DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ONLINE!!!
Worst experience ever. You’d think that companies would have this stuff down with how popular online shopping is, but apparently not!!!
I had ordered a shirt for my boyfriends football game that I have to travel to. I had ordered it a WEEK in advance, AND still payed an extra $ 15 for 3 day shipping.
I leave for out of town tomorrow and still not even a shipping confirmation. I contacted the customer service, and she said that it hadn’t even left the warehouse yet…
On top of, she was defending the company. Ever heard of customer is always right? ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE RIGHT?!
I said that it was useless to send it as I needed it before I left tomorrow, and she said that she would have to put in a «request» to cancel it. And I should receive another email in 2 days.
But will I? Who knows with how unreliable this company is.
First time shopping here and will not be returning.

Located in the Mall, upstairs near JC Penney… when all of the other stores are sold out for hot sports jerseys or sizes… you can count on these guys to have it !
They carry a ton of womens fit wear!

WORST ONLINE ORDERING EXPERIENCE EVER!
I shop online all the time and ordered a shirt from them. I specifically chatted with someone about when I would get my shirt (which was a gift) BEFORE I ordered it. Then when I was tracking the order they informed me it was impossible to get it before Christmas even though I ordered on the 12th and expedited the order. I will not get it because it takes them a week to process the order. Really? Then I had to repeat my self about 25 times to the lady on the phone that sounded like she was eating her dinner with her mouth open. So, now I have to order it from another store because you CANT GET ANYTHING FROM THERE BEFORE CHRISTMAS. I’m not really sure why they are even advertising in December for Christmas delivery, since it is too difficult to get an order together in less than a week.
