My husband, son and I went here for our son’s birthday! We got the Date Night special: a huge ice cream sundae and a 15 minute magic show! Then we played some arcade games and air hockey! We had a great time! Recommend this place to kids and adults for a sweet time!

Amazing place! Came here for some ice cream and didn’t expect how much more this place has to offer! Such a special place! The owner is great and he knew how to make two little boys from Southern California feel special… Thank you! Our boys are in love with magic because of you!

This is a fun atmosphere and it makes anyone feel like a kid again. I like the ice cream store and magic shop mix. The owners did a great job of using the space, the design to make it theatrical, it’s quite unique and it works. Stop by for an ice cream cone, you’ll enjoy it! There’s something for everyone here.

Very wheelchair friendly and accessible for all plus fantastic ice cream treats! Today I tried red wine sorbet and peach medley ice cream. The red wine sorbet was more like a snow cone texture not your typical definition of sobert. Whereas the peach medley ice cream was very creamy but I was wishing for bigger bolder peach presence. If the pear ice cream ever returns you should definitely grab a double scoop!

Have lived in Santa Rosa my whole life and never got a chance to visit this place, and let me say, I was thoroughly impressed. My friend got the chai ice cream and I got the double fudge bacon ice cream in a waffle cone. Wasn’t too overpriced for the quality, and the man working was as friendly as can be. Definitely the best ice cream I’ve had in Santa Rosa. 5 stars!

In love with this place. After craving ice cream all day I decided to go on a search around the town and stumbled upon this little piece of magic. The owner makes all the icecream himself and does a cute little magic show for you. It’s great for kids or even just kids at heart. There are plenty of flavors to pick from and they are all delicious. Also every Friday is a magic show and once a month is a comedy show. It’s great for the entire family.

Stumbled into this shop and had a craving for ice cream. The place is excellent, ice cream flavors are unique and delicious and the toppings are great. The ice cream is all made in house. Even better are the prices and the music. Also you get a great magic trick with your ice cream table side. Highly recommend the sundae with the Froot Loops ice cream!

This is a cute little ice cream parlor/magic shop. They have a variety of interesting flavors and they have some great recommendations. Initially it looks a little old fashioned and has a cute little ambiance. Not a whole lot of seating but I haven’t been there when they’re busy so it seemed like enough. The right side of the store is the magic shop and behind the parlor is a stage where they hold magic shows for the kids and even lessons, I believe. It’s a little on the pricier side for ice cream but it’s the whole experience that’s worth it.

Cute little spot. Ice cream was delicious, a birthday party was going on and you could hear the magic show taking place. Met the owner and he was really friendly. A guy that was serving us seemed totally annoyed when we asked for a few samples, huffing and rolling his eyes every time we asked for another. But, that didn’t spoil the mood. We wanna check out one of their show date nights. My son(2) had a blast and I absolutely love that they have multiple toddler sized furniture — obviously smart planning on the owners part. We’ll be back, many time I’m sure!

So I gave the wife a break and took both kids for a while on Sunday, My son decided we should try to hit that ice cream shop down on 7th street. It’s not close to my house but I needed to kill some time so that was perfect. The theme is an old-time ice cream shop combined with magic. My son freakin’ loved it. He ate his ice cream like a lunatic per usual but then the owner engaged him in a few magic tricks which really sealed the deal. There are a dozen ice cream shops in Santa Rosa that will scoop something onto a cone but Shuffle’s adds character and fun — I recommend.

Due to traffic issues on US101, specifically in Petaluma(close the North Petaluma Boulevard exit on a weekend — REALLY?), we allotted plenty of time to travel to Santa Rosa in order to attend a funeral. As were successful in this endeavor, in addition to having lunch down the road, we found ourselves with enough time for dessert. Usually we find something on the menu of the place that we had the meal, but our restaurant wasn’t exactly deep in inspiring choices. So, we decided to walk to the funeral parlor, and lo and behold we stumbled across this place. It was about 1:30 on a relatively warm Saturday, and we expected there to be a competitive line, but instead we walked in and found ourselves to be the only customers(really, the store should make it more apparent that it’s actually open). The list of options on the menu was considerable, but I settled on an ice cream/brownie combination. The server did accomplish my request of having no nuts(no pun intended), but was otherwise completely uninspiring — I need not mention that customer service is important, particularly at a place where the customers go in with the expectation of being happy. The actual dessert was outstanding, and I really didn’t have to eat the rest of the day. That the shoppe also indulges in magic is interesting, if not particularly relevant for my needs. Bathroom was clean and non-constricting too. But it didn’t warm my heart to see our rather overweight server indulging in ice cream behind the counter when I went back to our seat. Definitely potential exists here, but they need to work out the warts.

I cannot wait to return with my son for the Saturday morning show. :) I was drawn in by the promise of dessert and left with my sweet tooth satisfied(blueberry cheesecake) and entertained through some awesome magic tricks.

My friend and I stopped in here to try some of their ice cream and there was also a magic show just starting. The staff behind the ice cream counter asked if we were there for the show since it was just getting started, but we declined and just shared a scoop of some kind of cookie dough/thingy ice cream. It was good, though in the small scoop there only seemed to be 2 small pieces of dough(one for her and one for me). The quality otherwise seemed good and as the magic show got going in the other room, we could hear that it was being received by the audience very well. Lots of applause and laughter. This is a very attractive and clean store and the staff were quite friendly. I would definitely come here again and will recommend their shows to anyone I know who might be interested.

I have been on the hunt for the best ice cream in Santa Rosa for the past year. I hate that froyo crap. Ever since I heard about Shuffles Magical Ice Cream opening three months ago, I told myself I had to try it. I am a sucker for magic tricks and ice cream; so Shuffles has to be amazing for a guy like me. 12⁄23: I finally decide to try this establishment with my friend after an evening of chaotic Christmas shopping. I get there 9:20pm and witnessed that the shop was closed. Zero lights were on, zero people were present. I thought to myself«Am I at the right place?» the Unilocal hours said Shuffles closed at 10 pm and so did their business hours on their glass window. As we walked back to the car, I decided to call them to see if anyone picked up. A man actually picked up the phone and told me they had decided to close early for the night because it was slow and weren’t going open until 12 pm the following day. I heard good things about Shuffles and saw yummylicious pictures of the treats. Unfortunately I never got to experience anything because they closed early. I really sympathize with them… It’s winter, business will be slow especially for the ice cream industry. But it’s just inappropriate for a shop, especially for a brand new small business, to alter their operating hours just because business is a tad slow. If you are going to advertise your business and state that you close at 10, I expect you to stay open until 10; not 40 Minutes earlier. I wanted to support you Shuffles, but you have disappointed me with your business tactics. I instead had to settle for a killer Oreo blizzard and peppermint cane blizzard from DQ in the SR Downtown Mall.

Went with family and friends to a magic show tonight. It was so entertaining it is a must go to show. During the short intermission you have time to go sample the ice creams and then buy your favorite. Biggest problem you will have here is deciding which ice cream to chose from. Even if you just go for ice cream you will enjoy this place.
