Not only have I taken my car here for several years, but I was reminded yesterday why I continue to do so. I had a part replaced a week ago and afterwards had other problems with my car that seemed totally unrelated. I brought in my car and it was discovered that the Mercedes new part (from the MB Dealership) that was replaced the previous week was defective, resulting in my new problem. Not only did Michel drive back to the MB Dealership for a new part, but replaced it while I waited. There was no additional charge to me (warranty work) even though Exclusive «ate the cost» of their mechanic’s time to see what was wrong and replace it. A shop doesn’t get any better than that! I intend to keep my car for several more years and continue to use this fine establishment. Thank you for your fair and efficient service!

Over & over, Michel extends himself to —-replace an extra fuse, affix my required front license plate without drilling into an expensive bumper, call to find out if a part is still under warranty, all without extra hassle or charge to me.
His growing fleet of pre-​owned vehicles makes it easy for him to provide free loaners while my car is safely in his garage receiving care & attention. What a perk! And Michel makes it all so easy… I usually call & his reply is always «Bring it in.» He makes time & seems to work effectively without complicated & overbooked appointment wait times… Again, thank you, Michel… my Mercedes ownership experience is greatly heightened because of you & your shop.
Folks, listen to this… my TESLA service rep referred me to Michel! Two great vehicles, even if only one needs service (wink wink) but luckily for me Michel is the ONE!

Michel, where have you been during my decades of Mercedes ownership? Honesty and integrity are precious commodities these days, and I appreciate Michel’s very direct and clear descriptions about what was going on with the two cars I recently had in for service. I feel as though my older Benz now has a new, trustworthy doctor!

Michel is one of the most trustworthy people I know! He can handle any job on a Mercedes and you never need an appointment! Who does that?!
Most importantly he is forthright and gives you suggestions but ultimately you make the decision. He is not pushy like others.
His shop is always clean and I impressed. Not a drop of oil anywhere, you could probably eat off of it.

Michel (owner) is a true professional Mercedes mechanic. He inspected my 2005, 500 CLK prior to purchasing my vehicle. He was through at explaining what the car needed to be be done. I believe he gave me a fair price and excellent quality workmanship. I will be taking my Benz to him in the future.

I owned 3 Mercedes and I have been going here for years now. My last car went 330k by the time felt I needed to find it a home. I had it served there since it had about 60k. I will continue to buy Mercedes because of Michele. I live now in Tememcula and still make the trip down to SD for service.

5 STARS!!! I was referred to this shop by a family member to take my Mercedes. First thing I noticed was how clean the shop was. Never seen a mechanic shop so impeccably clean. The customer service I received from Michel was outstanding. He was very informative and took the time to show me the oil problem with my car. The reason I took my vehicle there. The alternator had to be replaced as well. This I knew. Anyhow, new alternator, new car battery, fix oil leak problem, and he even changed the back tail light I purchased somewhere else all for a reasonable price. Very happy with price! I was quoted $ 1100 at the auto place where I bought my car. I knew it was a ripoff. Mercedes dealer would have been triple the price. I have to say Mercedes provides great customer service but this shop defiantly puts Mercedes at a 4. I even got a loaner car to go to work. All this work was completed in 2 hours. Wow! Thank you Michel and Vince for your service, time, and hard work! Highly recommend!

The customer service is unmatched at Exclusive Motors. They are honest and informative with the diagnosis of the problem. I just bought a triple white convertible 2007 V W Bug. They were very helpful with financing and their service was amazing. They were not pushy, not pressuring me in selling the car. they took their time and explained all the options I had. I highly recommend them if your looking for a used car.
