dry was worst gyro I got
Also I was asking for cheese ravioli but they was out of it so they offered me fettuccine instead so I take it
On menu said Alfero sauce with chicken and cheese
But I got orange tomato paste with something with onion and curry it was very disgust not even close to the menu as what I ordered
I was very disappointed because whole menu is wasted that we couldn’t even eat them so I called to ask for refund they refused so I had drove all way down and show the foods and get their menu and show them what heck is these that not even on menu they got angry as they was embarrassing by other seeing me complaining so he gave up and throw my money back that I paid cash and told me to take foods with me I say nah no thank you don’t even want them then walk off had stop by get something else for us
It was a waste of time! After I read this I wish I read before I order but now I learn my lesson!

this place should be shut down. Terrible food, terrible service. This guy scammed me for 25 $ gave me a piece of shit pizza that looked like it had been ran over by a car, and a can of diet coke that I didn’t order. When I asked for a refund due to un-​acceptable quality, and undercooked food, the guy started bitching at me and then hung up on me. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!

Worst place to order from. Ever. Seriously it takes forever for them to deliver even after calling multiple times. They won’t give you a straight answer and the food never arrived after an hour and 40 minutes after ordering from them through GrubHub. On top of that, they still charged me in PayPal even though I canceled the order since it took almost 2 hours.
