I only drive through Santa Rosa occasionally, a few times a year, but I used to make a point to stop at La Michoacana to pick up a real Mexican paleta. Well today I was driving through an what do you know they’ve changed the sign, it’s called Colores. But it still sell paletas so we get one for everybody get in the car start eating and we’re all dissapointed. The ice cream was bad, most of us couldn’t finsih eating them. I don’t understand why a store would switch from selling good ice cream to bad ice cream But those are the mysteries of capitalism,

I’ve been here once and I will NEVER go back in my life. About 6 months ago I ordered an orange juice. I asked the girl if it was $ 4.50(I had read the wrong line up on the board). She hesitated for a second and then responded«yeah». After getting my drink I finally found the orange juice listed on the wall. It was $ 3.00. So needless to say, the employees are shady. As there was two others working right next to her listening and I was the only one in the store. Not only that the orange juice was disgusting. It tasted like some type of a cleaner. Never again.

Its a little pricey for ice cream, but the taste makes up for it! Thr workers here are very friendly and cheerful. They were quite patient with me despite how indecisive I am! My girlfriend had a scoop of limon which was not something I really liked since I’m not a fan of lime flavor… However, I had the coconut and it was amazing!!! It was so good I’m going back for more right now!

Second time I go in and same bad experience the Popsicles are very old and have freezer burn and the bionicos are old the fruit is not fresh the granola is so soggy and the apples and bananas are already brown the only reason why I went in this second time was because I was right in front of it and my daughter wanted a bionico but NEVERGOUNGAGAIN! I’ll go to fruta now on big difference

They serve guayabana or in Filipino guyabano ice cream. This elusive exotic fruit is not yet available at any Asian or Latino store in the area. So due to this, I will give you five stars! Woohoo!
