Clarks Shoes

J provided very good customer service, better than any shoe store I’ve been to! He showed my mom multiple pairs of shoes when she described what she was looking for. They didn’t have the color she wanted so he had it shipped directly to our house for free! The quality of the shoes is great, definitely check this place out!

I was in Clark’s last December when I just basically walked in and begrudgingly bought a pair of their classic leather shoes ($ 125). I hate shopping (especially shoes!) so just wanted to fork over my dough and leave.
Fast forward two weeks ago when I’m digging in my closet for dressier shoes for Open House. Voila — those Clarks I bought! I put them on. and realized the left shoe was floppy. Like, stretched up. Wtf?
No likey. Needless to say I grabbed another pair that night.
I headed into Clark’s this afternoon with the goal of an even exchange. I dread stuff like this, so was mentally forelseeing a hassle: or me having to explain why I JUST realized — 9 months later — these shoes are wonky. How I’d have to point out that the leather on the left looks stretched, etc.
I was greeted by the sales staff and stood in line for a bit. The lady in front of me commented what good service she had from the male associate behind the register.
When it was my turn, he asked what he could help with. He checked their current inventory and when they didn’t have any in stock, promptly ordered them to be delivered to my residence. Didn’t bat an eye or bust out an inquisition about my receipt.
I was in and out pretty quickly. Shoes will appear on my doorstep soon.
Yays. A much better experience for sure.

I had the best shoe buying experience of my life at Clarks in Woodfield. Not only did I get an amazing Black Friday deal, but I also received top notch customer service. A special ‘thank you’ to Francesca (sp?) for being responsive and nice while helping me get a pair of shoes shipped to me in time for a wedding I’m attending this Saturday. My shoes arrived today and love them! Thanks!!!

Very friendly staff. These people who work here are very well trained and knowledgeable. We bought 2 pair of shoes here. One of them needed a repair… they were happy to exchange it to a brand new pair even after 4 months of purchase… we will definitely go back next time when we need new shoes!

Contrary to what the other person says about the associates at Clarks, I had a great experience. After going to Steve Madden and trying on awkward Men’s shoes (see: large feet), I was discouraged and decided to pop in this store for a just in case kind of session. To my surprise, they carry 12s, and 12s in the store! It was excellent! They brought out tons of 12s and tons of shoes that they thought would fit. I bought several pairs and they were able to send some straight to my apt (the ones that they didn’t have). They were very helpful & friendly and I would definitely return.
On another note, their socks have a lifetime warranty. As in, buy their socks and if they wear out, bring them back with the receipt & you get a brand new pair. Amazing. Seriously, who does that?
