Used a gift card we got last year. Descent sandwiches with ample works! Meatball and turkey subs were our choice. My bread seemed a little stale, but it may have been from toasting. Service was fast and efficient. Got in just before the noon rush.

I went to this subway to wait for my car to be washed and I absolutely adored the customer service I received. I was attended by two young ladies and I had a blast giving them my order. I’m not only helping them, but am also going to survey them as well(which I don’t normally do). :) thank you to the ladies that helped me today!!!

Came here a few times for lunch Out of all the subways I have been to, this one seems to be on the less fresh side. All of the times I came in and bought a sandwich for lunch, my veggies were soggy and not fresh. Subway is def your typical sandwich place, but it seems this location does not have the fresh veggies subway tends to promote… Probably won’t come here so my sandwiches anymore. Customer service is ok.

Got in at the opening time and girl who was helping was already frustrated. She didn’t look my way the whole time… Guess i will avoid this place if i can…

This is the cleanest Subway I’ve ever been to and Miranda the wonderful girl who assisted me with my order is a ray of sunshine. Great customer service is important and she knew that with the outstanding assistance and politeness she showed. I’d definitely be back.

I came here for the $ 2 customer appreciation deal which was a 6″ sub in either Cold Cut Combo or Meatball Marinara. It was noon and they had already run out of the meat they needed to make the Cold Cut Combo! I ended up ordering the 12″ Meatball sub. The girl helping me out was not very polite and seemed very disinterested. When she cut the bread, she did such a poor job that when she opened it to put the meatballs in, the bread tore unevenly. When placing the meatballs in, there was a 3″ section on the end where she did not bother to put anything. I don’t know what the standard number of meatballs they’re supposed to put in a foot long but it feels like I got shorted. To top it off, when I got home and ate the sandwich, at least half of the meatballs were hard and cold. This is definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Subway store. I would never come back here even though it’s a 5 minute walk from my work.

Had a late lunch, about 130pm, and only one girl was handling sandwich making and check out. The other girl was on the phone with the owner doing inventory. There was a constant steam of people and Lainey had to handle everything. She asked the other girl(Lisa?) for help but she was literally waved off. Where’s the customer service? Tell the boss you’ll call him back because people want to eat and there’s a line.

We came here after playing basketball at the Scripps Rec Center a few minutes away. We arrived about 30 minutes before they closed. We were still welcomed when we entered. They did not rush us to order. Since I was paying for two 6″ subs, the lady still offered the footlong price. Awesome! We did not eat at the location. Our subs tasted great!

Ok, so Subway now sells Pizza? they call it Flatizza. So I tried it today, and honestly I liked it. You get 2 flatizza about 6 inches each for $ 5.00. That is a good deal. I ordered the Spicy Italian and the Veggie one and I actually really liked it. The service was not bad. Was in/out in less than 5 minutes. Not bad for 2 fresh pizza or flatizza. Will definitely try it again.

I visited the subway on Scripps summit. I ordered the $ 6 combo. First of all the soup I wanted they were out of. Who runs out of soup at 1:15pm? I asked if I could chips in place of soup and was told that would b an extra charge. So I paid for a 6 inch sandwich that cost me $ 5.45. Really? What happened to the foot long $ 5 deal? I’ll be switching to which wich across the street. They might be a little more accomendating.

I always go to this subway but lately it has been horrible… went in to get 2 sandwiches and they must of just hired this guy or something but, he was clueless… put hardly any meat on my sandwich and put hardly any veggies on as well… also, l Kept looking at me like he couldn’t understand English… took 20 minutes to make 26″ sandwiches… geez really…

The workers here are usually nice but have been very rude the past couple times I have gone in. I usually order a turkey but they gave me ham instead. When I asked the girl to change it she seemed very unhappy with me about it. I couldn’t help that she put the wrong meat on my sand which. These people need an attitude check.

It’s the worst subway, I have ever been to. Service is poor the girls who were serving were looking frustrated. They don’t even know how to place veggies on a sandwich. I ordered veggie foot long and so called subway artist didn’t even care to change the gloves, which she used to put meat on sandwich. The sandwich was sloppy and they used same knife to cut the sandwich after they are finish making a sandwich. It’s a horrible place and I would suggest don’t step into this subway. I will never ever put my foot into this subway. It was my first and last time at this place.

Don’t even know where to start, it was that bad!!! Before writing this review, I tried contacting Subway in many ways. Wanted to let them know what was going on at this Subway but I guess they don’t care. I called and was told«Sorry that’s to bad». I tried submitting to their web site but this error came up (An error occurred while parsing EntityName. Line 2, position 1211.) I tried emailing them and no return contact. Store# 22493 Date 7÷08÷13 Host Id 624−101−708980 Your Subway team at this location is rude, they don’t listen to the costumers, act like they are not happy to be there, more worried about talking and playing around with each other and are not doing their job. I had to keep repeat myself over and over because the girl was not listening. And she kept forgetting my order. Containers of food were empty &/or had non fresh food in them. Asked if they had fresher vegetables & was told no, corporates problem for no delivery. She forgot to put meat on sandwich, I asked if she could please put turkey on it & she got mad at me… with lots of eye rolling. Meat was translucent greenish and bad, couldn’t even eat half of sandwich. I got sick! Thank you for making me not want to EVER go to a Subway again!!!

A bunch of high school kids work here and it is annoying having to deal with their attitude and depressing reactions when people walk in. Not to mention they messed up my order the last few times I’ve been there… Which is why I’d rather drive out of town to get a sandwich.

Not subject to the curse of soggy Subway bread that I’ve seen at some other locations, this location runs a smidge on the slow side, but delivers crisp tasty sandwhiches. Service is friendly and competent. It’s… a Subway, and one of the better ones.

Great service! I can’t believe they made my coldcut combo just the way I like. For the life of me I’ll never understand why most Subways insist on putting the mayo, mustard, spreads on the meat and cheese instead of on the bread. I keep telling them that all that does is get the spread on my hands but they still insist on doing it their way. This Subway… They put the spread on my bread! Spread on the bread! Spread on the Bread! I actually left the restaurant happy, full, and my hands didn’t stink of mayo and mustard! This is my new go to subway!

As the current Duke of this particular Subway, I command you to read carefully and retain this info. There may be a test later… failure will lead you to the gallows. I can’t seem to get enough of the $ 5 foot long deal. I typically get the BMT on 9 Grain Honey Oat with swiss cheese. Sometimes I get a little crazy and switch to American cheese. I only add spinach to this sandwich. This usually makes the attending sandwich artist jump for joy. It is a simple thing to make. The staff are always friendly and when they are busy they really do well in people managing. People get in and out quickly. Every single time I walk in the door they all say«welcome to subway». This is the only location that seems to do that literally every single time. Unlike the morons in Fullerton area Subways. I will be back of course and usually hitting this place 2+ times a week. Can’t beat the price and the people make it a good experience every single time.
