The specials are delicious and very well plated. Not the cheapest, however, not the priciest either, by any means. The quality is top not notch, the drinks are mixed expertly, especially by the charismatic mixologist Mike. Well worth your time and patronage.

How I heard of this place: Before moving to Seattle, my sister had plans to meet a friend of hers at 611 Supreme for lunch. I was asked to accompany her on the drive down from Bellingham. It took a moment to find the place as the signage is less than prominent, but once we did, I haven’t forgotten about it! Type of cuisine: French-inspired bistro fare with a heavy dominance of tradition and buckweat(sarrasin) crepes, both savory and sweet. Ambiance: The restaurant, which opened in 1997 had humble beginnings until, in 2002 the lounge opened in the adjacent building and created both additional seating for the restaurant and a hip, nightlife destination with plenty of atmosphere to spare. The high ceilings make the space feel open and large, while the dark wooden furniture(tables and chairs, or bench-like, booth seating) brings it back down to its humble, rustic opening. On Saturday and Sunday mornings the restaurant & lounge are transformed into a bustling brunch where you can enjoy a French press coffee, wine and cocktails, and a large selection of breakfast crêpes. What I ordered: Because we couldn’t decide, a friend and I split two crepes. La Pomme de Terre($ 7.50) filled with Parmesan cheese and red potatoes sautéed with scallions and garlic, and Le Saumon Chere($ 9) filled with Chevre and sautéed smoked salmon and scallions. Another at our table ordered Le Jardin($ 7.50), one ordered L’Oeuf($ 6.00) filled with three eggs scrambled with onion and herb butter and the addition of ham. Others created their own crepes with eggs, vegetables and cheeses. Having arrived after our five plus mile walk/jog/run on Alki, most everyone in our party of eight ordered a twelve-ounce vanilla mocha, one ordered a latte, one an Americano with cream and one a drip coffee. What I loved: As is often the case on my trips to 611 Supreme, the potato crêpe fills you up with very little and with much flavor! The Chevre in the smoked salmon crêpe offered a light, yet flavorful complement to the salmon. The fresh spinach and mushrooms with Gruyère cheese satisfy all levels of satiation with protein, vegetables and cheese! The espresso at 611 Supreme is always good and, if you are a coffee drinker, needs to accompany your meal! Why I loved it: There is something very warm and comforting about simple, yet flavorful crepes enjoyed with a group of friends in a welcoming and friendly space. The servers were friendly and helpful, efficient and happy. The addition of reading coffee cups and hilarious conversation among good friends added to the joy and exuberance of the long-lasting meal! Cost: Low to average($ 4-$ 10 for brunch crepes)

LOVE this place! Passed by so many times but never knew what kind of place it was. For a Thursday night it wasn’t crowded at all. We got seated right away and they let us pick which table to sit at. We picked a spot by the window and I ordered a drink. I ordered the Teagroni and it tasted very bitter although the ingredients didn’t list bitters on the menu. It was strong though. We both ordered the ham & gruyère crêpe with two eggs on top and a tossed vinaigrette salad on the side. And ate all of it! Crepes are light, thin and crispy filled with warm, savory goodness. Then we decided to split the sweet dark chocolate crêpe. It wasn’t as big as the savory crêpe but definitely just as good. Dark chocolate mousse, whipped cream & almonds on top. ALLYUM! Can’t wait to go back with friends and enjoy brunch!

The ambiance is quite nice and simple. When we arrived they told us to pick any table that we would like and so I picked the table near the window. The server offered us beverages while we looked at the Menu. I asked them for Iced Tea and she said that they offered Iced Tea only seasonally and so I opted to simply have water. They have a carafe of water with lemon already at the table ready before you are seated. As I was about to pour myself a glass of water I noticed that the carafe had a crack at the spout(Being in the food industry and knowing that this was a food hazard, I didn’t want to risk injuring myself drinking water with possible fragments of broken glass/airborne bacteria/viruses in the water) I too was sick and coughing and it didnt have a lid… So I tried to grab the server/bar tender/host’s attention and told her that the carafe had a crack and she responds«their all like that!» then she grabs another carafe from another table and gives it to us and places the cracked carafe on another table to which I had already coughed on… I was a bit appalled, I dont know what the health code standards are in Seattle… By the way, I’m TB free… Just had a check up a few months ago… This absolutely turned me off, and so I decided to order Pepsi instead. We had ordered: Le Jardin 3.5÷5 $ 7.75 With Sauteed mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes and Gruyère. Le Fromage d’oeuf 3.5÷5 $ 12 2 eggs cooked sunny side up on top of crêpe with gruyère, served side of breakfast potatoes.

Wow! This place is absolutely lovely! Crepes here are the best I have had in the city. My favorite was their mushroom crêpe and they do not skimp on any ingredients, especially the mushrooms(this must be noted). Often I order a mushroom crêpe and get a cheese crêpe with a mushroom. I found the atmosphere to be relaxing, and mysterious. Great option for dates! Prices are perfect for what you are getting and its never overly crowded so you can hear the person in front of you. Bar is separate from the restaurant but you can still order food in there and their steamed mussels are divine! Their specialty cocktails with also leave you very satisfied.

I ordered a salmon crêpe. It was too salty. I think the canned salmon was used. Horrible service.

I wish I could give this place more stars but the service was unfavorably HORRIBLE to say the least. If the elderly blonde waitress is serving that night I wouldn’t dine there. FOOD So delicious. The scallops were cooked to perfection and confit was something from my times in Paris. Though it took about an hour to get our food… SERVICE It’s unfortunate to see such HORRIBLE service. The waitress seems somewhat a downer on life. The first thing she tells the table is I didn’t bother giving you a drink list because you don’t look like a day over 18. We were there to celebrate our friend’s 23rd! She then preceded to make snarky faces as we ordered like um, excuse me what did you say — just without even saying a word. When we got the bill, we wanted to split it. She immediately scolded us like a mother by saying, «Ugh guys, you should have told me beforehand. Now I have to go back and recalculate.» I’m not sure why she isn’t fired.

Great food, HORRIBLE customer service! I have NEVER, and I mean NEVERINMYENTIRELIFE been confronted so rudely as the last time I was here. Went here with a friend recently. We came in about half hour before they closed and asked if they were still serving. The waitress said go ahead and sit anywhere. When we went to sit at our preferred table were quickly ushered to a smaller table for some reason, although the place had plenty of open tables. Throughout our entire meal we were rushed and treated coldly. Two different waitresses kept mentioning that they would be closing soon.(THENWHYTHEHELLDIDYOUTELLUSTOSITDOWN!!!) When we tried to place an order for something that took a little longer to cook, the waitress looked irritated that we ordered that particular item. Instead of clearly communicating that they could not serve that item at that time, she passive aggressively placed our order and proceeded to treat us like second class citizens for the rest of our meal. They hurried us every chance they got.(They, meaning the waitress who told us to sit anywhere, who clearly lacked communication skills and a middle-aged, dried up hipster waitress with an obvious attitude problem and gigantic chip on her shoulder.) Our food arrived and it tasted great, thanks to the competent cook staff. We finally decided to pack up the rest of our food to go since it became increasingly clear that they wanted us out of there ASAP. What I don’t understand is if they didn’t want us to take our time and enjoy our meal, why did they let us sit down so close to closing time in the first place? So, we are getting ready to leave and my friend wrote down the tip(about 10% for rude, rushed, passive aggressive service). The middle aged waitress comes over and swiftly grabs the receipt off the table. A couple minutes later she approaches us to ask if there was anything wrong with our meal. I looked at her and said that the food was very good but we felt that we were being rushed and treated rudely throughout our meal. She replied, «well, your tip reflects that something was wrong with your meal». I was utterly shocked/dumbfounded she would have the nerve to come back and confront/guilt us about the tip!!! I’ve never in my life had that happen to me. COMPLETELYUNPROFESSIONAL!!! There were other couples in the restaurant that were leisurely hanging out and were not being haggled about rushing to finish their meals. For some reason it seemed as though my friend and I were being singled out. Why? I have no idea. Considering lodging a formal complaint against this woman. She a cold, nasty B***H!

This was probably the best crêpe /french breakfast I have had in years. I am even giving it a high rating when the building itself isn’t my favorite and has that old building smell. The food is dreamy and perfect. Sweet crêpe favorites like the citron. and savory masterpieces like the salmon n cheese. Their bloody marry wasn’t my favorite — but forget that, you come here for the food and the food alone. Perfect crêpe experience.

Love Supreme 611. Been eating here for years n years! The Crépes are bomb and the bar has a cool feel to it. Grapefruit mimosas and full bar. Hard to beat for brunch. Wait staff is always happy and very friendly too! I highly recommend it, especially if you’ve got some out of town friends that you want to show CapHill to.

I’d rather have dinner with Hannibal than eat at this place ever again… well, not that I really ate at this place, and not by choice. We were in town for a friend’s show and wanted dinner beforehand, and this place reminded us of a crêpe place in Portland we used to go to frequently. It was a Friday night and I found this place on Unilocal, seeing it had a great menu and good reviews… here we go. There was one other table, a four-top, sat in the otherwise empty restaurant side. After being sat by a blonde woman who left us at our table while we looked over the menu, and who only came back to the table to reply to our question about what came with the cheese plate with a look like she had just sucked a lemon, could only offer us «I don’t know». The shit hadn’t even gone in the vicinity of the fan yet though… I ordered a wine and my husband ordered a beer. We ordered a cheese plate to start(«to start» verbatim). Then ordered, for entrees, a Niçoise salad for myself, and a crêpe with sunnyside eggs minus the ham for my husband. I also ordered a crêpe because I wanted to try it, they looked amazing coming out of the kitchen. Cheese plate came, and it had literally the smallest bit of quince pâté de fruit I have ever seen in my life. It was literally the size of a dime, and would probably serve well for a couple bites of cheese. Cheese was delicious, nice assortment. Bread was good. Now begins the wait. We finished our cheese plate. Glasses are empty, waitress comes over to take the empty plate, and doesn’t notice the empty glasses. So I pushed my wine glass to the edge of the table, and after she arrives to drop off my salad(and nothing else… like my husband’s entrée) she finally notices and offers a second round, with a sigh. OK, so I figured my husband’s crêpe was on its way… So I didn’t touch my salad. 15 minutes later, my salad is still untouched, and the waitress asks me how I like my salad. I said«I haven’t started on it yet, I am waiting for my husband’s entrée to arrive». She looked taken aback and said«well, I ASSUMED your salad was your appetizer» and just kind of stared at me… Well, no, lady, the cheese plate was our appetizer… it was pretty obvious that the rest of the food we ordered after the cheese plate was our entrees. And a point — you don’t assume, ever, not in this industry — maybe you could have asked us in what order we wanted our food to arrive. So, 30 minutes after my salad arrived and had been sitting untouched, my husband’s crêpe arrived. It was huge and covered in baby greens. Made sure there was no ham, because this stuff happens. Well, the eggs in it were RAW. Like, not a kinda runny yolk, but the egg whites were still totally clear and gloopy. It was disgusting. My husband almost barfed right there, and at this point we were fed up with being hungry, sitting for over an hour already, and having the most cold, unwelcoming, and hostile service we have ever experienced. The coldness of the waitress was enough to make the experience awful, but it gets even better. I had only eaten the small side of mixed greens with my assembled salad, I hadn’t touched the tuna, the egg, anything else. Just lettuce. My husband had taken two bites out of his crêpe because the great discovery of raw egg. After that I had lost my appetite as well, and we finally found the waitress, who seemed totally inconvenienced by the raw egg. My other crêpe hadn’t even arrived yet at this point. 1 hr in. He shows her the egg, and she says, and I quote«well, the cook hurried your order because she [pointing at me] said she was waiting for you». Uhh… Hurried? I actually laughed when she said that. How is waiting almost 2 hours for a crêpe with properly cooked eggs that won’t kill you«hurrying»? I said I didn’t want my meal anymore, cancel the other crêpe, and my husband obviously didn’t want his crêpe. We said we were fine paying for the cheese plate, 2 wines, and 2 beers, but we didn’t expect to pay for anything else. This is when the waitress became VERY confrontational, extremely rude, and angry. She said, verbatim«you are paying for the salad». I said that I only ate the lettuce — the lowest of the food cost on that plate. She said that«well, you wasted it, and you are paying for it, there was nothing wrong with the salad». I said, how would you know that? How would I know that? Hell, after the egg incident, how do I know that any of this food is being handled properly? Do I really want to risk food poisoning? So, she got into it with my husband. Loudly. The waitress turned on her heels and left. My husband peeked around the corner into the kitchen and saw the one cook(chef?) there. A nice young gal came out, and apologized profusely, and had the salad taken off. I have worked in every aspect of the restaurant industry, from dishwasher, wait-staff, to executive chef, and I am appalled that this happened. It absolutely ruined our night, and we left hungry.

The cocktails are delicious and creative(and every time I go in, there’re new options). The crepes are delicious. There aren’t a ton of vegetarian choices in the savory category — it’d be nice to see more options there. The dessert crepes are decadent, though the ratios of the fillings sometimes feel off. More of a lunch spot; I go for dinner sometimes and get a cheese crêpe and a green salad, and it’s just not enough for dinner. And I always feel like a jerk when I mispronounce the French menu items. The restaurant side is usually quite empty a dinnertime, though, which I love. The service is okay — we always have the same lady, who might be the owner? Service isn’t very fast or particularly warm, but it’s fine. Gets the job done. When you want something light, delicious, and oh so French, this is a great choice. And the cocktails are fantastic.

We came here as a group of friends about 30 minutes before last call(for food). We were seated immediately. Order taken and waters brought out within 5 minutes. We ordered a round of crepes and that was brought out within 10 minutes. And then we ordered mochas and it came out quick too. This place has perfect service. The crepes were spectacular. The coffee was down right amazing. I hear good things about the food so I am very excited to come back and try it out!

Let’s rate this a 2.5, in real life. Food was good– really good! But there is definitely room for improvement in the service department. A friend and I came for late brunch last weekend. Cute place. cozy. Big windows, kind of rustic. I like that. The french press coffee was weak. not hot enough. That’s a tough one, on a Sunday morning. I need my good strong coffee from a French style bistro! Since our server never gave us spoons, our coffee got colder and colder while we waited to get her attention. It wasn’t busy. The menu is lovely. My friend and I told her we were sharing the apple-caramel crêpe, and a baked egg dish. The crêpe, ready first, came out first, and the server plops it down in the middle of the table and walks away. Um… we’re sharing two things? Remember? We started laughing, since she didn’t even think of bringing us plates. I think she assumed we would just pick off the same plate. which I would have considered doing, since this was a good friend, but we couldn’t reach, and crepes with fillings are… messy! It took a long time again to catch her eye. When she finally she came back with them, with nary an apology, she took off again before I could order a mimosa. I’m sorry, when i go OUT to brunch, instead of make it myself, I am paying for not only the food, but the service. Food itself – 2 baked eggs, delicious, rich, yummy. Small portion, but came with a wonderful portion of greens which were dressed in a perfect olive oil/lemon vinaigrette. The apple crêpe? Also very good… not overly sweet. Problem was it came with no sides at all, not a slice of fruit, nothing so it really didn’t feel like a complete meal. Although we ordered 2 dishes, we actually were still hungry. So. I would consider trying it again, because the food was tasty… but honestly, the service attitude needs to be more thoughtful. There are a lot of other restaurants to choose from out there.

Came here for brunch, and we tried the le jambon(ham) crêpe and the salmon crêpe. They tasted good, but I wasn’t very impressed. Maybe next time I’ll try their sweet crepes.

I always like the idea of ordering chicken when I go out because I like chicken but everytime I’ve ordered it when I’m out, it has been dry. Not the case here! The chicken was delicious and everything else on the menu looked that way as well but I was too full to try it! Darn! The chef /owner makes everything by herself so expect a little wait. She still found time to come by the table to check in with us at closing after she was done with all the cooking. Wow I love it! The bartender knew we were celebrating a birthday and made up some shots based on what the birthday girl told her she liked. It was a very nice dining experience!

I have a love/hate relationship with 611 Supreme. Love: FRENCHPRESS. Whatever coffee they use is amazeballs. After a long night, this is just the kind of heaven you want swirling into your mouth. Okay, that sounds weird. I’ve come back specifically for the awesome coffee. I also love their crepes and scrambles. I’ve tried several and they are all seriously delicious. The staff is always really friendly and attentive. The drinks are good. Hate: Why are you so greasy? I love the food, but I’m not sure there needs to be quite so much grease. I actually get pretty ill from it afterwards, since I don’t usually eat oily things. This place is like ice cream or pizza if you’re lactose intolerance. It’s delicious, but then you have to ask yourself every time if it’s worth it. It usually is.

You gotta be kidding me… is what you will be muttering after you take the first bite. First of all, you need to become aware of the fact that this place has happy hour from 4−6pm on Sundays-Thursday…which means that ALL crepes are half off. You can get out of here with two crepes for around $ 10. It is such an amazing deal that I have been coming back over and over. Also during happy hour, the house wine and tap beers are $ 3. The best savory crêpe is the LECREVETTES($ 10). It is sautéed shrimp with tomato coulis, garnished with white wine cream sauce. It has the perfect amount citrus kick and is just overloaded with shrimp for you to feel like you fell into the seafood section at Pike’s Market. The last bite is as good as the first bite and you will be a happy full by the time this comes to an end. The best dessert crêpe is NUTELLA-GLACÉ($ 7). It is filled with nutella spread, garnished with TWO B sized SCOOPS of vanilla ice cream and chantilly. It’s smooth and sweet and makes your stomach paralyzed with goodness. I can eat these two crepes and feel perfectly full by the end, but if you aren’t starving then sharing two crepes is a good way to go. My gf unfortunately talked me into straying from my Nutella Glacé and had me try the LAPOMMENORD($ 8), which is filled with caramelized apples, caramel sauce, vanilla ice cream and chantilly. I did not really care for this crêpe, I thought it was way to sweet and the apples were overwhelmed with caramel. But then again, she enjoyed it — as well as my friends. Another great option for a savory crêpe is the LESAUMON-CHÈVRE($ 9). The crêpe is filled with smoked salmon, scallions and chèvre. I’m not a huge fan of salmon, but the scallions complemented the salmon so well that it was definitely worth a try. You cannot pass this place up. Take a friend, take a dog, go by yourself and bring a book, but take the time to try a crêpe. It’s an amazing deal and an amazing town taste.

Lord jesus christ this place is insatiable. I did not even realize how amazing the food was because I have only had their crepes, which was also amazing!!! order : lamb shank: that sauce was amazing!!! half roasted chicken: perfectly cooked!!! melted in my mouth, but that perfectly seasoned and pan seared chicken with the perfectly mashed potatoes and mushroom cream sauce! Hell fucking yeah! sorry world for my profanity, but it was that good!!! Jarren/Garren sp? was also a delight. Extremely friendly, and a great bartender/server/host of that place. This restaurant is highly underrated and it is kind of sad, because it needs to be a place to try out some french style cooking at a very affordable price. noted: try to find out of the owner is cooking, because her love for the food shows through her delicious morsels of food!

This review need to be updated as we only cane here for a couple of drinks, which were on the the Unilocal happy hour thing. The had a great rustic yet classy feel about it. I liked it alot. The food looked amazing and I definitely will have to try it. One of the customers got into a heated discussion with us trying to convince us that the meat there is amazing(they use only locally and humanely raised animals). She was incredibly zealous in her insistence that it was the only way to have meat and that it tastes way better than anything purchased at the QFC, which according to her was only good for her cats. Lesson learned, Americans love meat and are very picky about their meat.
