My boyfriend and I are regulars here. A few years ago we had a less than awesome experience, but we came back because of the great wings. We now come on a constant basis and sit in the bar area because the bartenders and staff are awesome! Plus, their Happy Hour is hard to beat! I even have my own drink, it’s called Miranda’s Balls(Dr. Pepper with Fireball). Try it sometime! Haha.

We went here to watch a football game and when we walked in there were 3 people in line in front of us the hostess didn’t ig knowledge anyone and slowly sat people. My husband waited and couple walked in without waiting in line and was sat immediately, the hostess has no idea what was going on. Once we sat down the waiter was so overwhelmed that it took 30 min to place an order and even get any drinks. The blueberry lemonade tastes gross and old. The service was so bad but I really wanted some wings. We ordered wings and nachos that were late and had to ask for ranch more then 3 times while he didn’t bring us napkins or anything else. We had to ask for everything if we could even get his attention. It sucks because they have good wings but eveything else makes it not worth it.

Came here with my sister, brother&sister in law on a weekday night. There was hardly anyone at this spot. Monique was our server. She sat us down within minutes. Placed our orders about 20 mins later then got our waters. Not too bad, right? Yeah I didn’t think so either. Until we finished our waters & Monique went M.I.A My brother in law found her at the table diagonally across the room from us, talking and laughing with them. So we thought, OH, Found her! She’ll be back this way. No Biggie. WRONGAGAIN. Home-girl’s been chillin with them for 45 mins as we STILL don’t have our re-fills and our food. Hmmm, come to think of it, looks like its a group of her friends. AND to make things clear. We don’t care if you are chillin with your friends while you’re at work. Do whatever the hell you want, but just make sure your other tables are taken care of & you don’t have HANGRY people coming at you with Forks and Spoons! Finally get our food/drink re-filled and I calm down from being a LADY-HULK. Once we were done eating, we find her back at the table of her friends. We ended up just leaving the table and asked for our receipt from the front, & guess who finally decided to show up? Monique’s long lost self ! & then has the nerve to tell us she had to do the transaction from the back. Um, why? So, whatever we asked for the Manager. I forgot his name, but he was kind enough to listen to my sister and I rant about Monique & how bad our experience was here. & for the cherry on top, as we were talking to the manager … Monique walks past by & says very loud & clearly«Oh, he’s not going to do anything» as she walks back to her table of friends. Yup, not going back here again. I’ll stick with the Union City one. Atleast it’s more live & respectful.

Came to watch the NFL semifinals game, Panthers vs. Cardinals. This location is slightly easier to get a table at than others in the Bay Area. We ordered the Twisted Margarita, Not Your Father’s Root Beer, limited time cheese sampler, and honey BBQ and hot BBQ boneless wings. They put a good amount of sauce on their wings! No lack of television screens, there is a screen for every person to see — no matter where you sit. Don’t get the cheese sampler unless you’re sharing it, cheese overload. Wings are solid. Don’t get the twisted margarita unless you’re getting an extra shot or two, it’s mostly sugar otherwise. The Not Your Father’s Root Beer is good, would recommend it to those who are not fans of beer or to those who enjoy root beer. Took our server forever to come to our table so we could pay and leave. Had to try to flag her down for 10 minutes when we were the table literally right across from the cashier’s area and she went back and forth multiple times in front of us without bothering to glance in our direction.

We’ve given this BWW multiple chances, not any more. Whether you dine in, or order takeout, the food is well below average and super inconsistent. Service isn’t much better, it’s a rare event when they manage to get the order correct. This location is a franchisee(not all are) and apparently the owner doesn’t have any food service experience. Service inside is a joke, and as previously mentioned, food quality is in general average, and often bad. If you only want to have a beer while you watch a game, it’s an acceptable option. If you want good wings and food, look elsewhere. If it is going to be a popular game(local team, playoff, etc) get there super early. The parking lot is only adequate for a place ½ this size.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this place, so I’m not sure what’s with all the bad reviews. Then again, I’ve always had take out. If you order ahead of time, they’re usually done by the time you get there. While Buffalo Wild Wings may not have the best buffalo wings in the world, I certainly appreciate the consistency and variety they provide. I can only compare to Wingstop, and I prefer BWW’s wings so much more. I recommend the Parmesan Garlic and my favorite, Asian Zing.

Ugh, horrible. This place is the chucky cheese of wing places. Seriously bad from the food to the interior décor with paper hats strewn about. Have a hard time since I’m comparing this to Wing House down in Orlando where I used to live which is miles ahead of this place. We ordered about 30 wings with a variety of sauces. The number of available sauces and rubs should have been my first warning. The best wing places usually just have a small portion of those available here. –wings were small –sauces lead to explosive gut wrenches, Thai curry was ok, Parmesan was gross and the hot buffalo was middling –nachos as an appetizer was a bad idea, seriously how can you screw that up??? No darn cheese on it –cheesy décor –pricey for what it is –server messed up our order On the plus side they had some decent beers but nothing exotic. The server did piss us off by delivering(and charging) for tall beers when we asked for shorts. Hard to contemplate these 5 star reviews, maybe they’ve never been anywhere better to compare against? Never go back.

I drive past this location almost multiple times a day and finally decided to go in and have a taste. Huge restaurant! Super high-tech inside. No one at the door to greet us! I understand that it is like dead-hour or whatever but there should always be someone that occasionally passes by the front. I had never been to any BWW location so I didn’t know the whole process of getting a table. I walked all the way in to the bar area and stood there, hoping I could get a servers attention without obnoxiously flagging her down. That took about 5 minutes and I finally got a booth to sit in. So many huge projectors for watching all types of sports! I can see this as a great place to hang out with friends! Ordered some wings and a Huckleberry Lemonade. Delicious! Didn’t know Huckleberry was a fruit! I thought it was only Huckleberry Finn’s name. Let’s talk about the actual WINGS. I am comparing these wings to Wing Stop. My go-to wing place. Lemon Pepper wings here were so overly salted it was like I bit into the ocean. When I wanted to get the check, about 3 workers walked past in a span of 10 minutes. Finally got a server to get our check, took her about 5 minutes to not come back so we got someone else, 5 more minutes and then finally our check came. Took forever to have them take it to get out cash back. Tip to BWW: Please work on noticing customers! It sucks when I am ready to head out and the server takes forever on getting the bill!

First time here. Excellent food and service. It wasn’t too busy. But their honey barbecue sauce is excellent. Man the blazing sauce was very hot. Will be back

With any chain, you’d expect consistency in the food and the service: with BWW, the food could always be a little better and the service isn’t the best. BWW is where you go to watch sports on large TVs, sample the usual beers, and you hope you get decent wings. Arriving for Sunday night football to see that only a handful of tables were occupied was an ignored warning. We were allowed to seat ourselves in the bar area with the high top tables which was nice. Beers were ordered and arrived quickly. The server was friendly and initially attentive, but became missing and spotted with the other servers chatting it up at the main register for the better part of when we needed service. The order itself was correct except for one person not having their wings arrive in the correct sauce — which was quickly remedied. My only gripe with the food is that for some reason, BWW often serves broken chicken wings which means splintered chicken bones and a deformed/gummy wing in the basket. And no matter how many times you say ‘may I please get my wings extra extra crispy?’ they come out gummy… cause they know better than you do. So far this sounds like a 3 star review and it would be if the food hadn’t given me bubble guts. Will I continue to go to BWW’s in the future? Yes, but not this one.

I wish 0 stars was a selection… Terrible experience today. My colleagues and I went there today after the lunch rush so I could participate in the hot wing challenge. It took 20 minutes to receive our drinks which is inexcusable even if you are sitting at the bar and there aren’t more than 5 other patrons total at the bar. 15 minutes after receiving our drinks, and when the waiter was ready to take our food order, we were told that they ran out of the Blazin’ Sauce for the challenge. We immediately told our waiter as soon as we sat down that I was going to do the challenge and told them again while ordering drinks(as you can’t have anything to drink during the challenge). What a terrible disappointment. I would have rather known up-front that they couldn’t accommodate and the real reason why they couldn’t. I am seriously contemplating what the truth is about the sauce. I am pretty sure that the sauce is rarely ordered due to how hot it is. They also sell bottles of Blazin’ Sauce as a retail item so they could have grabbed one off of the shelf if necessary. This is enough for me to never come back. This is the second time they’ve messed up pretty badly. Loss of a customer as well as a whole office of workers. Poor.

Decent wings, decent service. This is the third time I’ve gone to a BWW in my life EVER, and clearly there’s a reason why. For a place that’s known for their wings, they do a sub-par job and the cherry on top is the exceptionally slow service. I came here with my fiancé and friends on a Sunday evening. The place was only at 25−30% capacity if not less. After being seated, the server came over, took our drink orders and delivered them promptly. Things were pretty okay up until this point. We managed to put in our order soon after getting our drinks. It wasn’t until 40 – 45 minutes later, however, that we finally got our food. My fiancé and I ordered 20 wings to share(half Asian zing and half spicy garlic). The wings themselves weren’t that great(kind of on the dry side), and I wasn’t really enjoying the flavor of the spicy garlic sauce either. The servers came by once or twice during our dining experience to check up on things, but every time I tried to get a hold of one they were socializing with the other servers. We probably won’t be back.

I grew up in the Midwest, so it is somewhat nostalgic for me to come here. Yet, every time we do, I end up regretting it. The poor service is almost comical. We’ve had times when the server goes AWOL, when food takes forever to arrive, and tonight the food came out wrong… TWICE! I won’t bore you with the details, but will say that they made good by comping the screwed up entrée without us even asking. The space is pretty big and there are tons of TVs, so if you have a group and want to watch a game, this place is hard to beat in the area. Just be prepared for erratic service at a price point that has escalated well beyond the quality level. I can’t say that I won’t come back, but when/if I do it will be with the lowest of expectations.

Still the service sucks. Place is empty and it took us nearly 20 minutes to get drinks and 45 minutes to get food. SERIOUSLYFOLKSHOWAREYOUSTILLINBUSINESS. Drinks are now empty and the staff is nowhere to be found. We wanted wings and the other place in San Ramon was busy. I guess I know why. Ugh…never again. Never again.

A big group of friends and I go every Thursday for football and have been doing so for the past several years. The biggest reason for the 5 is this is a place to build memories with your buddies. Other Pros: — Boneless Thursdays, of which you’re allowed to get multiple flavors so long as you get at least 5 of each — Servers will split bills with no complaint, making it easy for groups — Get there before 6pm for Happy Hour — Tons of TVs everywhere you look Some Cons: — Don’t sit on the bar side if you’re trying to eat because it will take too long — Sometimes they forget the celery and carrots — Sometimes(but rarely) I lose in fantasy football. Not BDubs’ fault. Cheers to beer, wings, and good people.

Buffalo Wild Wings is my go to when I want more saucy wings and while they do have dry rubs, many of my friends flock to BWW for the wings of the saucy variety(but don’t get me wrong, the less saucy options are yummy options as well). My family & I were in the San Ramon area and decided we wanted some take out wings and opted for BWW. While this location did appear to be very spacious and was well equipped with lots of space, tables, and televisions it was a bit upsetting that service wasn’t super present. Ideally there would be a hostess or cashier but when my family came the presence just wasn’t felt. I usually wouldn’t let this get to me but it was just a little frustrating when there would be a host only for other people to come and get seated before we were even asked if we were there to do the same or get take out or rather if we have even been helped. Regardless, when we have were helped the employee was very kind and attentive & our take out order was ready in about ten minutes. Despite this setback, BWW still was very consistent with their food dishes. If you were to get the wings alone, it would be noted a snack size is equivalent to 5 wings, small = 10 wings and so forth(increasing by 5). The wings also came with veggies on the side. Yum!

I know BWW isn’t gourmet dining but I’m surprised it doesn’t have better reviews! Other Unilocalers are correct — the service here isn’t great. Even at 9pm on a Thursday night with no games on TV you’re bound to wait 20 min for drinks and 30+ min for food. But it’s not the server’s fault! My impression is that management under staffs the bar area, so wait times are bound to be well above average. That being said they have always been accommodating when I go in a group and we push a bunch of tables together and make lots of noise! And the service at other restaurants in this shopping center is as bad, if not worse than BWW, so you might as well go to the place that serves the food you want to eat! Service aside, the prices are average and the wings are YUMMY! I honestly can’t say I’ve tried many things on the menu because every time I go I just want the medium heat, bone in wings because they are very tasty!(And because I’m not trying to consume 2,000 calories in one sitting — BWW is definitely a «cheat meal» restaurant lol). BWW isn’t perfect — but I’m not mad at it! ;)

Came here for my son’s birthday with @2016 year olds. We booked the side room which is a great multi-function room. Great for your fantasy league or little league function. They really want people to use it. It’s large with multiple TV’s with the option for music or the main game feed. You can also feed your own data into the main screen, whether it’s embarrassing photos or league tables. We ordered from the larger menu which ended up leaving lots of leftovers, which I’m still enjoying a couple of days later. Great, attentive staff from the manager to the dedicated room server, Daisy. Wife and I left the savages in the large room while we went to the main restaurant. While always busy it was never absolutely full. Beer and cocktails great. Food is good quality for its genre but no Michelin stars here. I particularly love the Parmesan-garlic and medium. But you’re not going to get thin eating here… There is a wall of fire for those who go through 10 blazin’ in 5 minutes but my son did 7.(his homies ate 3), no milk or water allowed. Great fun but be warned, until the main football games are over you can’t really see much else. Definitely will return.

3 years ago, this BWW used to be a steak house(the name itself escapes me). Now it’s a BWW. I went there today for a happy hour with a group of co workers. Overall a good experience even if we didn’t order much. Exactly what’ you’d expect from a BWW. We had a few appetizers and some cold brews. There weren’t too many people probably cause there just isn’t any sports at this time. In terms of the restaurant, we took over their patio area and the weather was great as always. The inside looked pretty clean although I really didn’t see much of it. The restaurant overall appeared to be pretty small. One thing that is horrible about this place is the parking. For Happy Hour, it was super difficult to find a spot to park even though the place wasn’t packed. I went through the parking lot a couple of times but luckily found parking on the street after seeing someone leave.

We came here for brunch on the day of Giants’ game. I guess most people stayed home to watch so the place isn’t crowded at all. We ordered our usual favorites: BBQ Asian Zing Lemon Pepper Italian Parmesan They were really good and tasty. My daughter got her usual cheese flatbread. I thought like the flatbread here because it’s not burned. The one we go to near our So Cal home is a bit burned and dried. My picky daughter ate a few squares before she declared she was full.
