Had an online order sent to this store to avoid paying shipping charges. They sent an e-mail with a tracking so I knew when it would arrive in store which was a couple days ago. Never got around to picking it up until a couple days after. You’d think by this point, I’d have gotten a phone call telling me it was ready to be picked up. Nope. I go in today and only see 1 person sitting down on his phone. Never bothered to look up once as I’m waiting around trying to see if he actually works here or not. Only then did he look when I was getting a text message. I tell him I have an online order ready to be picked up. «Did we call you» he asks. And I said no, but I know it’s ready because I tracked the order. He’s still looking around and while doing so he proceeds to tell me that it usually takes longer than a week. He goes to the back storage area and comes out with my order! What do ya know?! Don’t think I’ll be coming back here again.

Bayfair, in general, is not a place you go expecting greatness. This store is disappointing, even by the low standards of this mall. We went in to size some fitted hats and possibly by a couple. After looking through their limited and dusty collection, we still couldn’t find the size needed. The guy working there was busy texting on his phone and ignoring us. I asked dude for the size we were trying. He casually responded they don’t carry very many, and that its popular. Still needing to find out if it is even the size we needed, we had to press him to get one out in a different style so we could try it. Soon his friend, mall security, came in and he was loudly boasting that he hated his job, and how he has a better one but does this cause he has so many bills. Overall, just horrible in every part of the experience. Buy your hats sonewhere that wants your business.
