I decided to order from them online since they carry most parts for my airbrush. I also ordered in advance so that I can have my much needed parts in time. Well some got here in time but I received the wrong order. I emailed them on the situation and a Emilio replied stating he will ship out the missing parts. I emailed him back reminding him I ordered TWO of the same part. He emailed me back assuring me the order was right and was sent out. I received it today and they only sent ONE part, I’m still missing the other part! Can they do anything right? First time ordering from them and it’ll most likely be my last time. Try to find another site to order from.

We ordered 48 12×24 canvas panels, we received 24 12×12 stretched canvases. When I called on March 2^nd to have the problem fixed they guaranteed that we would receive our correct order by Monday, March 7^th. I received another call on Wednesday March 3^rd letting us know that what we ordered was actually out of stock and they wouldn’t receive more until Tuesday, March 8^th. We were under a time constraint as we were using these canvases for a class we are teaching. They were unwilling to send us a product of equal dimensions. Had they let us known they were out of stock when we initially ordered we would have had time to wait for the correct product to arrive but because they opted to send us the entirely wrong product rather than address the issue we were really left high and dry. I would not recommend this company to anyone in the future.

I purchased a paint kit and they missed items from my shipment. Emailed requesting the items or partial refund, they didn’t care to even respond.

I hope a manager or the owner reads this review. The Mexican guy in the front has a horrible attitude. I work at a big auto body repair shop locally here in San Diego and hate when I have to go pick up supply’s. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Great prices on Automotive paint I cant buy locally, unfortunate that they are an impossible company to deal with if you have a problem, slow shipping, took them a week to process my order. they do not package products to UPS standards, paint was damaged in shipment, (was in a box with no packing, cans got dented, found them to be leaking when I opened the box) I called them immediately, they asked me to send pictures, I did, then they said open the cans and tell us how much paint leaked out and we will send you that much paint. I paid extra for insurance, I would think they would replace the product. Have been unable to speak with a manager, no one returns calls.

Absolutely the worst customer service. I walk in no one says one word to me… yet there were several people in the back. I asked for help and they acted like they were annoyed with me. Finally someone did come to help me but was very vague and did not seem to want to talk about the products I needed and what’s the best options would be. I drove all the way over here for attitudes

I ordered two 12-​packs of art easels from them through Amazon. Instead of getting 24 easels, I received 2 easels and charged for all 24. When I called Amazon to straighten this out, they said there is no contact information for this company, and the only way to talk to someone is to use the email, which you may not hear back from them for 24 hours! Unfortunately, I needed the easels for a children’s art party two days later, so I had no time to wait for them to get back to me.
Next time, I will make sure that I am purchasing directly from Amazon… and not TCP Global, which after reading reviews, seems to be a warehouse distributing imported goods… not a storefront that knows their products.

Not a big, but regular customer. Customer service was never been great but this last time was aweful. The guy at the counter has no business working with customers. Once again, another business who acts like they are doing me a favor by allowing me to buy from them. Almost zero communication. After paying, No ‘thanks for the business’, ‘have a good day’, or just a ‘thanks’. NOTHING! Zero personality.
BTW, they need better house keeping. The ‘showroom’ is usually a mess.

Not sure about the lower scores. I’ve actually been ordering from these professionals for around 5 years through eBay. I actually just had the chance to visit their store off of Miramar Road for the first time this week (had to do an exchange, my order fault). I was immediately impressed with counter man Cesar, who was knowledgable, very helpful and just a decent dude to deal with. He hooked me up with Internet — matched pricing on some sprays, and even packed ‘em up nicely for me. This is a pro-​level shop that provides custom mixes to some of the best painters in San Diego. Don’t expect to have somebody hold your hand and kiss your butt here, but they are still very friendly. But it’s not Walmart or Target– Know what you need before you come in. Excellent shop!

Buyer beware! This company is not customer friendly after the purchase. They will reference company policies that are not published on their website. I will never buy from this company again.

Communication is horrible. No one EVER answers the phone. They MIGHT call you back. Sent wrong discs and I ordered paint mixing cups and the sales person said they didn’t carry those and said he would send me the same product but a different brand but they sent me a bunch of lids so now I have to drive 120 miles rt to get cups to mix paint. NO ONE WILL EVER ANSWER THE PHONE WITH THIS COMPANY!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT buy from this company! I ordered from them through Amazon. They proceeded to lie to me THREE times over the course of a week.
First, they lied about my order being in stock when it wasn’t, then they lied about what day it shipped. My order shipped 2 days late. They lied about the delivery date, I stayed home the day they promised it to arrive and it didn’t get here til 3 days later!
They ignored multiple emails and phone calls to try to resolve it. They even lied in a recorded 3 way call with an Amazon representative. Plus after all this, I found both items I ordered cheaper elsewhere. So they are extremely rude and charge more. Go somewhere else.

Have to agree about BAD customer service! Only one person saw my requests through to their end. And I had to drive 105 miles there the first time to try to explain what I wanted.
Requested 3 cans of matching spray paint, and sent a sample, the last week of January. To make a long story short, it took forever to get the paint ‘matched’ and sent, and it was not even close! Couldn’t use it. Sent it back, wasted another 5 weeks and more money on an even WORSE match! Refund denied for the paint I couldn’t use and for the horrible matching.
Went to a local auto paint store, and a dead on match was done for me to my sample in 20 minutes. TCP global’s paint matching services are abominable.

Walked in there looking for a spray tan product. Walked out with an airbrush makeup set. and some trials for airbrush tanning set. Susan was amazing, informative and caring. The product and the machine has worked and i followed the direction of how to clean them. It has been over 9 months and it still works great. Love this place!

Atrocious customer service. I ordered an airbrush part more than two and a half months ago and still have not received it, nor have I received any word on its status since a month and a half ago when I had to contact them to find out what happened to my order. I was then informed that the part listed as «in stock» was actually on back order and they would «get back to me asap with an eta». Haven’t heard from them since.
Suffice it to say, they’re not winning any service awards with me. Consider going elsewhere for your supplies.

I been ordering automotive body & paint supplies from this website for many years now.
I can get the PPG paints and all the tools and consumables like tape and paper at good prices.
They also are on amazon and have great customer service over the phone.
The website and shopping cart work well, «FULL» of everything and anything you can think of from sand paper, paint guns, air tools, and so on.
