Awful customer service.
I called this company twice untile they finally sent a person to give me an estimate. We scheduled, he came, got all the information and I never heard from them again.
I decided to call again, thinking they might be too busy. Well, I had to call 3 times and finally gave up and decided to hire a different company.
Still not sure if they’re just too busy with other clients or are plain disorganized. NOT GOOD!

M M Glass & Screen replaced a large, double pane window on our home, that had been broken. They did an outstanding job at a fair price. Excellent communication, flexible regarding installation date/​time. It was a pleasure working with these folks; and I recommend them without reservation.

Outstanding service, Chris visited us during at a Holiday Nonprofit Event held on a Sunday. I briefly mention I had a glass display broken and I was interested in having it repaired. We close our shop the next day, On Tuesday Morning we had a gentleman from the MM Glass & Screen Company inspect and inform us about the repairs needed. Once the Glass door arrived to there facility I received a call from Chris to inform me of the price quote and estimated turnaround time. Which was very reasonable.
I am completely impress with the outstanding service they provided. Very professional at all times, the glass was done and installed within 7 days. And The price beats all other quotes in San Diego.

I called Chris at Mira Mesa Glass about repairing a large patio sliding door — a job two handymen turned down because of the size of the door. Tony and Lupe showed up on time, and worked diligently to pull and repair the door — very professional and friendly. They finished up in about an hour and within the estimated cost. Based on my experience, I’d highly recommend Mira Mesa Glass.

The owner Pete, told me he had ordered my retractable screen door and would install it Monday morning. I took off from work and waited for the installation. No one came as scheduled. I called to ask what was going on and was told someone would call back. They didn’t. I called again and was given a different story. I finally spoke with the owner who told me another story and that they door needed to be measured and ordered. He was rude, offensive and told me the situation was my fault. I would not want anyone else to have to endure this ridiculous run around.
