McDonald’s

Drive-​thru suck here if you want McDonalds drive 1 mile and get better service at the one on blossom hill and snell location. They can’t get your orders rite they make you wait a very long time. Sucks here. Me waiting on them to fix my order by time I got home my food was cold was cold! It all starts off with management!!!

Mcdonald’s had a short line. single latina cashier. a couple backups to assemble/​make orders.
luckily cashier also grabbed small items: (coffee, drinks, etc).

This place has a staff of stupid people. They can never get my coffee right and all I ask for is extra ice.

This is the best McDonald’s I’ve been to. The staffs are really friendly even when I’m indecisive in the drive thru, they are still really nice. Not to mention, they won’t give you attitude when you ask for extra ketchup packets!

Came here since the McD’s at Wal-​Mart was closed.
Service — +1 star — I came in and right after standing in front of a register; someone came, somewhat smiled then took my order. He was also patient even when I kept on changing my mind. I had two trays to carry and was offered help.
Food — +1 star — Taking the fact that this is a fast-​food place, food tasted like other McD’s elsewhere so okay. They still had the Sweet Tea for a dollar-​any-​size so great!
Sanitation — –2 stars — Below the Sweet Tea dispensers was the sticky floor. Also, two flies were trying to join our table. Male restroom trash bin was full.
Speed, etc. — +1 star — Food was quick and there was Free Wi-​Fi.
3 stars, what more could I say… just a regular experience in a fast-​food chain.

very poor service and rude manager they closed the Wal-​Mart McDonalds and should have closed this one there employee ripped me off in the drive thru used my bank card he said it was not working so I used with cash then a few days later the charge was on my bank card, the manager would not do anything and the quality of the food was poor
my fish sandwhich was hard and had bones

Slow as molasses … –3 for walk in… employees seem lost

Every table is dirty I had to wet napkins and clean a table myself before eating. I did this right in front if an employee texting at a table. Incredible.

4 stars for drive thru, –1 for inside. We stopped on to eat real quick and found every single table was nasty dirty. Then they double charged my card, grrrrrr! Guy behind the counter didn’t know what he was doing and to constantly call in help. Last time I ever go in.

I go here all the time. the drive thru as always fast. If you need food fast, this is the Micky Dees for you.

very unprofessional staff and rude no wonder they 2 stars because workers are sucks and retard.***I ask the guy for water in drive tru and he said did you know water is free and start talking hella dirty to me and mean. I will never go back to this location :(

Last month, I went through the drive through to order a McChicken, with no mayo, with Big Mac sauce with a sweet tea. I was told by one of the employee that they no longer let you change the sauce in the sandwich. TThe person told me that this is there rule and it has been out there for a while already. I was angry because just 3 days ago, I had ordered the same order at another McDonalds and they were happy to do it. Again yesterday, I order from a different McDonalds and still they did it too. Don’t know what is wrong with this McDonalds management… This is the worst McDonalds I ever been to!!!

The line and how the drive thru is situated just does not make sense to me. There is always a line for the drive thru and they should put cones there to help direct better. Other than that, it is just your average Mcd’s.

2 stars based solely on sweet tea, sausage mcmuffin & fast drive through (it’s McD nothing special, sweet tea is worth 5 stars)
First experience having sweet tea was at McD’s a couple of yrs ago. Pretty much this is the only thing I will get from here if I want a drink other than tapioca. Their sweet tea is really good; if you haven’t had it it’s worth trying since it’s only $ 1.
Otherwise I’ll only be here if I’m hungry after work for a breakfast sandwich, or if the BF is visiting & he’s the only one that is hungry he’ll go here to grab a meal on the go.

Man screw this fucking place they really fucked up my order I needed to get 8 people fed quick I order 10 double cheese burgers all plain 2 large fries 1 milk
shake to of the burgers had an extra bun just sitting on to of the bunger so I tried to be nice but when the tried to fix the problem they mad it worse by putting every thing on it after that I had a dam hair on mixed in the ketchup an they saw the recipe plain nothing with pickles ketchup onions or mustard
Look if you have people in your house that have an allegers to food don’t go the there they will kill you look I only eat out once a month cause it’s a treat for my kids

Came back here AGAIN!
Listen, we had just drove about 8 hours from San Diego back home and had no food at the house, so we stopped by here for something to eat. Fortunately (looking back, i guess it should be «unfortunately») we got there a few minutes before closing.
The lady working had a great attitude and was really nice, so 5 star service… BUT
…yea, BUT that doesn’t make up for the way the food turned out.
Fries were barely warm… neither were the meat patties in the bigmac or cheeseburger. I had to resort to the old trick of drowning it in enough ketchup to be able to handle the taste… NEVER AGAIN!!! (ok, I admit, i’ll probably be back in a few weeks…)

This is the McDonald’s near where where I grew up from 5^th grade on. The reason I am a fan of this place is because they always have one or two staff members that are cross-​dressers or just pre-​op trannies.
It’s really hilarious to come up the drive-​thru window and be served by some short, ugly guy with drawn on eyebrows, lipstick, and hair pulled back in a pony tail. Seriously dude, you are not fooling anyone.
By the way, if the person I just referenced is really a woman, I sincerely apologize.
