Starbucks

LOVE this location. However, I came this evening to get my normal iced espresso beverage and I was left with a bad taste in my mouth. When I asked for my shots to be re-​drawn because they had died before they were put on ice, the barista Devon snapped back. I was told, in the most condescending way, that the shots were fine and didn’t die. I told her if it was a problem, I’d be fine to keep the one she was making. At this point she replied «well we’ve already wasted time talking about it so now I might as well toss it» and she threw the half-​prepared drink away. She rolled her eyes as she made the new drink stating «if that’s how you want it, whatever.»
This is disappointing as Starbucks has a reputation of making things right should you be unhappy with your drink. I don’t send things back often at all, but in the event that I do I definitely don’t need to be treated that way. Hopefully, our friend Devon will hop on board with the Starbucks standard of customer service soon.

One of my first morning stops before work, place is well kept and clean. The fresh smell of coffee awaits, compared to some other locations nearby this is the spot! Line stacks up usually the time I walk in, the baristas do great and keep up while making killer drinks! If you have the pleasure of having Diane, Dylon, or a tall blonde lady (sorry I forgot her name) Your no doubt going to get a good beverage! Time it just right and walk over to Target to get your daily needs with your fresh coffee in hand… Cheers!

The staff at this location is great! They care enough to ask the correct spelling of my name I know that’s very unimportant but one ever does that! They’re just all around very friendly. Always make the drink right the first time. We love this Starbucks!

I just wished Starbucks was a little cheaper! Especially I tend to buy the java chip frappé all the time, which is like almost 5 $ for the grande. Other than that, Starbucks drinks are always on point!

Amazing staff, amazing service. They know your name and drink as soon as I walk in. What’s not to love.

Soooo parking my car here and this white girl with leggings super rude even walking into the store is acting like the owner of it. Screaming nonsense and goes to the back of the store THEN comes back out and in the loudest voice ever asks a black guy with hoop earrings if she can get 2 waters. As he prepares the waters, she is talking about a customer that she saw on the street, like the whole dam store cares. Who even talks about customers? Shows no morals, respect, or education. GOSH Trin. I believe her name was TRINITY because the black guy and Asian guy kept screaming her name. Ok seems like it’s either trinity’s first job or barely started here. We ALL work in customer Service stop with immaturity and letting us all know you work there. Cool, if you do and sucks if you do my next drink because you seemed dirty AF. I get my drinks and walk out to my car just to hear Ms. TRINITY screaming with her high pitched voice to the chick that is bringing down the umbrellas about the next day she’s working. College Grove does not want to know your schedule Trin. One star for drinks being GREAT!

My drink was delicious. Carmel frap 5 pumps of frap roast, 2 pumps of Carmel, soy milk, lite whip cream and no Carmel drizzle. Yummy!

My drink was decent but the staff looked so dull and dry. Both workers did not smile once when I was there or asked me how I was or anything. I did not know I needed to pay with my member card to get the 30% off but that’s ok. I’m more upset at the fact the girl worker, named Malina? Or something with a M, looked so mad when I talked to her. This certainly made my trip depressing.

Small and usually quiet. Often panhandlers and smokers in outdoor seating — last few times I’ve spoken to the mgr about this but no reaction/​action taken. Baristas are polite, courteous, try to remember you by name. Clean up the vagrants and this’ll be a great starbucks.

Just a coffe shop…
Coffee: same as other starbucks coffe since i always get regular coffee (black).
Service: you get what you ask and pay for. Cashier wont smile and has this emotionless on her face.
Disappointment:
1– As i was grabbing my coffee from the cashier, i accidentally hit the gift card deck and it fell. I understand it was my fault and obviously ill pick it up, but that cashier just looked at me and said nothing… not even offered to ask if i needed help. As soon as i got down to pick up the cards, she just ignored me and told the customer behind me to take their order.
2– I believe its also rude to start putting chairs on top of the tables even though you have half of the shop full of customers… you dont do that… it makes business look bad.
Overall: its a good business. But some of their employees need to re learn some of the customer service standards.

Starbucks has great coffee flavors something for everyone. My husband and I had our first date at this location we come here once a year to celebrate. This shop is different every year with table arrangement and décor but I saw several workers I have seen before. The service was fast and the Gouda and bacon breakfast sandwich was delicious. If you want great coffee try any Starbucks you can’t go wrong.

A very small store compared to other Starbucks I visited. The parking lot has a lot of people that just hang around and beg for money because they’re close to Ross and Target.
Wish security would do something about getting rid of all these panhandlers.
The staff always seems to be friendly and helpful.

In addition to one of our employees visiting this Starbucks everymorning before coming to work and raving about great service — Starbucks on College donated a perfect amount of coffee for our 2^nd Annual Community Celebration that hosted our refugee and immigrant community members, city councilmemeber, and state senator representatives. Although the process of following up with them for the donation was a bit longer than intended, the overall result was fabulous. The manager was extremely compromising and kind, the pick up was smooth and organized, and of course, the coffee was delicious.
Thank you Starbucks on College for donating to our event and for serving our community members!

Very friendly service but I’m from NY and this is a little on the slow side so be prepared to waited 10 mins for your beverage.

The service is always fast and friendly!
My coffee is never bitter.
And the vibe is so relaxed!

This is a noisy, dirty place. If you want to go here to work on anything, bring headphones or good meditative skills to tune out the extremely loud customers and employees. The latter spend quite a bit of time laughing, screaming, and joking with each other and obviously not sweeping floors or wiping down tables. And it’s not like they’re busy or understaffed. This location is close to my home so I’ve given it more than one visit, with hope the next time would be better… and am disappointed again.

Haven’t had a bad drink but when I need the place to read people hanging around not buying anything playing crap music.

This is a really nice place. I am not a fan of Starbucks. But the employees were really nice and helped me place my order at crack thirty in the morning. I have started an early morning get in to shape program and they are helping me with it unannounced to them lol

I’ve been coming here for months now! You could say it’s my favorite. It’s a great place to do homework and to study. I don’t like the nearby Starbucks since it’s always packed and too many Asians! Jk I guess I can say that since I’m Asian?
I think I know most of the staff by name and they know me. They make me feel welcome like a small coffee shop and not like a corporate giant. Lynda, Abby, Alexis, Crystal and et. al. All provide great service! Especially Lynda!
