Love this place! I just got a job around the corner from MMG and I was stuck with the lunch orders for the office. Someone mentioned this place and now it’s my go-to! Yummy options that fill you up and have great flavor! Love the Mona Lisa and MMG wrap! Try it!

I have been coming here for a while now, it’s a good place to eat after working out, I had issues with delivery but now I don’t think I will ever be returning to this place. I always din in and so I am very familiar with the food. I am allergic to onions so I always order something with no onions. The past two times, I HAVEGOTTENONIONSINMYFOOD!!! my friend always orders the yehaw wrap and she said there was no onions and even in the descriptions there is no where it says there is onions. So I ordered it wanting to try and guess what the first bite I took there was a ton load of onions, I had to throw up ASAP! The employee was nice enough to to change my order. Second time I always order the Tuscan with no tomatoes and no green onions… well guess what there was tomatoes and green onions. I don’t know maybe they don’t wipe of the board before making an order or don’t wash the pans… but I am annoyed and pissed at the same time. I will have to give it some super deep thoughts of ever wanting to return here, I have a three strike rule and if my third food has the crap I don’t want it then this restaurant will no longer get my business.

I had delivery from Unilocal24. The food was just terrible. I had a wrap and a chicken dish. Both had tough meat, hot and cold parts, and an unidentifiable bitter flavor. Just really bad tasting.

Love this place. For someone that is trying to watch their calories and carbs this place is great. They even have the macros on the menu! Mona Lisa wrap is delicious! They deliver, too!

Worst. I went in at 7:00 pm on a Tuesday night, and there were only two other patrons there. I ordered a meatball wrap and it took 27 minutes to get my order. There was only one guy in the back cooking, and I feel for him, but seriously, how long does it take to put two meatballs in the microwave? Definitely won’t be back.

Need one of these places in the Union City/Hayward area. Love this prep friendly fast food spot just what every city should have!

Clearly the 4&5 star folks that have rated this place have never ordered take-out from here… YUCK!!! I’m so glad I(pre) tipped 20% — NOT! That was the worst dining experience EVER! I’ll never be back — sure wish I could give a negative star review… Tragic.

Healthy, decent-flavored meat and fair prices. They have a lot of different options. I recommend the Muscle Maker Wrap with the Western potatoes or the cucumber salad! :) Also, if your looking for low carb options, they have a lot of choices and offer sauce that have zero carbs! Everything tastes great, especially the chicken and steak! Most places these meats can tend to be on the dry side but not here! It’s a little more expensive than most places but you get what you pay for, and it’s honestly worth it. As for their protein shakes, I don’t think they are very good. One time I got one and they put their Muscle Maker powder, a banana and some water in there. It tasted very watered down and not a chocolate flavor that I tend to like.

Not bad. Not bad at all! This place is in the whole foods plaza in San Ramon next to Peer’s coffee, it’s a little hard to find. Walked in, pretty clean and the menu is blown up so you can’t miss any of their good items! The thing that I love about this place is that it’s clean eating. My boyfriend and I are huge on eating clean and we work out etc. Their menu ranges from turkey burgers, pastas, veggies, and wraps!!! Wraps on wraps on wraps. We both got a wrap. I got be Mona Lisa wrap with avocado added(under 400 cal) say what?! And it was so flavorful. My boyfriend got a bbq chicken one — I forget what it was called but it reminded me of a beef stew in a way because it had potato chunks on the wrap and a side of sweet potato fries.(Um but the fries were absolutely delicious and not fried!!) Only minus one star because we wanted to try a protein shake but they only had vanilla flavor left(mind you we came in on a Wednesday afternoon — when usually they’d have strawberry, chocolate, peanut butter etc) For clean eating, the food is not bland ATALL. And I don’t feel guilty if I were to eat a huge wrap that’s a lot of calories with fries. This might be a new regular for me!

Was having difficulty finding a good, healthy, protein-rich set of options and here comes Muscle Maker Grill! My kids loved the name too and kept checking how much their muscles had grown during the meal. :) I tried their European wrap and it was quite good. Maybe a tad low on salt, but easily fixed.

I’ve had Muscle Maker Grill on my list of bookmarks for a while now and since I just moved back to the San Ramon area for work, it was about due time for me to try it out.(Also my friend shamed me for wanting Costco froyo and a churro for lunch) Muscle Maker Grill is located in the Shops at Bishop Ranch right next to Peet’s coffee. Parking is a little tight and difficult but if you don’t mind doing a little walk, it’s not too bad. There’s ample seating inside and outside if the weather is good. So I arrived fairly late in the afternoon as I have later lunches on Tues/Thurs. So it was quite empty when I arrived so plenty of time for me to just peruse the menu. I did do a little homework prior and saw that they had a seasonal special item which was the Warrior Nachos(Lean turkey chili with red beans, reduced fat cheddar cheese, salsa, fat free sour cream topped with tomatoes and onions served over healthy Beanitos Brand Chips). Sign me up! So when I was looking for it on the menu… there was no indication anywhere in the store there was a seasonal item. Why aren’t they promoting it? I had no idea what I was paying, but I knew I’d have it regardless of the price. I also had a small soda. So everything came out to $ 9.40 which isn’t too shabby. Food did take some time to get out, but good thing I have a phone to take my mind off of the time. So how was it? Now that I’m staring at the calorie count it’s not bad for ~ 381 calories but boy the sodium. I felt like I needed to drink a gallon of water. Since I ordered to-go, I did appreciate that they separated the toppings and the chips. But with that came the feeling like I was just eating a bowl of chili with chips on the side which kind of defeats the purpose of nachos. The taste was good. Very hearty. I just felt like… well it was definitely a healthy version of nachos for sure. Overall, I wasn’t really wowed by the meal. Maybe it’s cause I didn’t get any of their wraps which they’re more known for. For the price and the quantity, I feel like I can get a better meal elsewhere. I even told Orlando that I would probably have gone to Poke Don or Spice Kit instead of here. So although it’s convenient. It was just ok for me.

Walk in. Order at the counter. Get the table number stand thing. Pick a table and wait. The pricing here is really good. What bothers me is to buy healthy food, it costs way more than unhealthy food. This is why us students are fat hahah anyways. F O O D Rocky Balboa Wrap(4⁄5 stars) — ALLLLLL meat ! You cad really taste the healthiness in the wrap lol it was a good kind of healthy taste. The chicken was kind of on the dry side. That’s the only thumbs down to this item. This wrap also comes with a side that you get to pick. I chose the Caesar salad. And the sauce was super light and it taste so heavy where you’d feel guilty having a caesar dressing. Champion Pasta(4⁄5 stars) — it’s the exactttttt same thing as the balboa wrap but instead of a wrap, it’s pasta. You get to choose regular pasta or wheat pasta. It doesn’t come with a side. And again, the chicken, thumbs down.

Muscle maker grill is usually one of my to go spots for lunch. There are a lot of options and the staff is very nice. It’s easy to customize things here. I usually go for any of the wraps. They are all pretty tasty. Plus all the nutrition facts are posted up. It’s pretty no-frills here but for a quick and easy lunch muscle maker gets the job done

I had a friend recommend this place to me. It’s a great place for a quick Healthy meal on the run. I opted out on carbs and starches and I got tired of Spinach salads for dinner. I had a quick look on menu online and decided to give them a shot. I ended up getting the Ye Hah wrap which consisted of a Jalapeño tortilla wrap with Turkey Bacon, Chicken and russet potatoes and a zero carb dressing. I was able to sub the potatoes for broccoli. I had chose the Cucumber salad for my side. The wrap was delicious and it wasn’t too expensive. I was able to get out quickly and definitely will be back for more Health conscious choices.

I tried Muscle Maker for the first time a few weeks ago and had a nice experience. I placed a dinner order online and requested a specific pick-up time. I was called beforehand that they were out of certain side dishes so I picked different ones. I arrived to pick up my order and was greeted right away with my order ready. The European Wrap and side baked potato were great! I recently went back to Muscle Maker with my boyfriend last week. We ordered at the restaurant and received great customer service. We both ordered Fajita Wraps and were not disappointed! They were out of certain sides again since it was towards the end of the day, but their menu is big so there is always plenty to choose from. We’ll definitely come back!

I was very skeptical at first when I read the name of the restaurant, names of the wraps, salads, and shakes. I was also skeptical when I read the calorie breakdown and wondered if these meals had any taste at all. I have been here 3 times and I can say, some meals tasted great and some are not so great. I’ll rank MM3.75 for taste, a 5 for healthy ingredients, yielding a ~ 4+. Here was my experience : — Muscle Maker is located in a strip mall 9n the corner of Sunset & Bollinger Canyon. It’s in the NW corner of the strip mall. Parking can be challenging at lunch time, but if you mind walking, there are many spots near Target. So the restaurant was designed to be the opposite of a fast food in terms of food quality, but of course at double the price. Healthy food = more $$. I first tried the chocolate peanut butter protein shake. This thing is s meal! ~ 400 Cal w/44 Gm protein &22 Gm carbs. Double thumbs up! I tried two wraps, The Rocky Balboa & The Santa Fe wraps. Balboa was had grilled cheese, melted cheese, turkey meatballs. It tasted goo! The Santa Fe was meh, the sauce did nothing, the beans had no flavor. and basically tasted like skinless chicken, so not much flavor. The wraps do come with a side, I selected broccoli twice, had it seamed once & second time was dry, little bit moist. Overall, it’s a pretty good place to eat healthy. I’ll be back.

Tucked away in the corner of the plaza just steps away from Yogurtland. Came here for lunch with a coworker and it was my first time here! Ordered the Godfather as suggested and it was literally a giant chicken breast cooked with balsamic vinegar and served over steamed broccoli. It was delicious(and healthy) and super filling! Almost couldn’t finish the whole dish. There are plenty of other choices on the menu(wraps, salads, other entrees, etc.) Might swing by again to try something else next time. Wasn’t super busy during lunch and there is plenty of parking in the plaza.

Here’s yet another spot I’ve had the luck of finding out about thanks to you Unilocal*ers! Picked up a decent amount of mud on the evenings ride; tires got huge & heavy! Translation: I was seriously hungry afterwards and didn’t want anything salty(chipotle). Walked in & noticed it wasn’t full of people, which was nice since I wanted to sit down dine in & enjoy some«droid» time. I ordered the Santa Fe wrap with broccoli on the side(freebie). About 8 minutes later I was served & thought«that’s it?» Well it ends up this is what a decent portion should be & not gluttonous. More on this later. The broccoli was absolutely perfect! Steam kissed and still crunchy! The wrap had a zesty sauce which went well with the slightly dry chicken breast pieces. The atmosphere is a cool place to enjoy any of their offerings. As I approached the last few bites, my tummy was saying«thank you, i think i’m full now». Whereas the other places give so much one feels a bit TOO full! I would highly recommend MM to replenish after activity! Let’s hear what you think!
