I am a resident at the Atlas Hillcrest Complex and Urban Property Services is horrible. I contacted Arien Tujague about a tenant who is renting their place on air bnb. I shared that this will bring crime, drugs, and prostitution to the complex. Arien Tujague was very negligent. She acknowledged that she was aware of the air bnb ads but referred me to the complaint procedure. She did not make an effort to fix the problem even though she was aware of it. When I asked for clarification she also stopped answering my emails. STAY AWAY FROM URBAN PROPERTY SERVICES.

This woman is a crook!
She stayed at my dad’s home for an entire month and she was ballsy enough to attempt a chargeback, claiming that she never stayed at the house. We lost an entire month’s revenue thanks to her.
We have made arrangements for this to never happen again but I am furious knowing that this woman is still out there screwing people over.
Avoid Rebecca Kim at all costs!

Horrible. Rebecca never follows up on anything. We sold our condo and they billed us over $ 1300. Said that our Escrow company asked for additional paperwork which was a lie. I went back to the Escrow company and asked why they needed it and they showed me the request, which was the standard request. Plus, a month later we are still getting billed for HOAs dues and now late fees.

I owned a few condos in downtown San Diego. This Property Management Company is one of the worst I have ever seen. Not only they charge more than other companies, they provide so little help to home owners. The owner of is company name Rebecca Kim has a terrible attitude when you make a request. We are not paying to get treated like this. I believe this is a very small company and they are not even willing to show the public their company members on their website. They should not in service business.
