Really Good food! A healthy alternative to some good Indian food. Try the chicken Kaathi roll!

I haven’t tried a bite here yet, but there are a couple of instances where I could have tried, almost! The 1st time I went, there was no one at the counter. I didn’t bother to ask, but as I was leaving, I heard a lady shouting and that shout started to get louder. So I ran. The second time, I just stomped inside assuming they were open, but seemed that they were just getting ready. Still, I asked«Is the food ready yet?». To which a man asked someone from inside the kitchen and a lady shouted in Spanish language. I don’t know what, but the man asked me to come after 11.30am. I was there at 11.20am and they open at 11am, so what were they talking about? Someone told me their lamb biryani is pretty good. Next time I will go at 11.30 to try that. Good luck to me!

Tried the soya kaati roll as another vegetarian option. The roll is more filling than the paneer but has that textured vegetable protein flavor that is off-putting, stick with the paneer or chicken tikka roll. On a side note the service is sub par. The two workers there are slow to respond since they are chatting away at their phones. The bathroom isn’t unlocked unlike all the other restaurants nearby. And if you pay credit the receipt gives suggested tips up to 20% to guilt trip you.

Not horrible but not good either. It took ages for my kaati roll(paneer) to come out — I was #55 and waited from #48-#58 before my number came up. I thought it was maybe because my roll was complicated but nope. What was described as «Strips of home made non-melting fresh cheese, bell peppers and onions sautéed to perfection.» was actually a small strip(just one) of paneer, one strip of bell pepper and lots of raw onions. It was basically an onion kaati roll. For over $ 7. Great margins for them not so great tasting for me.

Horrible place. Got to go plate and realized after reaching home that there was no chicken in the food. Like maybe 2 Tiny pieces … So i went all the way back to return it for something else. The lady there was unbelievablly rude and accused me of eating the chicken and coming back to return the food!!! They ended up giving me a $ 8 card to try their food sometime later but i m not Stepping into this place ever again.

This is just OK place. We tried here couple of time as this is very near to our office. Nothing extraordinary. Good for quick bite during office lunch time.

The food here gave food poisoning to me and my friends. The meal is dry and it looks old. It is literally next door to me but I would not go here again.

Its ok. The food doesn’t taste very fresh and service can be hit or miss. Consistency is an issue

Tried both their chicken kaati rolls. The first time I tried it I really liked it. But the following few times I order the same thing it wasn’t as fresh and tasty.

Just got a beef salad from here. I saw them cutting up a lettuce head and put it straight into a box, no washing or anything. The beef is a weird grounded mushy thing that tastes like previously frozen sausage. I’m throwing $ 9 into the trash.

Used to be great. Prices went up. Quantity went down. Quality is mediocre. I hope they don’t close this location too like mountain view

I like this place, good food and fresh ingredients. The Pashwari roll is sometimes spicy and other times not, so I can see how people complain about consistency. Overall though the food is still good!

The kaati rolls are awesome. I’ve been couple of times. Especially the combo with 5 bean soup is very delicious.

More like Kaati uninteresting. The quality has been consistently deteriorating. Please just move on to any other place next time you want to eat food. I gotta go detox to get this out of my system. I tried not to be mean but couldn’t help it. They deserve this feedback. Update: its been 5 hours since I ate and still have the worst after taste. Sigh!

While the concept is great, the quality control at this place is lacking. Beware if buying gluten free items and you have not seen the cook specifically cooking it in the separate kitchen. I have had bits of meat in a vegetarian roll, and I have been given egg(not requested) in a roll that may or may not be gluten free. When I called to check, they said the cook did not remember.

It used to be that this intersection was king for Latin foods. La Costena, La Bamba, Taqueria Los Altos… now that the first two got demolished for yet more housing, it’s funny to see an eatery pop into the convenience store. Yes someone will make seekh kabob style wraps next to the cashier. Crazy right? For a quick inexpensive meal though, it does the job. Folks are friendly too, just make sure you fight through the regular liquor going crowd. 3.5 stars

I was curious to see what type of food is being served inside this Stop n Save with the colorful«Kaati Fresh» sign outside. I’m glad I checked it out! Stepping inside I was greeted by the guy at the checkout counter & a lady at the food counter. Their menu is up on the wall, offering a variety of wraps & rice dishes. I got both the peshawari chicken wrap & the chicken white rice(biryani). The rice came with a boiled egg & both dishes came with chutneys(sauces). This is the perfect place for quick takeaway. The food was delicious! Just the right amount of spice & curry, moist chicken & fresh ingredients. Very filling with generous portions for the price. I’m excited to try out all their dishes now!

Worst customer service I’ve had in a while. Ordered a Kathi roll for pickup on a slow day. When I walked in I asked the lady at the counter if my order was ready. She yelled at me and said that I should ring a bell the next time if I wanted service. Mind you this was when the restaurant was completely empty. Food was nothing to write home about. Roll was slimy and had too much bread. Vegetables seemed old and recently defrosted. Waste of money.

The chicken biryani was pretty good. Would’ve liked some more spice or something and maybe some more meat and less rice. The hardboiled egg was good. It’s a bit overpriced and they give you a ton of rice. The mint sauce is not my cup of tea but the hot one is pretty good. I’ll come back if I’m ever in the mood for something different.
