DONOT send a valuable watch to Timekeepers for cleaning or repair. I sent in my Poljot Traveler Chronograph to have the crystal replaced and the movement cleaned. The watch came back with a brand new crystal, but also a brand new set of problems that had not existed before being touched by Timekeepers. The stopwatch chrono sweep didn’t work, and a rotating bezel that had worked perfectly before barely turned. $ 250 for shoddy workmanship. I called to tell them what was wrong and was told to send it back to have it fixed. Two weeks later the watch was returned with the problems fixed — BUT a new set of problems existed. Sent the watch back yet again. I received no word from Timekeepers as to the watch’s status for three weeks and had to call. During our conversation they rudely told me that a feature that was damaged during the last repair never existed on the watch in the first place! When I tried to present proof of the watch’s movement model I was told it didn’t exist,(regardless of the fact that I had the paperwork to prove it). I suspect the original movement was removed and replaced with a defective or completely different model without my permission or knowledge. Poor customer service, and high prices. DONOT send your watch to these folks for repair, and DONOT trust them for a fair deal.

Sorry timekeepers your first review won’t be a positive one. They have gorgeous vintage pieces but service sucks. They just go through the motions. There are no warm fuzzy customer service moments here. You won’t even get greeted when you walk in. One time I went in and tried on several rings but didn’t purchase anything. The older lady just gave me the rings. No conversation, no history about the rings etc. The next time I went in I was wearing one of my vintage rings that I purchased from their other location. It was strictly a coincidence that I was wearing it but she was so much nicer to me. She complimented me on the ring and I told her I purchased it from their other location. I guess she sized me up saw my ring and figured I wasn’t just a «browser» and deserving of her attention this time. Shouldn’t all customers be treated the same? I think they should! Apparently they don’t. It’s a shame because I like this store. Family owned and operated used to mean something. Sadly thats not the case anymore.
