I’ve been in here 3 different times for a quick look for shoes to go with a certain outfit to wear that day. Every time, a very helpful sales person has offered her help and come up with such great suggestions for me. Unbelievable service for a discount store like this, with happy, helpful sales staff. And it was 3 different women! They do a great job of hiring people who can really help you find something that will work for the look you’re going for.

One of the best Payless store I’ve ever visited. As you can expect from Payless, budget-​friendly, comfortable and (usually) stylish shoes.
Specifically for this store, I’ve encountered several of their employees over the past year, and each one was friendly, professional, and able to make practical recommendations for shoe selection!

The shoes I had with me were making my right foot hurt if I walked around too much, so it was time for new shows!
It turns out the store was just a short walk across the large parking lot from my hotel, so Saturday afternoon I decided it was time!
I walked in the door, was greeted by Brittany and she was awesome! To my surprise took me to the shoes I was looking for and even found my size for me! For some reason I was expecting this would be like other «discount» shoe stores I’ve been in, they greet you when you walk in and take your money before you walk out, but you’re on your own in between.
I bought 2 pairs of shoes for $ 54 including tax and was in and out in 15 minutes. NICE!
