I think you cant leave the city on the 25 dollar plan, and you might get dropped calls
and some times cant get service, but its good if you need cheap calls,
friendly store, i think he fixes phones, usully a line of people paying metro pcs bills there
metro pcs is getting taken over by t mobile soon

My wife and I had a very good experience buying smartphones here. We’ve been with MetroPCS for a few years and had been to the SOMA shop a couple times before. Service there is a bit sketchy.
The guy at this place was very knowledgeable about a brand new phone that Metro had just released. He was friendly and did what he could to help the constant stream of people walking in to pay their bills.
He spent five minutes showing us the basics of using the phones and threw in free skins. Sure, a $ 5 freebie on a $ 300 phone, but most places wouldn’t make the gesture. It’s dumb things like that which endear us to retailers. This place took care of us.
