Came to the outlets the other day with some friends and decided to stop in to the Levi store. On other trips to the outlets me and my sister never stopped in here… we don’t need jeans so who cares right?
WRONG! The Levi store was awesome! Not only do they have walls and walls of jean choices but they also had really cute sweaters and belts. I walked away with a pair of jeans that came out to around 40 dollars since I bought a pair for my friend as well (buy 2 or more and you get a discount) and a leather magenta belt for $ 12 (also discounted).
My sister and friend took 2 – 3 visits to the dressing rooms and walked away with jeans on jeans on jeans and a couple sweaters. Really great basic items with a flair and well made! Also, staff was friendly and helpful!

I come into this store already knowing what I want SO in terms of customer service… I don’t have a valid opinion. I mean, they do offer to help but I honestly know what I want — I never spend more than 15 minutes in the store. They carry a majority of more popular styles (505, 514, 511, 527, etc) so if you’re looking to snag one of their special/​newer styles… you might be out of luck. BUT HEY, it’s worth a shot.
They also give a military discount — BAMCIS.

Bad customer service they rushed all the customers out of the dressing rooms so they can get off on time and they are not very friendly. The manager has a rude and cold attitude she didn’t seem to care when I complained about the poor customer service I received. I returned my merchandise the very next day and I hope everyone complains for being rushed and treated like we were inconveniencing the manager and her staff. I will not shop here again. I have had better customer service at the DMV. Levi’s please hire more curtious staff and don’t put people with bad attitudes in management positions it makes your store get bad reviews. Customers should always feel welcomed and appreciated.

One of things I love about Levi stores is that they have the jean guide suggestion:
«if your pants are too big in the back… try…»
«if your jeans fit but don’t flatter… try…»
This saves tons of time for me.
Most of the employees were pretty friendly.
I found my first pair of Levi jeans and a cute flowery vintage top today totally on a impulse buy.
Best of all about Levi’s is their honor the military and their families with a nice discount. Now that I know this I will be checking in on their inventory more frequently.

You can almost always find something here! And it doesn’t get too much more reliable than a pair of Levi’s.
It’s a large store with a great inventory and selection to pick from, including shirts, jackets, dresses and a great men’s area as well. It’s almost like two stores in one since the female’s clothing take up one whole store side with a full wall in between separating the men’s clothing.
If you like Levi products, this is a good place to start.
