this small non-descript restaurant really surprised me. The food was very tasty and reasonably priced. This family run business is charming and friendly. We ordered the chile relleno, the cheese enchiladas, the beef torta, the carne asada quesadilla and the bean tostada. Every dish was very good

Su Casita Mexicana recently opened in the Grant Hill neighborhood and its authentic and delicious food is worth stopping in for. It’s a cozy, friendly restaurant with a small TV and a jukebox in the corner that feels like home. In fact, «Su Casita» translates to «your little home», which is exactly the type of thing they’re after. You’re invited to sit, relax, and enjoy your stay. The menu changes based on what’s fresh, and the food is cooked the way you like it. In fact, you won’t even see a menu at this point, but are invited to chat with the staff about what’s available. The tacos and taquitos are fantastic, and fresh guacamole and salsa are always a good call. The chips are made fresh every day, but be careful not to fill up on them before your meal arrives.
