Cute local mom and pop donut place. Seems like they are known for their blueberry donuts. I recently bought an assorted dozen to share with the family. They threw in some donut holes for free which was really nice. The donuts themselves are pretty standard. The blueberry donut is made of blueberry flavored dough and is glazed. It was good, but not enough blueberry flavor for me. Pretty unique though and I’m glad I tried. The other donuts I got were some glazed twists, some chocolate donuts, a maple bar… all very typical tasting. The one I enjoyed the most is one of the twists with some kind of cinnamon crumble on it. Will stop by next time when I need a quick snack to satisfy my sweet tooth if I’m in the area running errands.

I fail to understand the high reviews for this donut shop. I gave it a try and thought they had the worst donuts I ever tasted. And I tried a glazed donut and a cake crumb donut, neither of which I took more than one bite. Shop itself is ok and easy to find. I just don’t get how you can make such a bad product and stay in business.

I never thought I’d write a review of a donut shop. I mean, I’m not a cop(I’m here all week folks, try the veal… and the chocolate donuts). But I recently moved around the corner and wanted to pick up 3 dozen donuts for work. I called the night before, because I wanted to make sure one entire box was the chocolate«cake» donuts(those are the smaller, harder ones… unlike those fluffy ones). I asked for a mixed box as well, and said the third dozen I would just pick out when I got there. And a great variety they had — coconut, pumpkin, and a few interesting flavors. All were delicious, and my staff was happy. The staff at Lucky Donuts couldn’t have been nicer. And, if I don’t get diabetes — I will be back.

I have grown up going to this donut shop. Not the nicest environment, but great donuts, and friendly staff!

I’m pretty sure they moved locations. They’re now across the street from Jack In The Box near Vallarta’s. I’ve been here several times, usually before or after I get a haircut. I’m always so pleased with the staff(I assume he’s the store owner). It’s a little small but a decent sized eating area that’s kept clean. The quality of their donuts is amazing and I always try their daily specials and whatever they have available for seasonal/holiday flavors. I rated them 5 stars because of the several times I’ve been here I always leave smiling. Keep up the great work Lucky Donuts & Deli! I’ll be back for more!

Super friendly staff and pretty good donuts. they take AmEx where few donut shops do. Kudos to them. The donuts weren’t anything special but due to the variety, friendly service, and credit card acceptance, i am all about this 5 star. Thanks. Janet

This place is kinda hidden! It’s on the second floor of that plaza. Their donuts are cheap! The interior is kinda run down a little, and they have a huge fridge of drinks, so many choices! They have their donuts on shelves behind the cash register, easily seen. We went sat around 11am, they were out of some donut selections. I had the blueberry donut, so GOOD! Very moist and just melts in your mouth, just the right amount of sweetness. My friend had the maple glazed, on the sweet side! I would come back just for the blueberry donut!

We love Lucky donuts! Great variety and always fresh. Their iced coffees are delicious too and way better prices than other coffee shops. Happy to support a local family business!

Best mom and pop donut shop I’ve found! Kim is this super cute little Asian lady that was super friendly. It’s our favorite spot for blueberry donuts but we like everything we’ve had there. Hopefully you can get em fresh. I hear they are putting out fresh ones throughout the whole day so that’s awesome.

Just for the record, this place isn’t handicap accessible. Important note for wheelchair users like myself. Full flight upstairs a complex with no elevator. I’m sure it’s great though!

Came by this morning to get some donuts and they are by far pretty delicious. Just your traditional donuts not your fancy ones but, they will leave you satisfied.

Walked in after eating kbbq next door to grab a donut. Donuts looked fresh and delectable. Ended up getting a dozen since the price was only $ 7.99. I plan to bring them with me later to a super bowl party. The owner was very nice. He even threw in like 10 donut holes for free! I loved the blueberry and red velvet! Simple donut shop here no frills. Typical flavors like glazed, maple, chocolate etc nothing exotic. I would be back if I’m in the area but wouldn’t drive out of my way to come here.

Gotta support out local donuts! Very fresh and cheap They have a good selection. The worker is always very nice, more people should tip them, they barely had any tips. This place is good bc their donuts are made with love, and you can tell there always made fresh everyday. My husbands favorite is their strawberry frosted sprinkled donut. For 2 it is $ 1.75. Super cheap.

This place makes some very good doughnuts. Nothing fancy, but just good done to earth honest good doughnuts. I stopped in and had two doughnuts to, the glazed buttermilk bar and a cinnamon twist, the bar was .89 and the twist $ 1.35. Oh yes, and some soothing black tea ass well( ). I had the buttermilk bar first and it was great. It came with a great thick sugary glaze( ), which led into the soft and moist center: a center I found moister than most buttermilk bars I have had and enjoyed( ). A fine buttermilk bar indeed. The cinnamon twist was good, but instead it being covered with a cinnamon and sugar dusting, it was a sugar glaze instead. I would of preferred the latter( ). The twist had a soft center and was moist, but not as moist as the buttermilk bar( ). Don’t get me wrong, it was good, but I rather of preferred it be dusted with sugar and cinnamon. In addition to the doughnuts and muffins, they also make breakfast sandwiches and sandwiches in general. The couple who run the shop are very friendly, and if you are a local, they will be sure to know your name and likings.
