The bar has awesome food, just got off a 5 hour flight and needed a good drink and something to eat. The fries and burger were perfection-no idea what they do to the fries, perfectly salted, crisp and delicious. People were playing pool, it has a nice vibe. This isn’t for crazy Unilocalers who don’t get classic good food and need everything to be curated and analyzed. It’s in a strip mall, so it’s unassuming, I was pleasantly surprised. I also had a draft beer, another person commented that they had lukewarm beer, however, mine was cold. If I had read reviews of this place I may not have come in, glad I didn’t get persuaded by the«South Park» Unilocalers.

The DJ sucks tonight.(01÷29÷16) It’s impossible to stay on the dance floor when he changes the song mid song. he needs to kero it going and not changr it so quickly

Well, let’s see. The bartenders are friendly. But, owner sells 12 ounce drafts, calling them pints. It’s served at about 45 to 50 degrees. So it’s only cool at best. They run out of draft beers on a regular basis. Food is good. Decent prices. It’s a shame the owner doesn’t know what she’s doing. Always blames someone else.

We come here every so often for lunch. The service is always good. I love the grilled cheese. The shuffle board game is always fun to play as well!

I really liked the remodel. This place looks great. They have Karaōke every night of the week. I was here last night and it was so much fun! The pool tables were very clean and fun to play on. Drinks were little pricey but we did order a lot so I guess that makes sense. Come here to you want to sing your heart out and shoot some pool. Unfortunately I did not get to taste the food next time I will definitely get something to grub.

Not a bad place. Decided to check out this spot after seeing the bar rescue episode. It was super dark the night I showed up and a slow night(I was here on Thanksgiving). The bartender was really nice and it seemed like a chill spot. Next time I think I wanna try out the kitchen and see how the food is(heard the burger is pretty good). I’m sure the place looks a lot better with lights on.

Saw this place on an episode of Bar Rescue and came in to check it out. Wasn’t even 15 people in the joint total, and I feel like I’m in a damned cave. It’s dark as hell and the lights are over the pool table and five tables. The ights in the ceiling were all off and the temperature of the place is super cold. Not too impressed with the overall vibe at all.

Was in their this last Sunday for the Bar Rescue premier. Spent most my time at the bar seating area for I had good company, close to T.V. and bartenders. The drinks are good price and food is on point. What sold me and caught my attention was the service. At the time I arrived their was only one woman, a Mestizo… Like a unicorn she was! She was non stop and made sure you were never bottomless. She has a kick ass personality which only enhances the experience. Because of her ill be coming back, specifically on(Sundays) Did someone say Sushi?!

Ok place. Came to do karaōke with friends and we found that it stopped at 11:30. Lame. There was only about 30 – 40 people in the bar all night, super dark, and the jukebox kicked the bucket and stopped playing. No dance floor for the music so we sat and twiddled our thumbs until a pool table opened up and we got some enjoyment out of coming down a half hour away from home. Probably won’t come back.

I have occasionally been coming in after work for some shots and the prices are good, but I recently ordered food during lunch and it is on point!!! Great sandwiches and the Parmesan Fires are to die for!!!

All I got to say is what a difference some paint makes. I use to frequent this establishment way way back when it was the filling station pub. And a place where… well let’s not dig in the past. Good job off base bar. It was a very pleasant time. A good experience all around. Food was top notch. Love the pop corn on the tables. Yum. I love popcorn. The service was some of the best service I have had in that place. EVER! And I work in the industry. Once again I enjoyed every aspect of the off base bar. Bravo.

Recently got remodled by bar rescue and its alot nicer inside now. Is a dive bar and i dont expect much from it besides being a place to sing karaōke and drink kots of beer. Since the remodel the food has become top notch. Ted does an awesome in the kitchen. They havethere own signature cocktails now designed by one of the professional bartenders from bar rescue. The karaōke company does a good job, they have tons of songs and a few of them are great singers. Everyone here is basically a regular and were all friends. Me nd my roommate come here almost everynight to sing. The bartenders are awesome. Alot of my favroite ones are gone now but the ones there are still great. Sometimes theyll give you free shots of something they just whipped up as an experiment. Good friends with security also. The owner is detestable though so i avoid her.

A nice dive. Been coming for years and the new update is nice. Still not many females but the late night food is delicious. Best grilled cheese ever. Natasha is a super nice, beautiful and energetic bar tender which makes the experience that much better

No longer, the Filling Station. When I had gone years ago, it was dark, local and military. I have no problems with that and it’s had it’s fair share of lovers and haters. I never minded it. I did remember how they have the most awesome smelling burgers since it would waft into the next door 24-hr fitness when I was there working out at times. Quite the distraction to want MOARPROTEIN. It’s now called Off Base Bar, thanks to Bar Rescue to be on TV in July, and it is off base, literally. It’s cleaned up and become more contemporary, but still the same sports bar and locals and military and karaōke. One night, my wife and I went, some dude was karaōke-ing to Music of the Night ala Phantom of the Opera. MASKINCLUDED. It was too dark to take a picture sadly. I can see myself going back for a few quietly. There were several house drinks with miltary names to try. I don’t remember the name of the black cherry one, but it keeps lingering in thoughts as a good drink. However, pitching itself as a lounge seem contrary to its location being an older and small commercial center that not only needs a façade renovation of botox and a facelift, but one that is hallmarked by the never ageing Rice King, king of oriental foods. Yes, I used the word, oriental, and correctly. Regarding Off Base, a few friends have said: — omg… wish I was there. the joint went to crickets. — I should get in the car RIGHTNOW! — Bar rescue can’t save that place. It’s forever going to be a hogging arena. A sport for the bravest of men. God bless them. ‘Murica. Good times.

Love it here. The upgrades they recently had done on bar rescue are awesome! Karaōke Wednesday and Thursday, dance music Friday and Saturday. Always a good time!

I came here, honestly, for my own selfish amusement after reading the reviews. I came in for a «Shit Show» and that’s exactly what I recieved. Wow. Things I saw while I was here: A) DRUGDEALERS. Wow. Way too many drugs at this hole in the wall. It’s so obvious. B) Overly served patrons.(Drooling, nipple exposure) C) Fights. So many. They need more than 2 security guards for me to feel safe. D) THEOWNER. Why she’s not in jail, I have no idea. I told her I was a Unilocaler and she referred me to her«other bar». An old school buy-me-drinky that, when I went, was SHUTDOWNBYTHEHEALTHBOARDFORVERMIN. Wow. Never again. Google it before coming. And read the Department of Health reports. Yuck.

The place was dark, very dirty and dingy, and it smelled bad. The bathrooms were even worse. The place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The beers were cheap which was a plus, but the service was awful and the employees were not very friendly. I ordered some fries and they tasted like fish, which means they obviously used the same fryer for fried fish and french fries without changing the oil. It was pretty gross. I couldn’t eat the fries. If this was the only bar in town I might stop by for a beer, but there are much better choices. I had one beer, a single french fry, and left right away.
