Slowest Starbucks ever. Takes 3 baristas to make one drink. Amateurs shouldn’t be working these busy holidays. We should’ve realized the problem when there were 15 people waiting for drinks and only 3 in line to place order. After 20min of waiting, I received the wrong drink: a normal flat white instead of holiday flat white. Left anyway just to get the hell out of there. Next time you are at las Americas and craving coffee, just wait till you leave the mall

Horrible horrible customer service! It’s bad enough you’re paying $ 5 for a drink, but one that sucks is even worse! I even approached the manager to inform her that my drink was missing berries(very berry hibiscus) and she just rolled her eyes as if it was inconveniencing her to make my drink the correct way. I am starting to become discouraged with the Starbucks company as it seems the employees are more concerned about the store appearance rather than their customers appreciation. Stay away from this Starbucks, total disappointment. Ps. They’re always out of something, so don’t go with any expectations(last time they were out of java chip).

No complaints about this place. Seemed surprisingly clean considering the high traffic of the location. The outdoor seating is a little bit quieter than inside but then you deal with the foot traffic. All in all a decent place to grab a coffee.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to in my life! Customer service is key with any type of business. The girls are rude. I asked for an americano iced coffee. The girl at the cashier asked if I wanted room for cream and I said«I would just like a splash of cream please» and her reply was«that’s why I asked you if you wanted room for cream» I also asked if she can sweeten it. I pay and I get no receipt and I usually get asked if I would like my receipt. I would have had her name but I don’t have my receipt. When I got my coffee, it had no cream and the barista said that’s why there is room for half and half. I asked if she could please add cream because I don’t want half and half. It seemed like I had bothered her. She told me to take off the lid and she just added the cream and gave me the drink. Both girls are Latina women and one in the cashier had dark brown hair and she does not wear makeup it seems. The barista is also Latina and she has lighter skin and she’s a bit on the heavier side. I am not to judge based on weight but I don’t have names and I’m just trying to describe as best as I can.

While shopping it’s a must that I get some espresso and enjoy coming to this Starbucks. Would prefer this place over coffee bean in the area. Although this location is always slammed the customer service has always been great for me. People need to realize this location will always be busy considering all the stores near it. If you have no patience than drive else where. There’s only so much they can do! Thank you guys for great customer service! There’s a reason why you guys are always packed with customers! ;)

Theres usually alot of people inside or a long line, so it’s easier to do mobile order & pay so I can just go in and already have my drink ready when I get there.

I love that we have another option than the dairy and soy milk. I go more often now that they offer coconut milk for a small extra charge. Mocha frappuccino is delicious.

I’d give lower starts if I could. We are starbucks regulars and when they wrote the wrong name and wrong order on our cup, we repeated it back. She said yes and didn’t notice she was missing something on there. The barista then refused to remake our drink right without a receipt showing that we paid for the five pumps of white mocha. I had to go re-wait in line. Then the cashier woman apologized and said I did in fact get charged and the woman remade it. !!! How has that ever been a starbucks policy. I guess location is key…

Slow service. slow barista. Went in tonight with my brother &ordered him a VCR no wc no foam. Once I receive the drnk at the bar I take off the lid and I see foam I start scooping the foam out with the lid and it’s never ending foam! I told the barista I said no foam and if she wouldn’t mind taking it off… eventually she takes the foam out and big surprise! Half the cup was filled with foam… what happened next?! She hands me the drink and says«here u go no foam» and there’s only half a drink in there! Seriously? I paid for a grande. and there’s probably a tall or even a short size in there… and when I asked her to remake it she said she would have to charge me for extra milk… wtf. I rather drive 20min yo the other sbux than come back to this one!

The more and more I come in here-the more my point is proven. The customer service here is inconsistent. When the store manager is in the building the service is much better. When she’s not… I can barely get a smile from the staff because they’re so worried about their personal conversations. Very frustrating experiences.

The service is pretty slow, even when it doesn’t appear to be very busy, this always bothers me. So if I have to be at work in 20 mins(even though I work down on the other side of the mall) I won’t even bother when it’s busy. This is definitely one of the smaller Starbucks. There is one girl there that goes above the rest though, but I can’t remember her name, she always makes great drinks, and delivers great customer service, it’s because of her that I gave this Starbucks three stars instead of two.

Typically, Starbuck’s maintains an atmosphere that focussed on it’s CUSTOMERS and THEIRNEEDS. However, this location did not read the MEMO. We were greeted with an ABNORMALLY long line just to ORDER our beverages. This is usually common during certain days and service hours but, this was a Monday around 6:30. Well, the culprit to the dilemma was easily seen. It was the MANAGERAND The BARISTA. the manager decided to have an extensive conversation about the use of Foam in the lattes. All the while the line grew and the customers waited. Did she or any of the employees apologize for the wait? NOPE. She proclaimed that she was busy and went to her office. And after my 10 minutes had passed(I waited that long for my order), she emerged and informed her staff that she was going home. Did she stay to help reduce the 10 customer deep line that she created? NOPE. DId ANY employee apologize to any customer for the wait? NOPE. When you charge 2.00 or more for a cup of coffee, then you should ensure that your customer base is served professionally, courteously and PROMPTLY.

This Starbucks is small and always packed. They really should move somewhere or expand and hire more employees. Besides the cramped space, the employees are such always in a rush they just seem rude and that they’re not listening to you. The store is very messy as if it hasn’t been cleaned the whole day. One time I had PLASTIC in my frappé and choked on it while driving home. The only reason I come to this Starbucks is because I work here.

I understand this Starbucks gets busy but I asked for a water and stood right next to the the counter and the barista kept looking at me. After about 5 minutes I had to ask again and the lady says, I totally forgot, here you go. I feel that if someone asks for something water, just get it right away and don’t wait cus you will forget…

I normally love Starbucks, but this location is the worst. It is in the outlet center and everybody is in a hurry. Everybody except the staff. I was waiting in line, just 2 customers ahead. After 10 minutes I was still waiting. They were not organized at all, asked every costumer several times for the order and for the name — how hard can it be? After almost 20 minutes I got my hot chocolate and it tasted more like sweet hot water. Was there any milk in it besides the whipped cream? I’ m not so sure… Never again!

Located in the outlets in San Ysidro about 500 meters from the border, this is your last chance to have starbucks coffee before leaving the united states. USA! USA! USA! The bathroom in the store is also very convenient and it saved me from a bladder explosion. I don’t make it a habit of reviewing starbucks locations, but I think the points above merit a review.

Genius idea to put a Starbucks in a shopping center. And in an outlet shopping center at that! You know what that means, right? Outlet Shoppers=Hunting for bargain Hunting for bargain=requires energy Energy=Caffeine? This means: Energetic shoppers. Brilliant. And lots of business at the shops! Double brilliant. Anyway– this is precisely why this Starbucks is ALWAYS busy. There’s a line for the restroom. There’s a line to order your drinks. There’s sometimes even a line to get a seat/table. Earlier tonight, for instance, there were 10 of us in line, 1 cashier &3 people frantically making drinks. All the baristas stay calm, though, because it’s so common. BUT– the service is usually pretty good. The baristas are friendly and have gotten my orders right. The drinks don’t taste significantly different than any other Starbucks I’ve been to. Definitely expect to wait a little longer than usual to get out of here though!
