GNC

I like going to GNC. I don’t like it as much as I used to but it never hurts to go in and see if they have anything on sale. Last time I was here I purchased the GNC AMP Vitapak Program. I told the clerk that I am currently taking Jack3D. My concern was if taking both at same time was safe before my work out. He said NO and broke it down for me. Very helpful.
I also ended up editing the address because it was incorrect and it wouldn’t let me check-​in.

When it comes to knowledge the workers here know what they are talking about. BUT when it comes to customer service they get a BIG FAT F from me. BRAD, was helpful when it came to selecting the protein that was right for me. He showed me two and I was ecstatic because it was buy one get one half off. HE SPECIFICALLY SAID THAT BOTH WERE PART OF THE BUY ONE GET ONE HALF OFF DEAL. When it came to my purchase both were ringing up as regular price. BRAD, would not honor his word and give it to me buy one get one half off. I was with two other people that specifically heard him say this to me and I quote «I WOULD GET IN TROUBLE GIVING YOU THE BUY ONE HALF OFF, GNC WOULD LOOSE MONEY» and then I asked, wouldn’t you get in trouble if I complained to your manager, and get this, BRAD said «I WOULD GET IN LESS TROUBLE IF YOU CONTACTED MY MANAGER.» SERIOUSLY? I was pissed. I called customer service, they were no help & I’ve tried contacting GNC a couple of times, no answer. As someone who works in retail, If you tell the costumer something, stick to it. DON’T BE A DICK BRAD!
