We’ve done business with Mission for 4 years now and the quality really has gone down. every delivery has stained sheets, or sheets with black foot prints, twice we found a cockroach between the sheets. At the meeting with their area manager we were told we are the only clinic that has problems with the linens. the laundry bags that ML supplies us with smell so badly, we have to set them outside. after our complaints about that, it got even worse, they are now not only stinky, they are wet and we have to hang them outside to dry out. Our standards must be too high for ML, they really need to improve their quality assurance system. the minute we get out of contract, we will and don’t plan to come back.

So, someone from the company did return my call. When I explained about all the stained sheets, he asked if I used oils and said the stains could be from that. I told him that I notice the stains BEFORE I have a client, I don’t claim they are stained after the client! The next week I only had 2 stained sheets but the following week, I had 45 stained sheets. I called again and they told me my «standards were too high». I’m now with another company and haven’t hardly had any stained sheets at all. I guess if you’re standards are«too high», don’t sign up with this company!
