I love Five Guys! For me, this is a much better old fashioned style hamburger than any other chain, including In-N-Out(which I like also). What makes this place even better than In-N-Out is that the fries are so good. Everything is fresh. Cheese is real. Fries are from fresh potatoes. You can’t beat this place for a burger.

Twice that I got burgers from this place, there was not much taste or flavor, it’s missing salt or seasoning. I will try it again, but would be nice to have little more flavor for sure. Fries are good and huge actually, we get one for two people which is more than enough.

Five guys, Burgers and Fries, I love the fries here more than the burgers. The burgers aren’t very memorable for me each time I come, but the fries are bomb and it’s the first thing I think of when this place comes up. The second thing that comes to find is the free peanuts! Buckets of peanuts available for your snacking pleasures. I’ve only been to the curtner location so I wanted to check this one out since it’s closer to me. I walked in and the customer service, like usual, is amazing! I have yet to try their milkshakes everyone talks about, so I def have to pass by soon. BURGERS3⁄5: the little bacon burger with grilled onions, mushrooms, etc is usually what I opt for. The meat is always cooked perfectly, but other than that, nothing too special. CAJUNFRIES4⁄5: YESSSSS perfect little thangs. Sometimes if I’m craving that cajun stuff, I’ll pass by just to grab some fries. They give you so much that a regular size is enough and it usually overfills and falls out of the cup and into your bag. They’re are crisp on the outside and mushy inside. The only downside is that sometimes it’s inconsistent and sometimes there will be a lot of seasoning and other times barely any. Other than that, these are great. OHDID I MENTIONTHEYHAVE A MALTVINEGAR. ITTASTESAMAZEBALLSWHEN U DIPYOURFRIESINIT. I didn’t understand when my friends told me, but then I tried it and now I crave it.

They are always clean, friendly, and very accommodating when it comes to orders. Especially because my nephew has such bad allergies. The food is also good and comes out fast. I make the drive to eat here and I have one next to my house but this one is better than that one. My favorite Thank you!

This place is great! The burgers can be a little dry sometimes, but that depends on who is cooking that day. The fries are absolutely amazing and the malted shakes are to die for. Great place to eat. Order the small fries, it’s SOMUCHFOOD! YUM!

Thank you for the fresh, hot fries! Hot dogs with bacon & cheese– yum! Burgers-yum! For my gluten free kids– wrapped in lettuce? Thank you! Always consistent, service is always impeccable. All employees are friendly and smiling. Thank you!

Order #18. Say whaaaaaaat!!! Let’s go Peyton Manning! Let’s go BRONCOS!!! Anyway, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger(single patty) with grilled onions, mushrooms, grilled jalapeño peppers. On top of that, I had to order a milkshake. I love the milkshakes especially you get to choose your add-ins for no additional charge. The shakes are $ 4.99!!! Oh well! So I was craving a mixture of vanilla, chocolate and banana. Yummmmmmy!!!

I’m not on the 5 guys hype train. But to be fair, I haven’t tried the burgers or shakes yet so maybe it will some day change(that’s why I’m giving a 3 star instead of a one or two). I got the cheese dog– crappy hot dog with w/crappy piece of non melted American cheese– I was expecting a cheese sauce. And the fries to me were disgusting, I’ve had fries better at a million other places. So maybe I’ll be back to try the burger and shake next time and we will see what happens.

This is more 3 ½ stars. I usually won’t go here alone to eat but my kids seem to love five guys. This location is pretty clean and parking is plenty. It’s not that busy at this location which is nice. The burgers are ok and they cook and dress the burger how you want. Tons of fries! You’ll def go home with a bag full. Everything tastes fresh which is always a plus. Just curious but do they call it five guys because there’s always just 5 people working? All the times I’ve gone there were just five people working. Anyways I’m sure I’ll be back here.

Online ordering is unreliable. Chose pickup ASAP. It indicates order ready at 2:35. I arrive a bit after and had to wait until 3:48 because Cajun fries were not ready. Aside from that, I chose EXTRA options to justify cost of $ 5 Bacon Dog, but instead, they skimped me on everything: no extra nothing… mushrooms, grilled onion, jalapeños, nor green peppers. What a rip-off. Just got Bait-and-Switched.

5 stars for Jake for his excellent customer service. He was so patient and attentive because my boyfriend was ordering for me while I used the restroom. 1 star for Adrianna for her nasty attitude and eye-rolling towards my boyfriend when he simply asked her for an extra side of Cajun spice. I’m sorry you hate your job so much, but don’t take it out on someone who didn’t make you apply to Five Guys to begin with. Amazing burgers and fries, otherwise.

The cook on Sunday night at 7:30 pm forgot to cook my food all the way. It was still red to pink inside. This is the first time this happened at this place. The problem is they are alway training new kids how to be short order cooks on my dime.

I don’t get it. I don’t understand the hype about the burgers or fries. The fries are soggy even though they fry it fresh. They give you a lot but it doesn’t matter if it’s not good. We ordered the little cheeseburger with everything, added jalapeños. The burger lacked any flavor. There was absolutely nothing special about it. I hate to say that I rather have burgers from Carl’s jr or even McDonald’s. It was definitely a disappoint. Never again.

Yummm great burgers with bacooooon, something in n out doesn’t offer. The staff here is really nice and the service is fast. Free, yes free peanuts available while you wait. The fries are crunchy yet soft in the inside. I highly recommend the Cajun fries, perfect seasoning for the fries to go along with the juice burger. I have yet to try the hot dogs but the variety of toppings here cannot be beat.

The best burgers, generous portions, clean shop, nice staff, and good prices. Definitely recommend to everyone to try Five Guys on Cottle Road. I also need to add that their service is very fast. We were actually waiting in the line at Mod Pizza(the next door) but they are always slow and we gave up after five minuets standing in the line there. We headed to Five Guys and never regret! Will definitely go back!

I don’t really like milkshakes. I’ve never been a fan. However, this Five Guys has the BEST milkshakes I’ve ever had. I’m not sure why exactly. It’s the perfect balance of sweet and creamy and the right texture and thickness to drink through a straw. Why others can’t get this right I don’t know, but Five Guys does. Everything else here is standard Five Guys. I’d go out of my way though for a shake.

If you have been to one Five Guys, you’ve been to them all. Classic five guys. Hit’s the spot if you are feeling for a burger. This location doesn’t do anything special. Overall: Will return if in the area.

The burgers are good but not seasoned enough. The patties look homemade and the bun had too much grease soaked in. They grill the onions and put plenty of fresh produce. My bf asked me if I liked it more than In & Out but I’m on the fence. The fries were limp and greasy. They did taste homemade though. The location is in the same parking lot as Target but on the opposite end.

I love five guys, whenever I’m craving a burgers this is my go to place. I used the frequent the location at the plant, but bow that I moved to this side I town I finally had the opportunity to try this location out. The customer service here is great. The gal at the register was very bubbly and patient when a person in my group wad indecisive. As far as the food, it’s just as good as the other locations. Only thing is, that is was very crowded when I came. There was a long line and no where to sit. I always like to eat in, so my food doesn’t get cold by the time I get home. The plus is that they offer milkshakes. However, living so close, that wasn’t a major problem.

Nice, new, clean location. Peanuts while you wait(self serve), lots of menu items to choose from(even a vegetarian offering), shakes, outdoor dining(some people brought their dogs), kid friendly(crayons and paper on the bulletin board near the bathrooms), friendly employees and lots of fun. The only hitch that we ran into is that the temperature on the inside was a bit cold for our taste, but we just sat outside and problem solved. My entire family agreed that this was waaay better than the Almaden location. The kids finished their food and were trying to lick the shake cups clean. Two thumbs up! Tip: Turn down Coronado, and park in the large parking lot.
