Excellent bagels and very good service. Much better than Einstein Bagel although there are none in my area

HORRIBLE! Bought what they call/displayed a creamy salted caramel iced coffee from the delicious poster. It was supposed to have caramel drizzle and grains of salt on it. I received a lousy black iced coffee with caramel syrup. HORRIBLE. .DISAPPOINTING!

Whenever I’m in the area, I have to stop by and grab a bagel! Weather it’s for breakfast or lunch! For breakfast, I usually get an everything bagel with light cream cheese! The bagels here are so fluffy and flavorful! And the cream cheese just tops it off! Sometimes for breakfast or lunch, I’ll get a ham and cheese bagel on an everything bagel. And the ham and cheese are so moist, that it just melts in your mouth… Seriously the best! Seriously the fastest breakfast service ever! Even when the line is long, you’ll be out of there within 5 minutes! Which is great when you’re in a hurry, but trying to get a delicious bagel, within a short time period! I’m not a fan of their coffee here it’s either watery or too bitter. So I just run over to the coffee shop next door.

When I come to one of these bagel and coffee places, I am always on the look out for some lox or some for of it. Here, they just call it the smoked salmon bagel, which is most appropriate for $ 7 and some change. The bagel sandwich was most traditional and came with smoked salmon, plain cream cheese, tomato, red onions and capers which I had them put it on a honey oat toasted bagel. The bagel came with a predetermined amount of smoke bagel. I would wager about 2 – 3 ounces. It was quite good and provided that rich flavor and velvety texture. The tomatoes in the bagel were vibrant and taste garden fresh. The red onions were crisp, the cream cheese was not over done and creamy, and the capers slightly piquant of course. The honey oat bagel was lightly toasted and had that nice moist and chewiness on the inside and a little crust on the outside. It had good flavor with the honey flavor being delicate. Both, the young lady who took my order and the one who took my money, were in a happy mood and provided good service.

Yes, it’s the definition of insanity doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result but I did it again. I normally refuse to get a bagel with cream cheese from Brueggers usually opting for a breakfast sandwich if anything. Today, I was hungry but didn’t really feel like having a grease bomb so I opted for a bagel with honey walnut crème cheese… like every other time I take a bite and taste nothing but garlic. They use the same knife to cut bagels and what a shock the garlic carries over and takes over everything it touches. I have nothing against garlic but that’s not what I wanted to taste when I ordered a honey walnut. Now that I’m at work I don’t have the energy or time to fix it so it’s in the trash and I remain hungry. What a waste.

The customer service leaves a little something to be desired, but I guess I’m not the only person to notice that. Even though there were only two of us in the restaurant he seemed in a real big hurry to get us out. You’d think it was a business and we were trying to spend money or something! Customer service aside, my turkey chipotle club was delicious. Great quality of meat, and the bagel was nice and soft. The bagel selection was actually pretty good, so I ended up leaving with a dozen chocolate chip, poppyseed, and cheddar jalapeño.

Posting a review strictly for the customer service I received was appalling. Walked into Bruegger’s Bagels with my small service dog in arm. 03/15/2016 at approximately 11:00 A.M. There was –no– hello, but«We don’t allow dogs.» Told the person at the counter that he is a service dog and I have proof that he is a service dog. Was told again«No dogs.» I was simply going to order food TOGO. Not dine in. I will never support such an establishment who treats customers as cold and as rude as Bruegger’s Bagels. I took my business elsewhere. And yes, this other place was very welcoming and allowed me to place my order. If you have a service animal, you will most likely be turned away.

This place says they close at 4 online and on the door it says 330. We showed up at 315 and they locked the doors! Super annoying because we drive out of our way to get a bagel and they don’t even go by they’re own store hours. What’s the point of even posting the hours!

Best bagels in the area… hands down! I can order my bagel sandwich at anytime of the day and they always have the type I like. The employees are friendly and always greet with a smile. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and the bagels are made daily. Making me hungry just thinking about it!

On the pricier side. I usually come here to grab a bagel when I am craving it and I love how they put a lot of cream cheese. I have tried their jalapeño bagel with their onion and chive and it’s delicious. You can def taste the jalapeño and the onion and chive cream cheese. And their cream cheese tastes fresh unlike Kraft and Philadelphia cream cheese. I have also tried their blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese and I will never ever get one again. The strawberry cream cheese is just too sweet. Like sugar. I can’t do it. And the blueberry was okay. Maybe I will only get blueberry with reg cream cheese? The bagel with cream cheese is usually almost FOUR bucks –_– I can easily buy a pack of bagels and a pack of cream cheese for four bucks. I will come here only when I really want a bagel.

Came in today(July 30th2015) at 6:30am. The workers behind the counter were rude and impatient as they hurried us along. It was our first(and last) time there, we stood back to look at the menu. Worse of all they did this when they weren’t even busy, only 1 other costumer. Bagel weren’t any good, Vons next door has better bagels for a better price.

Bad Planning Came here on a Saturday at 10:30AM. They were out of 70% of bagel varieties. Poor toasting. Spread was lop sided. There are way better places.

Used a BOGO coupon so I can’t really complain much on pricing. Got 2 bagel sandwiches for $ 6.49. Both tasted good — thai chicken and the herby turkey. A ton of flavor for both. I love the cream cheese taste that’s in most of their sandwiches. Warning: I love jalapeño bagels, but here it’s super spicy!

Worst brugger’s for service. They won’t even serve you a coffee if you are a regular. Hate to say it but even Starbucks is better with customer service. If you are looking to grab a quick coffee or bagel don’t go here! slow, rude, and inattentive.

I was surprised that this place is a lot more then a bagel place. They have tons of options! The inside kind of reminds me of a deli shop as you can see them making your sandwich. I got the herby turkey bagel and it was sooo delicious! The cost here is a bit pricey… I will only come back if I’m really craving the herby turkey.

Let me start off by saying the workers are great! I don’t blame them, I blame the store management/ownership. I frequent a different bruegger’s but this location is no good. First off they always say they are«out of» their coffee coolers. I got curious after the second time and the real story is that they don’t want to train their employees on how to make it, or have them waste time mixing a drink. LAZY! It’s a bummer because those drinks are good. Second they give you iced coffee in soda cups??? I’ll post a picture, but buy some real clear iced coffee cups. LAZY/CHEAP. When you offer only bagels and coffee you have to get them both right and this store doesn’t. Skip this bruggers and go somewhere else. There are a bunch of other breakfast shops near by.

This place used to be good until about 8 months ago. Since then, the quality of their bagels and customer service declined greatly! I’ve had burnt bagels, found a hair in one of them, got very little cream cheese several time and got a cold wrap twice in a row. Their employees used to be friendly and smiling but they hired new people than don’t seen to care about the customers at all. I’m disappointed and unfortunately won’t be back.

Really very unimpressed. The bagel sandwich was delicious. However the customer service I received today was appalling. The girl makes my bagel, finishes up and I walk to the register. She hands me my bagel and walks away without me paying. So I stand there for maybe 5 min while she makes 3 other bagel sandwiches for other people. There are now 4 employees making bagel sandwiches and they all keep looking at me… Finally the same girl who made my bagel comes back to ring me up after making 2 – 3 other peoples orders. Wtf?! Doesn’t apologize just rings me up and walks away. I won’t ever go back here. It was my first ever trip to this place and will officially be my last as well. If u can’t do business properly then you shouldn’t do business.
