New management spa chairs broken and black mud floating in my daughters water. Getting new set and three nails lifting in corners not enough glue. Then one nail popped off. Had them remove nails and going somewhere else. Worst place I have ever been!

I like the new owner who recently took over this year. I still go and see Wah who has been there for the last ten years ago, she is the only one who I’ll let touch my toes. For some reason they only take cash right now. Tip to New owner: please play new movies for us. Update: Wah is now in National City, you can find her in my other posts for nails

Walked in and the manager was so rude because I didn’t have cash. Not even going to both giving them my service.

New main nail place. They take their time and make sure your mani-pedi looks nice. They also give long and gentle foot/leg & hand/arm massages. Totally recommend this place for y’all!

Didn’t blow my mind or anything but good service, friendly employees and spacey clean environment for the most part and I got a nice simple gentle pedicure. I don’t know if they offer add ons like callous remover or anything because I wasn’t offered any but it’s a nice break from the place I usually go to where they are trying to offer you everything whether you eked it or not. Overall, quick and pleasant experience.

I love this place. I come here to get pedicures and they do an amazing job. It takes longer than a usual pedicure that I’ve had but it’s worth it. They take their time and do an amazing job. They always have a movie playing and helps you sitting back and relax. All the ladies that work there seem to be happy and joyful also. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I’ve only had a pedicure here before.(I paint my nails myself since I change the color so much).

I got FINGERFUNGUS from this place!!! I had to go to the doctor to get it medically taken care of! Not to mention, when she put the tips on she did not file off the sharp edges before she glued them on, she just shoved the sharp edges between my skin and nail!

I never write reviews on Unilocal whether they are good or bad. This place I could not pass up. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The manager doesn’t care about the customers at all and she had the worst attitude, especially for a manager. They’re far more better places to get your nails done than this place. It doesn’t even deserve one star. I’m pissed off I have to even give it a star.

I had the best, most gentle pedicure in my life while having the most painful manicure ever — at the same time! I came in for their $ 29 mani-special and was welcomed to a clean, well-it, and quiet salon. The women are all soft spoken and professional and they really made me feel at ease. No awkward small chat, just me being able to relax while watching a movie they just put on. Two of the women worked on me, one on my hands, the other on my feet. The lady on my feet was WONDERFUL! I would journey to have her do my nails again! She paid careful detail to my nails and was very, very gentle with my cuticles. Although I picked a natural shade of nail polish, she paid extra care with them: angling them to make sure they were perfect. She’s the one with the the long hair in a pony-tail and doesn’t glasses. I was so impressed by her that I upgraded to their dry heel treatment — without her prying, BTW. She only asked once and left it at that, at first I said no but later changed my mind. The other lady was brutal. My manicure was akin to going to the dentist! That lady’s style of pulling cuticles is like tearing them away. I thought it was just me, but she finished with my nails early and I witnessed her working on someone’s feet the same way — pulling and yanking. Ouch! But«V», the wonderful lady that gave me the best pedicure of my life, outweighed the pain. It’s really hard to find someone like her and that’s why I’m giving them a 4 out of 5 stars instead of a 3. If it was just her that worked on my nails, I’d give them a 10 if that was possible.

This is my 2nd time coming here. I’ve gotten both a mani & a pedi. So far So good. I love that the place is clean & spacious. The set up is better than other places I’ve been too & both times I’ve gotten my nails colored, the girl takes her time with them. I think the prices are a little higher than what I’m used to paying but the service has been good so far so I’m willing to oversee that. They have 2 nice 42″ tv’s & they have a good selection of movies playing. I can truly say I feel relaxed sitting down in the spa pedi chair enjoying a good movie while getting a foot massage :)

I came here for the first time last Friday. I received a mani/pedi(mani with french tip). After a week’s gone by, both the mani/pedi haven’t chipped. Usually, at other nail salons, my french tip manicure gets chipped within days. My nails look like they’ve recently been manicured. I’ll definitely come back to this location.

This place was the gentlest mani/pedi I’ve ever had! The ladies were nice and professional(although a little soft spoken, I had to ask a girl twice to repeat herself). I have been searching for new place to get my nails done for awhile and I’m so happy this place is walking distance from apartment. Not too expensive, I was happy with the price for the quality of work done. I will be going back!

UPDATE: it’s almost freakin October and still waiting for my eyebrow to grow back… so upsetting! Let me just say, beware if you come here! I needed a waxing after eating lunch @ Golden House a few stores down. I walked in and it was EMPTY! I asked if they took debit or credit, and for the life of me didn’t understand a word they said. Finally an older lady came over and she said I’ll do your lip and brow for $ 20(I thought damn that is pricey, but what the hell I’m already here) She is waxing my lip and I felt GLOBS of hot wax on my lip, I thought oh shit this is going to hurt. And sure enough both strips burned like a MOFO! Okay I can handle this, so then shes working on my eyebrows right. And I felt a hair on my face, so I was going to move it and she’s like NO I DOIT! Her hands were covered in wax, she got it on my hair. Then when she ripped off the strip off my brow my strand of hair went with it! I was SOBEYONDPISSED! I told her that’s why I was trying to move my hair out of the way, damn. So she’s done and i’m so thankful. She doesn’t offer me a mirror to look at the finished work, instead I have to get up and go look. Then I noticed half of my right eyebrow(the top half) is fucking gone, I was LIKENOWAY! I pointed it out to her and again I couldn’t understand what she said, damnit I was getting really annoyed. So after explaining that I couldnt understand what she said, she offered to «fix» the otherside to make«even» I said HELLTOTHENO! You’re not touching the other one, now I have to wait for that piece to grow back. I didn’t want a string for an eyebrow shit! So then she has the nerve to charge me the $ 20 I told her absolutely not! She says to me okay pay me $ 17, I said NO. You screwed up my eyebrow, I didn’t come here for you to do that. She said but the owner will make me pay? Ya whatever bitch! I’m sure you’ll be charged for the dab of wax, I’m not stupid, hello! So I told her No I’m not paying for the eyebrow wax and she wasn’t happy but too bad. That’s what you get for messing up, and this is what I get going to a place without a recommendation from a friend! NEVERAGAIN!
