I purchased a 49.00 shirt on Saturday. I tried it on at home took the tags off on Tuesday. The shirt is cut to low in the front. Came back to store on Thursday to exchange. The cashier said no exchange with the tags off. I lost 49.00 because they will not exchange it ridiculous! READ THE FINE PRINT ON RECEIPT! !!! DON’T SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU’RE WILLING TO LOOSE MONEY

I came in a few months ago with my girlfriend to return a dress that she changed her mind about. The dress still had the tag on it but we did not have the receipt, she’s a part of the bebe rewards program/​bebe loyalty program and part of the program allows the stores to keep track of the receipt-​with that information in mind we drove to Schaumburg to make the return and the manager (short blonde hair) refused, she gave us attitude and turned us away. We had to call corporate for a paper receipt– the whole process was so unnecessary

I love their dresses… but the the store has the worse staff ever. … I nevet saw such an arrogant attitude… its just discugusting to see those ladies walking in the store like Gods!!!
I will better drive more miles far… and shop in other stores…

Crappiest business I have ever shopped at.
The store associates are incapable of really providing any customer service… maybe because they are not trained maybe because they are new (well that is what the manager told me after I called because I had been waiting 5 days for something I ordered).
I had ordered a pair of leggings and the associate said they were going to come from a store in CA… I said great I paid for them plus shipping and waited (they stated they should come from the CA store in 3 – 5 days)…I waited, I waited so on day 5 I finally called the store and then the manager stated that they were actually ordered from Bebe online which I could of done myself… and picked how fast I wanted them.
The manager explained to me that they she was hiring a lot of new people and also that the person I was dealing with May have not known or been fully trained… really you put people on the floor to deal with people’s money who are not trained?
They also don’t tell you when they ship something to you UPS takes the first half of shipping the order then the USPS takes the actual finally delivery (and we all the know the US postal Service is so spot on) so my order took about 7 days get to me… so much for 3−5…
I love my leggings but the service at this location is some of the worst.

Still overpriced for hot going out clothes… ok Ill splurge!!!
This location is west end of Woodfield Mall near the Gap kids. Nice size location with a great selection. Sales team is friendly but not too pushy to purchase their beautifully expensive clothing. They usually seem to be having a sale going on. When I went, it was 50% off their size items, so cute dresses for $ 25! Can’t beat that! Their quality is also pretty good as well… Ive never had an issue with their clothing.
If you need a hot outfit for a night out or a date night, definitely check them out!

One of my favorite store, i am a petite woman, and they have a nice fitted dresses and tops!!! Any dress that i have from this store looks on me amazing. Also prices are good.

I have been a loyal Bebe customer for almost 10 years now. Most of my wardrobe comes from Bebe. Recently I stopped by the Bebe in Scahumberg, and I was impressed with it’s size! I had a return with me. I did take off the tag — which was my fault. BUT I had the recepit and it was w/​in the 21 days. The manager on duty refused to take it back. I informed him I did not want cash, but I was going to probably purchase something that day in the store. He still said no. I begged for him to make an exception. He still said no. It was just very cold, and it was upsetting because I wasn’t asking for much, I wasn’t rude. C’mon! I KNOW they could make an exception if they wanted to. It just looked petty and was a real turn off!!!

absolutely love this place!!! i had great service! they accepted my coupons np. vs. the bebe in oakbrook which was terrible!
