I went here a few weeks ago looking to find the Adidas Superstar. They didn’t end up having the shoe in my size but the crew member helping me was very nice and offered to order it online for me. Unfortunately it was sold out in my size online as well but I was very impressed by the employees courtesy and that’s why I’m giving this place a high rating.

My husband bought running shoes for my son but he didn’t like them. When I went to return them, the manager was on break and she’s the only one in the store who can process returns so we had to come back in 20 minutes. Came back and had the receipt but they need my husband’s credit card to process the return and he’s away on vacation. Couldn’t get the info off the receipt and our 30 days are almost up. What the heck?! Footlocker sucks.

I purchased a pair of very nice Nikes at this store and only a few weeks later the air pouch blew out. Nike was going to trade them for me but it was going to take 6 – 8 weeks. The manager at Foot Locker was super nice and swapped them for me in the store with no hassle. Not buying shoes anywhere else from now on.
