Usually I come here with reservations if it will be good or not and the last year or so have been excellent. The western bacon cheese bergers are awesome.
Nice folks work there, one guy seems scary looking or tough but he’s a nice and helpful dude

I asked for ketchup in the drive through but none was in the bag when I got to my destination.

Find the extra 10 minutes and go to In-​n-​Out. It ceases to amaze me how poorly they run this Carl’s Jr. Bad food. Bad service. The only thing they have going for them is location. A’s. Could make a fortune if they just put in a drive drive-​through. Carl’s would be out of business in six months.

First the phone number Unilocal has listed is wrong. It’s 364.7103 not 346. Second the business should pick the phone up vs having it on busy or fax all the time. The one time they did pick up they chose to hang up on my husband. Third when we pay you should give back our credit card. Please pick up the frigin ph so we may arrange getting our cc back!

I was at this Carls Jr location the other day. ¹²⁄₁₅ at 11:48 Pm. It didnt seem to busy there were about 8 people in the store. and one or 2 cars in the drive threw it was lunch time. they looked well staffed to handle the rush.
I ordered what I always order. A Number 8 Combo with Crisscut Fries. ¹⁄₃ Pound. which is a Guacamole Bacon Six Dollar Burger. A favorite of mine! the spicyness of the guac the crunch of the bacon and the tenderness of the bun. phew so great!
Expect this time at this store it took 3 burgers to get my order right.
the First Burger. francly was «thrown together» which I opened the box the burger is presented in. the bun was smooshed and the ingredients were all amuck and besides that, no guac and no bacon. It francly Looked unpleasant and inedible, it looked like someone was gonna eat it and put it back on the shelf before the actually ate it. It was not worth the money i spent on it. so I nicely took it back to the counter and explained it to the lady and she didnt have a problem getting me a new sandwich.
second sandwich (waste of time)
this sandwich. had a better bun, but that it. again no bacon no guac but had jalapenos on it now. which i was not interested in. so again i took it back up and said «I ordered a number 8 which reads Guacamole Bacon Six Dollar Burger. which i have gotten multiple times. there is no guac and no bacon. and there is now jalapenos on it which dont go on this sandwich. the lady again apologized and got me a new sandwich I was pretty frustrated at this point. and of course by the end. still no bacon. guacamole got on the sandwich, but no bacon I was over it at that point.
all in all. I will always be a fan of Carls Jr. but this one for some reason couldnt get this sandwich right which was kind of a bummer
but I will say the staff handling the matter were very courteous and were willing to fix the mistake to the best of there ability which was nice. thats why its 2 stars and not a flat out 1 star.
I wont be ordered the number 8 at this restaurant again
ill go with a number 13 they should be able to get that right

Over priced shitty food. How this place stays open idk especially with In and out right next door. Meal costs double their price for even shittier foods. Smh. Sticker on the drive thru window says their food can give me cancer.. Keep your colon cancer I will go elsewhere

Good service and food I had the Grilled fish sandwich and sweet potato fries all under 8 bucks! Plus its clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.

close to my work never busy at lunch as compared to the in-​n-​out next door where the drive thru lines up in the street. i think carls burgers are better then innout anyway.

They never get my order right. The people working there mumble in some sort of Spanish-​English dialect that is difficult to understand. The food they do give me is prepared without care; gobs of mayonnaise on the chicken sandwich, the onion rings burned to a crisp. Greasy and oily. Yuck.

* Sweet potato fries — Horrible, sad attempt to make into fries.
* Onion rings — Gross.
* Fish sandwich — Not bad for a frozen, fast food fish sandwich.
