Don’t usually go to this Starbucks But was in the neighborhood. Ordered a iced caramel macchiato and it was almost ¾ milk Or cream or Whatever. Almost couldn’t drink it. Sad to not have a refreshing treat on a warm Saturday.

This is my favorite Starbucks. The baristas are all super friendly and do everything to make you feel at home. The remember my crazy customized drink every time. I love how cozy the place is too with the nice leather sofas and it’s always super clean. The espresso always tastes a lot better than the other places, even other Starbucks too. Not sure if they just clean the machines more regularly or if the beans are just fresher.

This is my go to Starbucks because it is close to my house. The seating area is a nice place to hang out, both inside and out. They are always quick and the employees are always nice, however they often mess up my drink.

Friendly workers. I come here often since it’s close to my work(shoutouts to Daniel and Luis for being awesome). I online-order and the drinks are ready very fast and always made right. Too bad online-ordering takes away the friendly interactions I get to have. the trade-offs of technology. sigh

Such a fan of this Starbucks solely because of their customer service. Often times people have trouble spelling my name, but I go with it because really who cares? But actually, Scripps Ranch cares, they care a lot. I usually come in for a midday pick me up, and there’s always a handful of iced waters set out around this time. I was curious, so I asked. The barista let me know that nearby schools would come by during their run and the manager insists that they get their water fix. How nice to have it all ready for them! A little annoyed because their prices keep going up, but it’s Starbucks and they know how to round up their customers. Well-deserved 4 stars for the customer service and fast-moving lines!

Poor customer service 2 days in a row. I will gladly go to a different shop further from my home. Baristas don’t honor advertised signs posted in store. Yesterday told me the sale is only good from 2 – 4. Came back today at 3:30 and I pointed to the sign and the told me that it is an old sign and would not honor the sale price.

Great location for 92131 residents, but the training of the staff is not to par. Management habitually under staffs on Sunday mornings, so there’s always a line out the door around 11:30 when the local churches finish services, everyone goes shopping, etc. It’s like they don’t staff the ‘starting line’ team members on Sundays(meaning experienced staff). Good luck getting a French press — they look at you mystified as if they haven’t been trained on how to pour hot water, stir, then allow the customer to press their own coffee… even when you specifically ask them NOT to press it. Great location, but a bit of a backwater in terms of the regional Starbucks focus. I’ll be back, I mean, where else am I going to go?

This Starbucks has one of the best atmospheres in SD. As always, being dog friendly is a huge factor of coming here. Very quick service and delicious drinks!

Maybe the learning is to take the time to become a regular as it seems like that is how to be treated well — here’s my experience: spent $ 30 here on my lunch hour today, and the barista forgot my food. When I asked about it(you know that feeling, you stand patiently as all the folks who came in after you get their orders — and even then you(I) feel almost bad about asking!), he acted surprised and turned around quickly, I thought he just forgot to take it out of the oven, but no, he was getting someone else’s food out and just then putting mine in. Under his breath and with no eye contact muttered, sorry I totally forgot. When it was done he tossed it on the counter and muttered sorry again. I kinda wish I had my $ 30 bucks back.

By far the coldest coffee shop I have ever been in. If all the customers are wearing coats in the middle of May possibly turn off the AC. Also there internet is shotty at best. I would just go somewhere else.

What I love about Starbucks is that they are all pretty much the same. Consistency is key so I’m pretty much reviewing the staff here. I come here Wednesday morning with the kids and the staff is always friendly.

Nice store, people, etc but the wireless in this location is among the worst I have ever experienced in a Starbucks. Yeah, it’s free, but…

Great Starbucks overall! Friendly staff always make great quality drinks always have a smile on their faces! The only bad thing is the Starbucks gets overcrowded quickly cause it’s kind of small. I go 5−6am 2 – 3 times a week for my morning Jolt! And I sometimes go in the afternoon to get a treat during a bike ride.

Great customer service! Quick, courteous and always on point when it comes to the coffee. Excellent location as well with plentiful seating indoors and outdoors. Outdoors seating is on a patio overlooking trees and a road but still private enough to conduct an indoor voice like conversation.

I would like to report that I have now had several of the breakfast sandwiches and while they are not homemade like your Mom makes they are much better since they changed the company that makes their baked goods.(i am not sure what is up with the distribution system BUT they no longer taste like they have flown in from Seattle the week before) The staff is really welcoming and on top of things-my friend is a regular who lives in the area and they basically handed her a finished drink before she ordered. The porch area is nice for sitting but there are some slightly passive aggressive people who hog the chairs-c’est la vie.

I love the staff here. They’re amazing and very amiable. I work nearby and they know me by name, goes to show how they actually get to know their customers.

Not going back. This Starbucks has gone down hill. As a regular, used to love coming here but no longer. The staff is slow, not friendly, and the quality of the beverage is not up to par. When there’s a line I turn around, where as months before it would have been no problem. This manager needs at step up her game. To top it off I left a personal item and called once I had realized that my water bottle, I asked to be fill with ice, wasn’t with my drink order and I will be back for my possession. When I came for it, it magically disappeared after the shift said it was here for me. Un cool Starbucks partners.

Good to hear they may go under construction soon to remodel this store location… coz with the long lines forming out the door in the morning… something needed to be done(like an expansion and better set up). The whole get your drink on one end of the store and pick up your pastry on the other and cutting in between folks in line gets tiring… especially pre-caffeine treatment.
