My husband and I were lucky enough that we chose MaryBeth’s team when we were buying our home. What immediately stood out for us was the incredible enthusiasm, drive and attention to detail. That last bit is so important because you want a realtor with the willingness to LISTEN to your must-​haves and needs. We wanted to see properties that not just fit our budget, but had the amenities and space we needed so that our new home would work for our family.

Lastly both were so patient in explaining the escrow process, in going over all the forms, in helping us fight for a better sale price through her suggested counter-​offers. The process was smoother than we ever thought it could be.
But that is not all! It’s the little touches, like walking into our home for the first time and finding in our (clean!) refrigerator, champagne and a variety of elegant and delicious appetizers. We toasted our new home and chatted away and felt so taken care of and valued. It felt like we had known Mary Beth & Philip for years!
