My cousin had referred me John, and I’m glad he did! I have used his services 5 different occasions and haven’t been let down. This plumber takes pride in his work and see how knowledgable he is in finding the problem. Their pricing is fair and affordable.
I will use them again and again!

I have had this company come twice to help me with plumbing issues and both times have been very professional about their work. The work was completed quickly (within the time necessary to pix the problem), and the price was very accessible. I highly recommend them because I think that they are very knowledgable of their trade.

I was given a very reasonable price for work I needed in my bathroom, The plumber seemed to be thorough and knowledgeable. His assistant, while very nice, was not. Tasks left to him took 4 – 5 times longer than they needed to and then didn’t work. The work was not finished as there were some other things that needed doing before the pipe for the shower could be cut to the right size and things could be hooked up but I paid them anyway because it seemed he knew my contractor well and also, well, I was stupid. They never came back to finish the work, my contractor had to spend so much time working on the plumbing he was unable to complete the work he was to do plus I (and it was only right to do so) had to pay him several hundred more dollars for doing the stuff Primary Plumbing was supposed to do. to cap everything off, the toilet they installed would not stop running and needed an adjustment. They would not return nor answer a phone call. I had made it clear I was on a timeline as I had a house full of visitors coming. When the guy from Primary finally called my contractor back (he never did return any of my phone calls) it was to say the toilet he installed was not repairable and he had told me I needed another toilet from Home Depot. Blatantly untrue. He did suggest another toilet as it would be easier to install but made a minor repair on mine and pronounced it good to go. My son went online, looked up instructions on how to adjust it and had it working fine in under half an hour total. In summary, I would never have agreed to the amount he charged for the work he did, I agreed to that amount for all the plumbing in the bathroom to be finished, I couldn’t afford that amount for the bathroom to be half finished and we discussed different less expensive options before he did any work. The guy gave me advice on a different plumbing issue I was having that was the opposite of what I was told by another plumbing company. I wouldn’t believe him now if his tongue was notarized. I would recommend strongly if you need a plumber NOT to call Primary. If I could give them negative stars I would.
