Rude, argumentative and disrespectful to customers. I spent $ 338 at Chico’s in the course of 2 weeks and had to spend 20 minutes with the rudest store clerk ever trying to utilize their $ 25 off promotions($ 25 off for each $ 100+ purchase). Since I had 3 purchases, I did not feel it was unreasonable to apply 2 $ 25 credits. The woman at the store was condescending and insulting and I will never go back. Terrible, terrible. I suggest working with your customers, not against them. Frontenac Resident

Chico’s is great for when you’re post-partum and not quite into your regular size. Makes you feel presentably dressy in some loose clothing. Hard to beat that.

I may as well be writing this review for every single Chico’s store in the country, ’cause they’re all the same. My mother LIVES in this store. I’m not even joking. I think she owns just about every single thing they have and continues to buy more every season. The horror. I will never understand how or why this«style»(if you can call it style) of dress has become popular with… well…middle-aged women(ok, my mother has officially disowned me). The loose-fitting, no, baggy clothing similar to Eileen Fisher, is extremely unflattering and void of any true originality or character. The«designs» are generally in very loud colors and obnoxious prints. Throw in some gaudy jewelry and patent leather loafers and you’re a walking Chico’s nightmare. Sorry mom… I love you anyway!
