Burger King

Probably the worst service ever. Messed up every order that I made with them. Just completely pathetic. Doubt I’ll ever go back.

Seriously this place is a shit hole. Bk management should be ashamed to run this place. I came in today with my kids and everywhere u look in the dinner was trash and food. Tables were dirty and sticky. Damn. And every time i go thru the drive thru. Always be messing up my order.

Worst Burger King ever. Terrible service and gave me uncooked eggs in my breakfast sandwich. NEVER AGAIN

Young girls that work here are thoughtless. Second time I use the drive thru and ask for ranch and they don’t include it. All they do is laugh and wait impatiently for you to pay or for SOMEONE ELSE to finish the transaction for them. Both times I’ve come here and this happened has been at 10ish PM on a Friday night. Smh. The burger also had 4 different tastes, one including something like glass cleaner. Ehhhh that’s what I get for eating meat at a crappy place such as this.

This Burger King is okay. It has a nice drive thru.

I took two bites of my bacon and cheese whopper, and found a hair!!! I was so grossed out. Waste of money! I’m never coming to this location again.

This place has a sign in the window «Drive thru open 24 hours» yet I went at 11:30pm on a Saturday night and the drive thru was coned off with no sign or anything and most of the lights were off inside. I drove down the street to McDonalds, got my food and when I drive back by the BK all of a sudden it was open again. Wtf? This is the 2^nd time I’ve tried going there when the drive thru is coned off. Not sure if they close to take breaks or lunches but that’s no excuse when you advertise your drive thru is OPEN 24 HOURS. Looks like McDonalds just gained a new customer…

Cramped as all hell in this place! They did a horrible remodel. No room to turn around let alone sit and enjoy your meal.

The delivery man did get here quicky, however I owed him 38 $ and gave him a 50 $ bill and he only gave me back 9 $ some cash and some in change. That being said not only did I not get all of my change, but I also received coins for some change. Also, he had forgot a fry. He did give me an extra soda but that wasn’t what I wanted at all. One of my burgers were super sloppy and fallen apart and my cousin had to fix it all back up. I am really upset about my change and fries and dissatisfied with the burger king delivery services.

What is there to write about them? It’s a fast food burger joint that’s open 24hrs and currently has a deal going on on their nuggets. $ 1.49 for 10 pieces; thats $ 3 for 20 pieces. Cheaper than McDonalds n I think they are better than McDonalds

This place’s customer service is by far the worst for a Burger King.
Went through the drive thru and saw my drink wasnt full so I swung around literally 30 seconds later, and when I told the worker he said sorry we dont offer refills.
Defiantly not gonna go back to this BK and it will make me think twice before stopping at any other BK unless its a last resort.

It’s awesome they have a delivery service for times I just don’t feel like going out. 2.00 delivery fee isn’t bad either and the food it hot and the drinks are cold! The first time I ordered delivery it was fast! This time the manager called to let me know my order was on its way. Great customer service!

Adding on to the last review I did with Burger King is just the customer service here is very poor. Nothing changed about what I thought about this place from the last time. Forgot to give my friend his drink, tried asking for it from the entrance door, and nothing… They saw us a few times and didn’t dare even to look again. They couldn’t even stand by the door for a quick second and ask what we needed. Poor customer serviceeeeeeeeeeeeee.
If I could give this place a 0 I will.

I don’t recommend this place for anyone… unless you are really desperate for burger like I was the last time I came here. Now, I have a stift legs for some reason. Something shady about the night shift maneger too that works at the drive tru. grabbing his crotch, his butt, picking his nose, points his finger on the side of his head… I really miss the old days, when I use to come here. in fact, I used to work here back when I was 19, now 40 years old. there are no more other descent burger drive trus around either. that Jack in the Box on Tully is the only place right now with 50 – 50 chance there are no shady fuckers working at the drive trus… but they don’t serve fish fillet anymore, and they have the worst burgers in the planet. my only options are Burger King and Carls Jr but just shaddy ass services… In & Out is also loosing it’s qualities. Services be all screaming like maniacs for your orders. Them workers you see at the windows by the drive trus looks pissed most of the time… some people like that, well I am not one of them. Anyways, I hope this Burger King will be replaced with White Castle. but different staffs.

Place stunk. Sadiyah and I went to this place thinking it was going to be well like the other burger kings we’ve gone to. The employees are a bit slow because of some confusion behind the counter. her order took 3x as long as it should have! The trash bin was full of disgusting leftovers, it looked hideous, I could almost smell the crap! And the one MAJOR thing they screwed up on. The FRIES. we usually get the best fries at other burger kings but this one gave me back the cake (as opposed to taking it.) so yeah thats my rant, two stars :/​sorry. Dont go here if ur looking for a standard bk exp!

Worse bk ever. They mess up on ur orders and get mad when u tell them. Employees give attitude and look like they hate their jobs. I had the manager put his hand in my face when I asked him. a question

This place is GARBAGE! Wish I could give it no stars… Food is ALWAYS wrong & employees have ZERO common sense. Can they shut this place down & replace it w/​a better fast food joint? Damn smh…

Wow. Just wow.
I’ve never had issues with this Burger King, until I made the mistake of ordering online.
My boyfriend and I ordered through the website. We ordered two whopper meals; both with cheese, one without onions and one without pickles and onions.
Our order was placed at 6:16pm. Online they say to give the restaurant 30 – 45 minutes for delivery.
We waited until 7:20pm before calling the tech line to find out what was going on with the order. The woman on the other line explained that she would send a message out to the restaurant to give me a call and give me an update.
At 8pm, I had yet to receive a phone call from anyone, so I decided to call the restaurant myself to speak to a manager. The kid who answered the phone was both short and unprofessional with me, saying that he was short on drivers, but my order went out over 30 minutes ago. I politely told him I did not feel that I should have to pay for the order considering it had been almost two hours since the order was placed. He said he’d «find out how to delete the order».
Now, it’s 9pm when my phone rings. Its the same manager from earlier and he now changes his story, saying the system never processed the order, so it never went out. WOW! He tells me they are making the order now, and it’ll go out soon. I don’t know how I stayed so calm.
It is 915pm, and my «order» just got here.
We received ONE meal. Instead of no onions, we got extra onions. Instead of fries, we got onion rings. I just got off the phone with the manager AGAIN… and I cannot believe this.
I understand that this is fast food, but take a little pride in your job and business, and dammit, bring me my burger! 3 hours later and I’m still waiting for a burger I probably won’t even want anymore.
Two words: NEVER AGAIN. I’ll stick to driving my happy ass down the street. I guess that’s why other burger joints don’t deliver.

do not buy from this burger king, horrible food when they actually make an order, but expect two meals, the wrong one you didnt order then, what they think you ordered, and finally your food. eat here if you love shitty food with horrible service

i freaking adore this burger king!!! this is probably the one and only fast food joint i have a review on! but anywho!
I always always come to BK for their iced coffee, the icee, and of course, the fries! and a recent discovery … their sundaes!
i LOVE that seattle’s best coffee is offered at burger king. i love that it is way superior compared to mcdonald’s watered-​down cheaply filtered iced coffee. I always get the plain iced coffee, which is just iced coffee (with the milk) and without the vanilla or mocha syrup. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ times i get it, it’s always perfect!
now onto the Icees! Don’t you hate it when you go to let’s say. Target or 7 – 11 and you get an Icee drink. But it turns out either way to syrupy and melted, too frozen, or not even ready to drink! But here, the icees are always smooth and perfect. Never a time did this BK fail me :)
Fries — i Love the new style of fries BK have changed their recipe to. The fries here are always almost fresh and crispy. I recommend coming before 10 or 10:30 to order fresh fries because after those times, they stop making them and you get the older batches of fries.
