This review is given 5 stars because of how amazing the customer service here. Every person that spoke to me was very kind but i have to focus on the person that assisted me with every step which is RACHEL. She was simply amazing, i explained to her what i needed and the fact that i was in a hurry and she had me in and out in under 10 minutes. I never felt pressured and i was never second guessing myself on if i was picking the correct piece for my beautiful girlfriend because Rachel made it clear that if there were ever any problems to just come back to her! I will continue shopping at this particular location for my girlfriend in the future and i would recommend it to anyone. THANKYOURACHEL!

I love my watches from Tiffany’s and it was time for one of them to get a new battery. Taking your watch in for maintenance can be dangerous, because it gives you time to browse and browsing can lead to shopping. This time I discovered some new crystal pieces that I want personally and others that will be great for upcoming weddings. A Blue Tiffany Box with that White Tiffany Bow on a bridal gift table, makes a statement and gets noticed by all. Besides weddings, I also use Tiffany’s for baby gifts. Why not help your friends child be born with that silver spoon. I also help them start saving for their first Tiffany purchase with a bone china piggy bank in blue or pink. My watch is being sent to the mother ship in New York, to have it’s battery changed and to be cleaned as well. When it comes back to the Lou, I’ll be able to do some more browsing and shopping when I go to pick it up. The customer service and sales professionals here are always top notch. They are the high standards which you’d expect from the brand Tiffany’s.

So my boyfriend bought me a necklace from here for Valentine’s Day last year, it was really not my style and I thought it would be easy to swap it for something more suitable. I brought a friend with me since I usually do my shopping with someone else so I can get a second opinion. We were greeted warmly but as soon as I said«I need to return or exchange» the tables completely turned. The associate replied«Well I need to know if you are returning or exchanging first.» I thought hmmm, it’s kind of hard to determine that without even looking around first! And with her attitude I decided I didn’t want to spend any money there at all, and would make a purchase somewhere else. I was walked to the back of the store and was told to sit down and someone would be with me shortly. A few minutes later a woman came out of the back and acted as if I had just interrupted her lunch and I was an inconvenience. She then went on to tell me that a check made out to my boyfriend for the amount of the necklace would be mailed to my boyfriend’s address on his ID when he bought it(which is his old address and he no longer lives there), and should arrive 3 weeks later! I expressed that I felt that ‘a gift’ to me, should have been refunded to me and also that he no longer lives at the address on his ID and that was his parent’s address and she said she could not do anything about it and that is their policy. I think it’s ridiculous that refunds are only given to the purchaser. At the end we were ‘seen to the door’ like we were going to rob the place or something!!! Needless to say, I will NEVER buy anything from Tiffany’s, and I have advised my boyfriend to not buy me anything from there ever again. After leaving, my friend and I could not believe how much of a hassle the whole situation was. I’m sure Tiffany’s has wonderful customer service when your in there spending $$$, but don’t expect the same treatment if you need to return or exchange. I left 2 stars ONLY because when we initially walked in(before the words«Return» came out of my mouth) the person standing at the front was friendly. And that when he originally made the purchase, he said the experience was fine.

I was a little nervous going into Tiffany’s because I’m not the type of girl who dresses up just to go shopping(and past reviews). However, the customer service was great. Dana helped me out with engagement rings and even though my price point was a bit lower than the rings he showed me, he did not make me feel badly about it or try to get me to buy a bigger size. I was really impressed. :)

I walked in while humming«Moon River.» Thank goodness it wasn’t that damn Deep Blue Something song. Anyway, I had no business being there except to get the wife’s ring cleaned. Upon entering, I was promptly greeted by an associate, and when I told her that I just needed a ring cleaned, she happily took it and told me it would be just a minute. So about five or so minutes later(just enough time to browse), she came back out, ring sparkling. Anyway, great service and they do have a great selection here(including some«reasonably» priced items). I’ll be back to buy something at some point…(babe, don’t get your hopes up, it ain’t happening soon)

Of course the products and service are amazing, they’ve built the brand on them. But I’m compelled to offer props based on a personal experience. When I first visited, I knew what I was getting into, and my budget allowed me to shop seriously at Tiffany & Co. But I certainly hadn’t dressed to show it. I was wearing sneakers, jeans, and a cheap sweatshirt accompanied by messy lazy-not-hip hair. Nonetheless, even before the subtle screening questions I expect everyone gets(have you picked a location? any honeymoon ideas?) the staff treated me as if I has strutted in with a well-fitted GA suit. That completely nonjudgmental treatment and the social responsibility displayed by the Company’s willingness to part ways with the industry drove my purchase decision even more than their renown quality and cachet. Nonetheless, –1 star for the Stepford Mall location.
