I just left there maybe 30 min ago. As i stood looking at the menu because i was ordering for 3 people. I didn’t get a ‘good morning or hello’ The tall male cashier didn’t seem to understand my native language(english) too well.“Born here” And he seemed quite bothered by me even coming in there? He handed me my tea(no words) handed me my coolata(no words) then he made my 2 sandwiches, handed them to me(no words) then got my munchkins to complete my order«i said Thank You» and again Got nothing back? POOR customer Service and to make matters worse, i asked for 3 ½ sugar in my Tea and i barely taste any? I get the same thing everytime. IF he cant speak or understand English well enough ‘WHY’ is he on a Register ??? I guess i can drive to Malden from now on to get my Stuff. ***Exactly Eek! Methinks not ! +

9:30am on a Monday, one woman behind the counter was making coffee. One woman was making the food orders(which while I waited for 12 minutes there was not one food order). And one gentleman was filling the pots. The manager was at a high top talking about Facebook with a friend… WHILETHEREWERE10+ CUSTOMERSWAITING. I get the morning rush was probably over but come on. That isn’t the first time it has happened either, almost every weekend day I go to this location they always seem confused behind the counter and the same manager is always scolding them for doing their jobs instead of helping them. I have no vendetta against her either because she seems very nice. I just wish this store would get its act together before they lose any more customers.
