No restroom. Clean store, courteous staff. The donuts are great. But seriously — how can you operate a sit-down restaurant/donut shop and not have a public restroom? I cannot support any place that serves food or drink that does not have a public restroom.

My boyfriend and I went one time and never again will we go back. We ordered a dozen donuts and they all tasted stale and old! Yuck! I don’t see the yum yum in their name. Definitely sticking to Krispy Kreme.

Absolutely the work experience I’ve ever had. Every time i stop by they are always out of stock of whatever i ask for. They only have what was made 10 hours earlier. If they have to cook it you cant order it even if it’s labeled«SERVEDALLDAY» NEVER go to this store ever. Go to the dk donuts a block south on tustin and you’ll get a much better experience.

Went this morning, customer service was good. Got a ham and cheese croissant was horrible somehow they think by putting it in a plastic container is a good idea, well it’s not specially when you take to go by the time I got to work it was hard from the bottom I wasn’t even able to eat it. Not worth the 3.50 for the croissant. Coffee was good though. Will I go back?! maybe for coffee but not for a croissant.

Great tasting donuts! I went at 11pm, and the donuts tasted fresh. The shop is super clean, and the the customer service was exceptional! I will be going back soon!

I like that this donut store is open 24 hrs. Always have a great selection because it’s always open. Just went there this morning and it seems like they are upgrading a but. New bake cases and menus. I like it.

Totally mediocre donuts. What really got me, and made me decide to write a Unilocal review this morning, was that they charge $.50 to use your debit card, no matter how big your purchase. That’s almost the price of the whole donut. That’s like charging to keep the lights or hot water running. There are too many other good donut places nearby to ever come here again.

I went here with my boyfriend to get some donuts and try out their shakes. The donuts were ok, not the best. Our favorite thing we wanted to eat was the Oreo shake and when we tried it, it was the worst shake we ever had! It tasted dry like crumbs of Oreos were mixed in and even the whip cream wasn’t good, it tasted as cheap as it looked. We were disappointed. We told the lady that worked there that we did not like it and to ask if we could try a different shake, only to be told that we liked the Oreo shake because half of it is gone, excuse me but, I didn’t know that she could decide what we like or don’t like. The customer is always right, and I would think that they would try to have good customer service to make up for the poor quality food. Our roommates go here every morning for donuts, and we will make sure they stop coming here. We live close by here but, after today we will not be back.

I got the ham n chz croissant bit into it and it tasted funky. I found what i think was that one kind of salami with peppers in it. When i tried to ask what they put into a ham n chz croissant he pulled the meat out of the cooler and tossed it onto the table and said what do u think. I told him no and when he tried to argue with me i tore it open and asked him then what the heck is this? And picked out the peppers if its ham then its spoiled and i should go to the health dept. He started saying something in spanish and threw my money at me. I will never go back here and i hope they get an inspection soon.

This review is for the Yum Yum Donuts on Tustin Avenue, Tustin, OC, California. Located between Fairhaven and 17th street, this donut shop is one of three(along with D.K. Donuts and Friendly Donuts), providing mostly morning commuters on the Chapman Avenue/Fairhaven street corridors their early sugar intakes before getting on the 22⁄55 freeways. It’s adequate to quasi-good. Donuts, coffee, made fresh, nothing spectacular, but nothing really to make it avoidable. * The Good: Plenty of parking. Fresh fares and not that busy. They accept credit cards and it’s open 24 hours. * The Meh: It does its job. Just grab and go. * The pseudo-Bad: The few times I tried to get more than just a regular order(e.g. larger orders, special requests), it seemed to throw the business’ selling pace off-kilter sometimes. They run out of specialty pastries(like ham and cheese sandwiches) too early on the morning rush. Recomendable.

Worst donut ever!!! Wasn’t fresh. Service was poor. When I mentioned that I wasn’t very happy with my purchase cashier told me it’s too late I had already eaten half of it. That wasn’t true as I had only eaten a quarter of it. The cashier had told me to keep eating it because it was a Bavarian cream and I was trying to find the cream and she said it was in the center and to keep eating. It maybe had one small dollop of cream in it. I could taste unblended sugar crystals in the cream. I then asked her who the manager or owner was and she said«come on» and turned her back on me. Very rude! I will never return here.

I only come here for coffee because the donuts never seem to be fresh or even that great, but I really like the woman behind the counter, very polite, she gave my husband a free donut haha I didn’t want him eating sweets so late at night but she gave him one free. I read a review that says it’s cash only but it’s not I paid with my card but they charge you .75 cents.

Yuck. You know the donuts are bad when an entire household of people ranging from 4 to 74 in age take a bite and push them away.

I have a three year old and five year old. When we are out and about one or both them inevitably has to go potty. This is not something that can wait. Therefore, I am sensitive to the issue of businesses having restrooms available to the public. I was very surprised one Saturday morning when the wife and I took the boys and our dog for a walk /bike ride. We stopped here to get the boys a little treat. The little one said he had to go potty. We asked for a restroom and were told that it is for employees only. Don’t places that serve food have to have restrooms? Isn’t it especially important if one of your main sale items is coffee? Can’t they make an exception for a three year old and his desparate mom or dad? Well, the only solution was to go outside and have the kid pee into a dog poop bag. I told my wife to take the full bag into the store to use the trash can inside, but the cooler head prevailed and we put it in the outside can. Now, I know that we should not encourage our kids to pee in bags outside businesses. However, we had no choice in the matter since there are no other options in the area. So we did what we had to do. Finally, the donuts here are not very good. The DK down the street is a million times better. They also do not have a restroom, but it is a drive /walk up so the kids never even get out of the car.

This place is OK, and merely OK. If the lady behind the counter hadn’t been so polite and I was just rating the donuts, it’d get one star. She was polite, so I’m raising the rating a little. The donut quality– 1⁄5 I didn’t like them because the 2 times I’ve had them they’ve been dried out. Once was at 10pm, forgivable, but to have dried donuts at 8 am? I don’t get it. The service was– 4⁄5 Please note that this location is cash-only.
