It took 20 minuets for my order of two burgers and one fry to arrive and while I waited I saw 9 people who ordered after me receive their food.

It’s In-N-Out. Doesn’t matter where it is. It’s delicious.

This place only serves hamburgers. Why does it take so long to make them? Perhaps they need to use McDonalds recipe, which includes speed.

Horrible location, good burgers. The wait time was more than 30 minutes, not at peak lunch hour.

Best service I’ve ever had at a restaurant, time and time again. Employees always seem stoked to be there. Prompt service, excellent food, no mistakes made on my complicated orders. This is my favorite location by far!

Always good service with in n out. The drive-through line took a while late at night so they didn’t charge me for my shake that I ordered. The food is always good and prices are great. Friendly staff and great food.

This is one of the coolest in and out restaurants around. The staff is super super nice. The line is out the door but they manage it better than most other in and out burgers so the drive through as crazy as it is its quite easy here. I always get the triple with no cheese and french fries that way I get all the protein I need some sauteed onions and then I’m good to go.

Should have gone to 5 Guys!!! Worst burger and fries, as well as chalky milk shake that I have ever had. Really looking forward to it but will not go back to this place!!!

BLUF: This place should not be called«In-N-Out», it should be called«Delicious Burgers That Take FOREVER». Delicious burgers, mediocre trench fries, TAKESFOR-EV-ER!!! Seriously, there are two menu items: burgers and french fries. It never takes less than 15min, even if there is no on else in line. Also, going inside always takes longer. Precedence is given to the drive through.

Nothing like a delicious cheeseburger with animal style fries. This place is by far the best place to eat for every occasion. Not only is it very inexpensive but it’s so damn good. The cheese just melts in your mouth and every bit is just like the first one.

Can’t say anything about the food bec we all know in n out burgers and fries are to die for. I just want to comment on the drive through portion and the service– always very quick with great smiles. With such a small place, its amazing at how quick they can be. Love this place and deff love the food!

I have to agree with everyone about what a horrible location this is for an in n out and how small it is. There’s 2 drive thru’s but you still have to wait in the center divider even when there’s someone walking up and down taking orders ahead of time. I ordered animal style fries which are my favorite off the menu and the grilled onions tasted like plastic and the root beer float that I ordered had more root beer than ice cream in it. I think next time I’ll just have to make my boyfriend drive us to the Laguna Niguel location even though it’s a bit farther from him.

In n Out is always a great experience! open late. an typically always a good experience. ^ in an out love this particular location. DRIVETHRU. SMALLINTERIORRESTAURANT they have a double drive through. its busy for lunch 12 noon ish an the night time 6 – 7 ish and the midnight munchies 12ish. the drive thru line will span into the center lane on the street. the double drive thru is kinda funky. its narrow an has high walls. currently since california is in a drought the grass that used to be luscious green is now a fire hazard yellow. with big cars this could be a challenging passage. my advice size it up. from afar, for this location you can see the whole drive through while you order so look at the lane then. an if your on the left. have a passenger. and exiting on the right is a quick maneuver to get out. ill say you feel like a pro driver when your done. the restaurant portion on the inside is quite small. they have a couple seats. but they have 4 – 5 tables outside. this is more of a drive thru location the space where the food is prepared is literally the size of a 4 door sedan. so small they have 6 people all working literally elbow to elbow an back to back. they have to be so coordinated. it must get hot. SERVICE . always great! the service the people all seem to enjoy working. they all have the in n out charisma haven’t had a bad experience customer service wise anytime here. always been A1 ive had a couple minor preparation complaints. random hair, partially cooked french fri, 3 full slices of raw onion on my double double. but all mistakes i have received. are very much user fixable. remove an keep eating. I might have asked once or twice for them to fix it an they’ve always never had a problem got me the item brand new. so now if its something minor ill just remove it an keep eating. the burgers are always fully cooked. an always taste superb, i receive what i came for. this place has i feel like been around for a hundred years. the most have quick stop for in n out right off the freeway!

There is literally nothing you could want more from any restaurant. Super friendly employees, even when you have an ultra-complex custom order. The kitchen is so tiny, so clean, so organized and full of smiling staff. Serious admiration for the crew. Food is always hot and delicious. My only complaint about this location has nothing to do with the restaurant but the customers waiting their turn to pull into the drive-thru from Camino Capistrano — chill out! Everybody will get their turn. The person in front of you hasn’t turned in yet even though there’s at least 3 whole feet of space for a 12′ car? Who cares, calm down. Regardless of how you feel about the other drivers, please don’t forget that there’s usually a team member out there NOT in a car trying to speed up the process by taking orders manually. If you keep their safety a priority, I promise your burger will be even better!

In n out is always delicious, but there were a couple downsides to this location. First, this location is tiny. It has 3 seats inside and a few tables outside. The line takes up all of the space in the restaurant. The line for the drive thru extends into the street and takes up the median lane all the way down the street. Second, they couldn’t understand our order of to double doubles protein and animal style. They couldn’t figure out how to enter it on the computer and when we got our burgers they were protein style but not animal style. However, it was still in n out, still cheap and delicious. Bathrooms outside around the corner.

I moved here from Seattle, home of the famous«Dick’s Burgers», which up until the other day, I was certain had the best burgers in the world… Now, it’s hard to decide. I’ve now come here twice in the last few days, for which my stomach is overjoyed, but my thighs, not so much. Anyway, both times the drive-thru line has taken about 5 – 10 minutes(there are actually two separate lines that get things going a little quicker). Unless you’re on your work lunch break or just really impatient, it’s really not a big wait. There is an employee that takes your order and gives you your total while you’re waiting in the drive through to make things go quicker. Both times these guys have been super-friendly, humorous, and efficient. Oh, and while I’m on the subject of employees, props to all you guys. I see you busting your tail in there, and always with a smile on your face. On to the food. Fresh, quality ingredients that don’t make you feel like you’re going to keel over with a heart attack after you finish. I’ll let the photos do the talking.

one star off because of the line!!! why do you have to be so long everyday and time?! sigh… i want my food! But in n out burger is the best! i love you anyways! my cheese burger with grilled onions. My bf wanted to try to monkey style burger but chicken out. its basically a burger with animal style fries inside. So i told him, don’t they charge u extra for that? why don’t you get a regular cheese burger and put the animal style fries inside yourself?

Oh In & Out, how I love you so. I’m sad because I no longer live near an In & Out, but every time I come back home to visit I make sure to have some! I normally just order a burger with no lettuce and grilled onions — so good! I also love to order it Veggie Style, which is just everything(grilled onions, lettuce, tomatoes, spread, bun) minus the meat and cheese. It is surprisingly very yummy and filling — you don’t really miss the meat since it has the exact same flavor! I also love me some French fries. In & Out French Fries are my favorite fries! Customer Service has always been great here, super friendly and helpful. One of my favorite things to add to my burger is the yellow chilis. I will eat 3 – 6 per burger. I know, you probably think I’m crazy because they are spicy, but I’m a spicy lover! I either put the chili’s in the burger, or take one bite chili and one bite burger haha. So yummy! You must try it!

The place is tiny and slow, which is cute for itsy bitsy widdle turtles, but not so much for popular burger joints. We’re on a road trip from LA to SD and this spot seemed as good as any to stop for snacks. Conveniently located off the freeway, I thought we’d make a quick burger run. Two open drive-thru lanes means twice as fast? Nope! In-N-Out is usually good about having an associate further down the line to help the kitchen with getting food orders started, but not this time of the evening. Both lines halted for what seemed like 30 minutes after we ordered and felt like a fast food eternity especially when hangry. I suppose this could the norm for this particular location because another place would have rage quitters speeding out of line or laying on the horn. Unfortunately, there’s no escape once you’re funneled into the lane. Food was correctly made to order and tasty as expected. Such a bummer that we had to wait longer than usual. Meh, we’ve experienced better service elsewhere. I know, I know… First World Burger Problems.
