Prices are more expensive on some days. There’s ice cream. The food tasted like food, more or less. The tables and chairs were often wobbly. In between the Chinese food, there’s pizza and chicken nuggets. The bananas with strawberry syrup tasted weird. The fortune cookies are stale and have often have lame business advice in them. I felt dirty and trashy eating here, which is exactly what I was going for.

Was seated quickly. $ 8 for my lunch buffet. I was pleased– the food has steam coming off of it and was hot. Something you don’t see at every buffet. Only disliked a few of the foods. Really liked most of it and was overall pleased. Definitely the best buffet in the area.

Don’t ever go here !!! Bad service ever !! The food is okay but the service is unacceptable! They never refill your drink. The most ridiculous part was the bill. Three adults dinner on a Saturday came out $ 49 something! When we came to the cashier stand and asked the lady how much for each. She explained $ 10.99 for each plus the drink is $ 13.95 !!! We order a coke and two WATER so it means they charge the water too??? However if they did charge the water, $ 13.95 X 3 = 41.85 but the bill was $ 49 so you tell me the tax was 8 bucks ??? How ridiculous it is! We will defectively never come back again! Watch out if you guys ever want to check this place out !

We were seated quickly. One star for that. The rest of the visit was totally unacceptable. The black pepper chicken was tasty. However, every other chicken dish I tried was fried hard as a rock. The wife left most of her food on her plate. We were never offered drink refills. In fact, we never saw the waiter again. We had to ask for our tab at the register. At least we saved the money that would have normally been a tip. We left there a little over an hour ago and went straight home. It’s a good thing we did. I am now experiencing severe abdominal distress. Needless to say, that was our last visit there.

Not particularly impressed. Too much fried chicken on the buffet — wings, nuggets, tenders. I expect quite a bit of chicken dishes like sesame chicken or sweet and sour, but not American fried chicken. The dumplings were mushy and small and the crab rangoon was overcooked. The hostess was so busy speaking Chinese to to a co-worker that she seemed to forget that she was leading me to a table. Then when I went to the cashier to pay my bill, the same person was running the register and acted like I was interrupting her — she was texting on the cell phone that she picked immediately following checking out the previous customer — and barely looked up when I handed her my bill and credit card. She did not utter a single word just handed me the receipt to sign. No thank you. No please come again — she didn’t even ask if I wanted a copy of my receipt… I had to ask for one!

Extremely horrible customer service. Called to price how much a big party would be and the lady on the phone was short and rude with me. I called twice because I forget and she raised her voice and said she had already told me that. Was also informed that I couldn’t bring a birthday cake in. I work next door and will never return here. I’ll inform all my co workers friends and family to do the same.

This is pretty good for a Chinese buffet. They constantly replenish their food. They are fresh and not too salty like a lot of the Chinese buffet. Selections are very good and the price is very reasonable. They have a lot of seafood items during lunch hour which is a plus.

The best buffet I’ve been to in a couple years. All the food was delicious and it was fantastic selection(try the Thai Chicken). They had a huge selection of hot dishes along with ample desserts, fruits, and salads. The hibachi station had all sorts of vegetables but the meat looked like it had been sitting out for quite a while. Other than the meat on the hibachi station my only real complaint was the food could have been a touch warmer(it wasn’t cold but wasn’t hot either). The staff was friendly and cleared our table regularly. I’ll definitely be back!

If you’re going for all you can eat Asian food this is the place. Not the best sushi but it’s decent and unlimited. Their shrimp is pretty good, I love the ribs, the teriyaki chicken is delicious, and the lo mein is zesty.

Very good… always hot and fresh. If they don’t have it on the buffet, ask. Love going on the weekends and everything with shrimp is good.

I wasn’t really impressed. The reviews were mixed so I went ahead and gave it a shot. The staff spoke Chinese the whole time and ignored not just my table but all guests. The Buffett wasn’t stocked appropriately, sushi was sitting there for a while, no one was manning the Mongolian grill station. The egg drop soup was like melted jelly. The cuisine wasn’t Chinese-like. It was bland. I may be a picky Chinese food eater, so if you are not hooked on authentic Chinese and prefer more Americanized cuisine then this is the place for you!

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant. If you love Chinese food and if you love variety, this is the place. Food is great, location is convenient right off the interstate. They have a little bit of everything. Yum!

This place is pretty horrible from their service to sub par food. When I arrived thought I had gotten lucky because some items on the hot table were just being refilled. Once I had made my selections the food that was just put out was cold and looked like water was added to make it look fresh and not dried out. For anyone who has worked in food service knows improper heating and cooling is number cause of food borne illnesses.

Not worth it. Came here on Sunday, lunch buffet for two was $ 24.99. I was hoping to find at least a good fruit and veggie bar but I was wrong. The only fresh fruit was bananas with a strawberry jelly/syrup on top of it and grapes. Almost everything in the buffet was deep fried. The sushi was bad and had ingredients I couldn’t identify. The table we sat on was sticky. Definitely not coming back. Friendly staff.

Used to be my Chinese food place spot to go too because you could get a container for about $ 9 and be able to have two fulfilling meals. Now they use a scale weighing how much you take, and the same amount of food now cost me about $ 16. It’s still good but their prices have gone up substantially. I know I’m not going back there now, so any other Chinese food suggestions???

PROS: Salt and Pepper chicken, you HAVE to try it. If you are looking for spicy, it is not it, but flavor– all the way. And leave room for the Japanese chicken, which was almost sweet. The teriyaki chicken comes on skewers, which makes it wonderful for little hands to eat it, which made it a hit with my kids who quickly snagged mine off my plate. The price was so much better than Buffet Palace in Austin and although it was a smaller place, the food selection was wonderful. They had some items that I had never heard of before My favorite thing honestly was the green beans. They had the perfect crunch and just enough buttery garlic to dig into! They have a Mongolian grill with steak made to order, which I will try next time. There was so much flavor in most everything I tried and most of the chicken was white meat, which is unusual in buffets. OH! Salmon– you have to try it. I think they used a honey sauce but it was nice and baked well. Price– amazing for what we got and the service was great. The place is small but very clean. CONS: As far as sushi goes, they have a small number to choose from but they were fresh. The«dessert» fare is just like any other chinese food places, stick with the fruit and ice cream. If their egg rolls were good, I would have given more stars, but I LOVE egg rolls and it was sad that these were so blha– so blah in fact that I only took one bite. I did not try the spring rolls because I can’t eat shimp.

As Chinese buffets go, it wasn’t bad at all, we got in at 3:38 which happens to be eight minutes after the lunch buffet ends so the price goes from 8 bucks to 10 . On the bright side every thing was coming out hot and fresh, they switch all the items out for the dinner crowd Food was a little bland compared to other buffets that’s why I rated it 3 stars and not 4, it would take a lot for me to rate a buffet 5 stars… I don’t know if it’s even Posable All the desert options are good, a lot of fresh fruit along with it, All in all . Sushi Soups A Mongolian Grill Plenty of food A ton of cookies, fruit, and deserts And ice cream!

First of all, I’m not sure why this place only rated 2 stars. It seems to be a pretty decent buffet dining experience for me. The food here DONOT have MSG ! Love it! Variation of choices, sushi, dessert. They have it. The only star that are missing is because of the scale on the baked salmon skin. Scale… They should have clean it better –_– Price for lunch is around 7.45 i believe. Not bad.

WOW, what a dump. I’ve never went back to a buffet line to grab an extra plate in order to move undesirable offerings off my initial plate. That was in the first 5 minutes. So, there were few items that were acceptable. Something called Thai Chicken, that looked like the adjacent Japanese Chicken. Not as scary as the deep fried Teriyaki chicken on a stick. The cold krab salad, iced tea, and glowy red sweet and sour sauce. Sub par items: Fried Rice Egg Drop Soup Lo Mein General Tso’s Chicken Seafood Stuffed Shrimp Stuffed Seafood on Bun Stuffed Mushrooms Crab Rangoon Items that were so scary in a buffet setting that I did’t dare try: Krab with a clear sauce Krab baked with cheese Sliced hard boiled eggs Broccoli florets with baked cheese Sushi offerings Little Rooster actually says to me «Dad, this isn’t a very good restaurant» about 5 minutes in to our sitting. Yep, my five year old called it. I’m now waiting for my fortune cookie hopefully won’t read«You will find happy, happy, yet painful diarrhea in your future». Needless to say we won’t try China Palace. now renamed China low budget housing buffet again
