Ive been coming to Elite Nails for about 2 years and overall they always do a good job on my nails & always last me a long time but the man is always so rude to me, so I try to avoid getting him when my nail technician (Kathy) isn’t there. I stopped going here because I came in for an eyebrow wax which I usually always come in for & there was hardly any people there. They were being so rude to me when I walked in, the man said 5 minutes so I waited for about 10 minutes & Kathy was finishing up a pedicure so I assumed she would attend me because my thing would be really fast but no she didn’t even bother looking or talking to me the whole entire time & she started doing a pedicure on someone else. I waited in total for 20 minutes so I just left! Great prices, good eyebrow waxing & nails last you but really bad service & very slow!

I’m upset because I can’t come here anymore. I came in for a pedicure and a full set with the gel. I asked for the price and they said $ 45. The man who usually does my nails wasn’t there so I took a chance with another girl that’s been there forever. She did the worst job ever! My nails are uneven and bumpy and of course I pointed it out and she said it was just my fingers. Then she tried to fix her mistakes, and made them worse. To top it all off when I was finished she said it was $ 51. I didn’t have $ 51 with me! That is specifically why asked how much before they started working! She took 50, which is all I had but I’m really pissed that I paid $ 50 for crappy nails.

This is the second time I have gotten a pedicure here. The first time it was a little expensive because they had to get out the chainsaw, grinder, and sander to take care of my nasty feet. Lol The girls didn’t dissapoint me. My pedicure lasted all month and this time I only had to pay $ 20. They do a great job and my feet feel so soft. Perfect for my boyfriends foot fetish. Jk I have gone during the week around 10:30, so it wasn’t very busy. I highly recommend the pampering. Do it. You deserve it.

Love my nails. I asked for oval and he did the best job cleaned my cuticles and everything.

Last sunday I went to do my nails and a pedicure, yeah I know its cheap but this pedicure cost me more Kim if I remeber her name did my pedicure. The next day my toe hurt really bad and the next day to so yestarday saturday 4−18−15 I went to the Dr and they had to cut half my nail because they cut my nail wrong which it is called onychocryptosis: A condition in which the corner or side of a toenail grows into the flesh. this cost me $ 80 plus I cant walk or do anything for 2 weeks just because i wanted some relax girl time for myself. The dr also prescribed me atibiotic because i dont know if the tools that they use were clean. i dont want this to happen to anyone please be carefull.

1^st time here & did not feel welcomed at all. Most places greet u with at least a smile! Pedicure felt rushed & the lady never smiled. Will not be coming back.

My mom and I came into elite to get our nails done today. Not my usual place but wanted something quick and close. Walked in and was greeted at the door which was nice, waited for about 15 mins till I asked NICELY how long it would be. They assured me it would be right now. Five minutes later they were ready for me, The gentleman that was doing my nails questioned me rudely why I hadn’t chosen my nail color yet. (I was going to get clear acrylics). But had a change of heart and decided to go with black. As he started to file my tips, he was so fast and so rough that he gave me like a «file burn» it hurt so BAD, not to mention the whole time was pulling on my hands like he was angry and throwing them down when he was done with each one? Like wtf? Then the phone rang, he replied to the person on the phone that he didn’t understand what they were asking? He asked her to hold and then hung up on her. I was shocked! & frankly just wanted to walk out of the place. Finally he was done with me. I joined my mom who was STILL waiting to get hers done, which was another 25 minutes after I was done. The women my mom got was very sweet and gentle. All said and done the nails came out good. so that’s why I feel okay with giving them at least one star. As far as experience goes it sucked!

Kathy and Dee are awesome! Kathy freestyles her designs and she always nails it. You feel welcomed when you walk into their shop. They are not pushy, very clean and friendly environment

I am very disappointed here. Came in for pedicure and felt uncomfortable. Usually everywhere I go they take my shoes off and actually put back on for me when done. I mean I am a big guy and I have issues. I also am a GREAT ripper and I promise I will NOT come back and or recommend this place. I don’t even know how much they are gonna charge me but every question was, you want? You want? I was like is that extra, they say yes!!! Anyway, if it. wasn’t my birthday weekend I would have left but my girlfriend comes here and I seen her face is also disappointed. Sorry but two thumbs down. Grade would be a C–

I was satisfied with my nails. The nail tech did a clean job, I jus wish they had a larger variety of colors to pick from. Other than that everything was great.

The staff here is really nice not pushy like most chinese nail places, prices are a little high which is why i gave it a 4 but overall they do a nice job what i mostly go there for is my eyebrows the lady who waxes them does a great job and is almost painless!

I came in here to ‘get my toes did’ for my girl’s wedding on Saturday. There were 2 other girls getting their nails done, and plenty of chairs available. They sat me down right away, in the amazingly relaxing massage chairs, and got my dogs soaking. The girl who did my toes was really nice, and did a great job. I didn’t have a lot of time, so she had me in and out within 45 minutes. I will definitely come back next time I’m in town to visit my girl! (only thing is my girl’s french started chipping off by the next day — maybe only go for pedi?)
