Mark Naylor Solar Specialists

Our electricity bill was through the roof and I really wanted a solution to the extensive electricity usage. But once I looked into solar panels there was no going back. I’m very happy with my electricity bill now and I feel like I’m finally taking advantage of all the sun we get here in California.

Mark seems to be recommended by lots of local pool contractors and for good reason. His firm is fast, efficient and high quality. They seem to be very busy and there can be a delay in initial response but they will do what they say they will. Mark dealt with an installation issue (they had to reroute some pipes after initial install) in the right way from a customer service point of view.
Will edit review after we’ve used the system for a while but so far so good.

Same as Alex. Mark says he has to much business. It takes him two weeks to call back to say his busy.

We needed a new solar assisted hot water heater ASAP as our old one sprang a leak. Mark was very helpful and obviously knows his stuff! Two of his guys came out and installed the new water heater, which he had in stock, they checked the solar sensors and made sure everything was working correctly. They were on time, polite and knew what they were doing. We were happy with the service and will use them in future for our solar needs.

Mark was recommended to my by my next-​door neighbor. 3 years later, we are extremely satisfied with them. They did a great job following-​up to make sure that everything was great. The solar system far exceeded our expectations of extending our swim months.

We called Mark Naylor based on a referral from our house solar system installer. Mark said he would be out the next day to give us an estimate on a solar heating system for our pool. When he never showed up, we called to see what happened. Nobody answered so we left a message. He finally called back a few days later and left a message. We called back right away and nobody answered. So we left another message.
A few more days went by, and he graced us with another call. When we asked him what happened, he basically told us that he hasn’t been this busy in 16 years and he didn’t need our business. OK, good for you Mark we are glad you don’t need any more business but this is no way to treat prospective customers who were willing to fork out $ 5000 for solar pool heating. If Mark is this bad trying to woo your business, just imagine the service you can expect after he has your money. Thanks but no thanks.
