Now that we are actually engaged, I wanted to write this review… Vinciguerra is the best of the best. I am so incredibly happy we went to them. I cannot say enough good things about them. My now fiancé and I stepped into Vinciguerra not knowing what to expect. We were absolutely blown away. Thankfully, I know one of diamond distributors for them, and he suggested we visit Vinciguerra. He said they have very fair prices, incredible quality, and amazing customer service… And they totally did.
When we arrived, Nancy was so warm and welcoming, listened attentively to our needs, and then showed us our options. She then explained all of the diamonds, and aspects to the rings in great detail so we could understand better what we were looking at. Nancy has graduated from the GIA institute, which is what sets the standard in the diamond industry, so she is extremely knowledgeable, but not in a pretentious way at all. We ended up purchasing the diamond and a beautiful setting from them… it was absolutely everything I could ever ask for. I am so happy we went with them. If you are looking around at big chain jewelers… stop. Support a local and knowledgeable business who wants only to make their customer truly happy. I promise you that you will leave feeling that way!

I simply can’t say enough great things about our experience at Vinciguerra Jewelry. My wife and I were married this past December and when we first met Nancy, we had a family diamond that we wanted to use in engagement ring. Having no prior knowledge about jewelry, Nancy walked us through the process and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We had a custom engagement band designed and even had the wedding band created to match. We never felt uncomfortable or uninformed. After visiting many other local jewelry stores I found that no one could beat their prices and quality. They are true family business that has a reputation built on trust and customer service. I have two younger brothers, and when they decide to get married I will make sure they go to Vinciguerra Jewelry!

I’ve used Vinciguerra for all of my jewelry needs for over a decade! They have never disappointed, whether it was a watch for me or jewelry for a special event. Recently, Mark helped my fiancé and I pick out our wedding jewelry. We couldn’t be happier! Her rings are gorgeous (at least that’s what we hear everywhere we go AND anytime we are in the store)!

I highly recommend Vinciguerra! Nancy Gross is wonderful, and helped my husband pick out a gorgeous engagement ring, and then we went back to also purchase our wedding bands there. They are very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and sincere. I also like the idea of supporting a local, family business.
Everytime I go there to get my rings cleaned, Nancy remembers me and my husband. I feel like they made the experience around our wedding so special, and that service continues.
