I went looking for someone to do my brows since the last lady I went to made them really thin so I grew them out and when the time was right I would find right person to do them the way I like. After some research I found Noelle who had great reviews and was local. what can I say… I AM BEYOND PLEASED!!! BEYOND HAPPY!!! She’s sweet, personable, professional and a perfectionist. I wasn’t rushed. She took the time to make them absolutely perfect. She even have me a discount for first time client. I will definitely be going back again and taking my daughter as well. Noelle is AMAZING! I swear everyone always asks me about my lashes and always compliments on how flawless they look. She is not only really good at her job but also has great work ethic and customer service skills which is what makes me always want to come back to her. I always see deals on Groupon or Living Social for other locations offering lash extensions, and I will never take advantage of those offers because Noelle is the only person I can honestly trust with my lashes. I seriously would FREAK if she ever moved! I am definitely a thankful, satisfied and loyal customer!

Simply the best lash extensions ever. I’ve had lash extensions for a couple years now from various places in SoCal, and recently moved up to the Bay. Noey’s lash artistry is second to none. She is meticulous with her work, knowledgeable, and hilarious. My lashes are luscious yet still look natural. Well worth the investment.

I can’t say enough about Noelle. She is very knowledgeable and the most important quality for me, she LISTENS. Too many times, the person shaping my brows would not really listen to how I wanted them and over time, my arch became too high giving the surprised look.
When I first saw Noelle, she listened and talked to me about how we can fix my brows and get a nice shape like I want. I’ve only been to her twice and can’t imagine going to anyone else. Noelle, you have a customer for life.

I was torn about leaving a review for Noël because I was afraid she would get too popular! Didn’t want to her to get booked up. But… After much consideration, I’ve decided to share the love. :) Noël is very good at what she does. I love getting my lashes done and it always comes out just the way I like it. Her prices are reasonable and she’s very flexible with her schedule as well. I also like that there are no distractions while you’re getting your lashes done. A few other places I’ve been answered phone calls and tended to other clients while I’m in the middle of my session. If you are on the fence about trying out lash extensions, this is a good place to start. You’ll love it!

Recently went in to try lash extension for a second time (first time was not with Noelle) I do love the drama that comes with the look, but I wear glasses and it does bug me when they touch. I explained that to Noelle and they turned out perfect. She was easy to talk to during the service and I will be back in a few weeks because I’m addicted to this look.

From skin care advice, product knowledge, and talented hands/​eyes for such detailed services, Noey is beyond perfect for the job. I get compliments all the time on my brows and lashes. She is super talented, I always get compliments on them and best of all she is the only person who hasn’t burned or irritated my eyes while doing lashes! Excellent customer service and beautiful work!
Noelle is the only person I trust with my skin and brows. All of her services are top notch, but I mainly see her for facials, waxing/​brow shaping, and lash extensions (for special occasions). She is really meticulous, so you can be sure that you’re getting quality service.
I live pretty far from where she is based, so I try to plan ahead and book all the services I need in advance!
